The place is clean and the service was prompt. The reason for 2 stars is that I came here for an annual physical checkup and the doctor ordered routine labs. However, once the results were released, the doctor messaged me asking to setup a separate appointment to discuss the results (one test was outside normal range).
This is generally not the case (at least when I used to go for my annual checkup in the city). The doctor should have at least messaged and let me know what exactly the conclusions were from the lab and why would a separate visit be required.

Highly recommend. Very satisfied with the services provided at NJ Primary Care. They were always welcoming and assisted in all our requirements. Karen was always very helpful and reachable. The rest of the staff were also super efficient. We got our results timely. This is definitely our go-to medical centre in Jersey City. Huge thanks for all the help Karen

The Best Doctor's Office in and around this area! I cannot talk enough about it♥️ The Doctors, Nurses, Technicians, Front Office people are extremely efficient, polite and supercool! Love this place.Very clean and organized. They are the BEST🔥Very blessed and lucky to have them in my life♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Doctor is just amazing. She gave me super comfort and made sure that all my worries were eliminated. The staff was super supportive and helpful. Assistant Doctors were also very helpful and polite.

Don’t go to this place! I had a horrible experience waiting 1.5 hour for a 10 min discussion! The lobby is always full of patients. Apparently they only care about making most money than providing a good experience!
The office also has no empathy for patient and the long wait. When I complain about the long wait, I got a look and accused of no patience. Who would have any patience left after waiting for 1.5 hr?!
Unless your symptoms can only be treated by THIS doctor and no one else on the earth, I suggest you to find any other much better clinics.

I had a great experience with Karen. She was very helpful and kind. Took her time to make me comfortable (I’m scared of needles). She also finds solutions that work and is extremely personable. Will highly recommend going here. The doctors are also patient and take their time understanding your issues.

As usual I come in greeted by the front desk staff and they are all always lovely and helpful. Dr. Ghadvi both the brother and sister have been my physicians for the last five years. Amazing bed side manner and always take the care to listen and assist as needed. The only downside is that I can’t take them when I move 😩

Everyone is GREAT!!! Front desk is sharp and on top of every single detail regarding my appointment. Nurses and fantastic with their assessments. Doctor is been always super helpful. Every time I come for an appointment they take their time reviewing my health issues at that moment and come up with a solution to get me better. They are the BEST!!!!

Unique and effective gym. Sergey and his staff have been helping me increase my muscle mass and change my body composition over the last eight months. Weight training is new to me, and having a trainer present every session to provide a personalized program and attention has been indispensable. I don't know of any other gym like this one. Sergey holds me accountable for showing up regularly and gives me nutrition tips, ensuring steady fitness progression. Highly recommend!

Great gym with a group of knowledgeable trainers who helped me get back in shape following the pandemic. Sergey helped build me out a good program and held me accountable to ensure I reached my objectives. The gym has a good variety of equipment, particularly for strength training which is where I focused my time.

I love the semi-personal classes at Surge Fitness, Serge and Chris are great and are happy to tailor a workout to your specific needs. I've already seen significant gains in just the past 4-5 months. I joined surge fitness to gain weight in a healthy way and get fit. I spent 6 month at the gym with sergey and it was one of the best decisions i took. He helped me throughout with my diet plan and weekly workout plans. He was very experienced and helped me in all possible ways to push my limits. Sessions are in small group so, that way you will get better attention and learn to workout properly. I would definitely recommend this fitness center to anyone who want to gain or loose weight or get fit.

JCF Fitness is my stress free workout ritual. This program is an all body workout which incorporates weights and body weight . I love this program because JCF plans all the workouts for me. I love JCF Bootcamp! I've been working out here for about a year now and the trainers always make an effort to keep the workouts fresh and spicy. As someone who has been to large range of workout classes, these are hands down the hardest and most rewarding. Since coming here I have lost weight, adopted healthy eating habits, and just overall feel better about myself. The team comradery and check-ins from coaches is probably the best aspect of JCF Bootcamp and keeps me motivated.
Daris and Leah have done an excellent job of switching the Team to virtual workouts. The workouts are just as challenging as they were in person and I have still have been meeting my fitness goals during COVID. The integration of fitness apps has also been great as it keeps the team connected. I can't wait to see what the next year has in store!

I’ve been training at Surge Fitness for nearly a year now, and believe Sergey & his team of trainers are one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. He makes every session challenging and at the same time ensuring that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. My fitness has increased noticeably & I find myself actually look forward to my workouts. The gym is no frills, and Sergey is the trainer you need to see consistent results. He personalizes circuits tailored to reach long-term goals and while a group session consists of four to five people, Sergey is very good about providing one-on-one attention to each of his clients. He gets the job done. After training like this, I don’t think I can ever go back to a regular gym. I am never bored; I feel challenged; I get support when I need it; and most importantly, I see results after every session. Surge Fitness is an investment well worth it.

Are you looking for a trainer who thinks holistically about your health? Who will push you to become stronger and set exercise and training goals that are meaningful? If so, I highly recommend working with Ron. My workouts had faded into the background of life and I had become tired, complaining of aching muscles, and didn’t even recognize what had gone into atrophy from a lack of movement. I contacted Ron thinking that our program would have me back on the treadmill running, something I’ve previously enjoyed. His intake forms provided details that lead him in a different direction—deal first with the pain I was experiencing, test my agility and strength, and then work out with focus.
It took me some time to deal with the physical pain that I was tolerating, discomfort that was causing exhaustion and a lot more emotional anguish than I realized. Once we broke the ice, our sessions were hard, yes, but the pain was that of rebuilding.
I can now see forward into the next round of goals and I know I can achieve them! Thank you Ron for pushing me when I thought that the task was impossible, and for believing in me when I didn’t believe in myself. Without hesitation, hire Ron if you want a trainer who is truly dedicated to understanding you and building a routine that you can sustain.

If you're looking for a comfortable, welcoming class to get fit and learn about health & fitness jcf is for you! My experience has been nothing short of amazing. The trainers are very knowledgeable and make sure you have your perfect form before anything. This is not like a regular gym it's more of a family & community. I joined a 6 week challenge that i lost 15 lbs, gained muscle but also got a mind set of a fit person and knowledge of a healthy lifestyle. I can overall say this place is great and I decided to join because I know I will not get these kind of results & guidance anywhere else.

I have always liked working out and taking classes, but one thing I was never able to do was change my eating habits. I have seen my friends get healthy and totally change their lifestyles. They've changed their training and eating habits and I used to applaud them but thought, "I love to eat and never want to be on a diet for the rest of my life". A few years back I got into a slump and stopped exercising altogether and gained a lot of weight. In January of this year I saw a Facebook video about a "Rock My Skinny Jeans Challenge"... it wasn't the first time I'd seen it but for some reason on this particular day it was like this person in the video was challenging me to fit into those jeans that have been in the back of my closet for forever. So I quickly signed up for the challenge before I lost my nerve and let me tell you it was the best decision of my life... I won the challenge!!! It was a wonderful feeling and I decided I wanted to continue working on myself and becoming a better version of myself.
JCF is everything wonderful wrapped up in one. It has awesome coaches that truly care about you and want you to succeed. The campers are constantly cheering for each other and motivating each other. And the best part which most gyms do not provide is having a nutrition coach to guide you towards a healthy enjoyable lifestyle. JCF has thought of everything. It is a lot of hard work, but it can be done. I'm proof of that. I'm so glad to be part of the JCF family.

While I have never considered, and still do not consider, myself athletic, I am by far the healthiest--physically, mentally, and emotionally--I have ever been. I owe this state of being to JCF Health and Fitness. My ever-fluctuating life circumstances have kept me an on-again/off-again member over the years (I'm now on again), but because of my time with JCF, I have: quit smoking, reduced my drinking, run several races (including two half marathons), improved my diet, and improved my sleep. I now believe that my body can do more than what my mind thinks it can do. More importantly, I have the type of self confidence I always lacked as a shy and anxious kid in gym class. I have come so far that during a momentary lapse of sanity, I signed up for the upcoming City Challenge race--a 5K course with obstacles. This is the kind of thing I would have NEVER thought I'd ever do in my life, but do it I will. And though I know I will not complete the course with the grace and athleticism of an Olympian, at least I know I'll complete the course with the support, camaraderie, and sisterhood/brotherhood of my JCF Fit Crew.

JCF is by far the BEST! I have done every program, weight loss, joined every gym and hired tons of personal trainers. Nothing compares to JCF. I joined during the most recent challenge and not only lost inches but also lost bad habits and gained so much more. The community, experience, camaraderie is like no other. They have a saying "leave your ego at the door" and it is so true. There is no judgement or egos. And the support you get from the coaches and other campers is more than I got from a personal trainer. I have extended my membership because I am a lifer. I can't imagine my day/week/life without JCF.

Be Fit JC helped change my life. When I started working with Ron I was 240 pounds and in a total state of denial about how I got to that weight and how I was going to lose it. I really had no idea what was in store for me. I am not going to lie. It has been a bumpy road, but Ron helped me open my eyes to see I was not loving myself but lying to myself.
