Very poor service, not enough English speakers. We had to wait for Tax free shopping over 30 min. They didn't know what they were doing and we gave up eventually.

i bought a new Rotary Tool less then a week ago, and the single most important piece in the whole kit, broke after 2 uses. It's no joke, it's the 1 piece you use 95% of the time with this tool.
So i wen't back, with my 1 year guarantee, and after they insisted that they do not sell this piece individually, and i have to buy a new expensive attachment kit just to get that piece, i decided i want to return everything and get my money back.
So they said no problem, BUT! they will not take it back, because that piece is broken, so they won't get refunded from whoever they bought it from. the guarantee is only for the machine.
Got the same response from the manager by the way.
THAT IS NOT HOW A GUARANTEE / REFUND WORKS WHEN YOU BUY FROM A STORE!
i can't use the mchine now, unless i buy a new kit.
so im basically screwed, and short a nice sum of money. Thanks Nova!
