I worked with Rosa in Paramus and had a wonderful experience. She advised me very well on tiles and accesories, and was always extremely helpful. Needless to say, their products are beautiful.

I worked with the sales woman named Gloria Seitel to renovate 6 bathrooms in my house. Gloria always behaved like she had a chip on her shoulder but I worked with her because she was recommended to me by my realtor. Through the sales process she was somewhat responsive because she was making sure she gets her commissions. We returned almost $2000 worth of material that she sent to us and charged us incorrectly for. That money was never returned to us and Gloria never bothered returning any of my calls or emails. Gloria is a thief and she is disgustingly rude. Please do yourselves a favor and work with someone else at Porcelanosa or go to one of their other locations. Just stay as far as you possibly can from Gloria the glorious thief.

I have done my mother’s and aunt’s bathrooms. I also did three of my own bathrooms including a shower fixture. The quality and look of these tiles are beyond extraordinary. All tiles were beautiful on the wall and easy to put up on the wall. We could not be more pleased. Shower fixtures are great!

When my husband and I walked into the Porcelanosa showroom we’ve met with Brian, our sales rep who was truly wonderful and that helped us make our decision. We were then teamed up with our very own Kitchen Designer-Catalina who walked that journey with us every step of the way, with much patience and care, attention to detail, and genuine passion to see our project come to life. She was able to translate our dream into a magnificent reality; ensure that aesthetics and functionality were there. She followed up and followed through. During and after. Kept us up to date in the midst of the craziness of the pandemic and challenges with bringing our kitchen from overseas. Always with a smile.

I want o thank both Brian, our sales rep and Catalina, our Kitchen Designer. Catalina, you went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly, that every nuance and change was made, in a timely manner and with so much care. We knew we were in good hands with you. Most importantly, my wife is happy especially now that our kitchen is in our home. Thank you Catalina an Brian for everything, you are exceptional

Rosa is one of the nicest people you will ever meet!!! She helped me find the tiles I wanted, even though they had been discontinued. When the free standing tub I ordered arrived missing the drain, she made sure to correct the issue in a timely manner and stayed in touch with updates until it arrived. As for Porcelanosa, they have a great selection that really fits the contemporary style I was going for.

We were looking for something contemporary for our bathroom and this place was good fit. Hope they add more options and ability to mix & match things. We bought vanity. Rosa helped us looking around and providing info on availability. It helped us in making decision. I would recommend to see her if you plan to visit. Also, if you plan to visit Porcelanosa, do not go to Brunswick store; horrible customer service.

Sharon Tan, was excellent in helping select tiles for my master bathroom floor and helped me find the perfect match for my bedroom floor - replacing the rug. Sharon's follow-up was timely and suggestions for saving on shipping cost was appreciated.
When I first walked in, I approached a woman salesperson, who seemed like she didn't want to be bothered and directed me to Sharon, thank God she did! I can understand the poor reviews with their customer service, because it would of been my experience, if i had not been directed to Sharon.
Porcelanosa, use the feedback to retrain your the bad apples - sales people.
