In 2002, I bought a 2-seater and 3-seater sofa from Reeves for £500. To date, it’s still in excellent condition. It has moved houses with us 2 times. We are moving for the third time and would happily bring it along, however, it’s time to move on and let another family have it for free. It’s been 22 years now! Fantastic customer service

Having bought a bed from House of Reeves a few years ago, we're finding that customer service here is second to none. Its often easy to complain when things go wrong but in my case we do have manufacturer issues that are being sorted by the customer care team, quickly and efficiently. Trevor in particular has been great to deal with, and we have a satisfactory sollution from the manufacturer. Thanks team

Absolutely SHOCKING!! We went to the store and chose a sofa, now we don’t have much money at all so this was a big decision. Everything was fine with ordering, in store and delivery. However, literally a few months in, the sofa seats have become misshapen so badly we have a throw to cover it. The response of the manufacturers was…..”redress it after every use”. Who does that? The cushion backs are also huge inside much smaller covers which, again, cause it to look awful and not fill the covers correctly.
We had a visit from home serve. The report was quite honestly, slanderous towards me. We have cctv all over our home for security and our dog so I was able to provide evidence that he was here for about 15 minutes rather than 40 which he stated on the report. He said I became irate…..all I said was I wish I could have my old sofa back. His response was….”you aren’t the first customer to say that, sofas aren’t made like they used to be”. He asked me to ‘leave him to it’ now I know why. He also redressed the sofa BEFORE he took photos to make me out to be a liar. The report also said I refused to sign which is another lie as he didn’t ask me to sign anything. This is still being fought with quite frankly very slow progress to
Which I doubt I’ll get anywhere and get stuck with this rubbish sofa . Reeves has gone massively down hill. My grandparents bought furniture from there so been going a while to say the least! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Visited to look at bedframes. Really glad I did as I was able to purchase a bedframe to my requirements. This is the second time I am purchasing a bedframe from here. My first visit was over 5 years ago and the bedframe is in very good condition. The sleigh beds come with slacks which is a bonus. Certain frames you can select your colours and additional features to the headboard. They also have an online website. There are many more colours to choose from these are just the first ones

After experiencing a week of excruciating pain in my neck and shoulders I visited this store to look for a mattress. I found the Rock mattress which I believed would be best for my condition. It was delivered yesterday and I'm extremely happy with it.
The customer service was friendly and unhurried. Answering my many questions with patience and even moving the mattress a few times to display it on different bed bases.
Delivery was within the advised time frames, very efficient service. Would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic customer service by Ted when I was purchasing a new mattress. I ordered via phone months after having visited in person and the older price was honoured. Delivery charge was very fair too. The delivery men (contracted) were a little sour but it was the end of their day; no stars off for HoR just an FYI for customers. They were not able to take shoes off due to H&S so just something to be aware of.

Both my mum and me bought living room furniture recently from House of Reeves. From the gentlemen who advised/served us to the delivery men, we have nothing but praise for them all. Ted and the other chap were knowledgeable and straight to the point - which we appreciated and the delivery men were helpful, courteous, friendly and a good giggle. Mum and me bought our previous sofas from here and my corner suite in particular lasted 15 years!! Great shop and great service. Thank you!
