Nice place, great place for family or just alone , great if you visit DC,
What started out as dubious turned out to be a most enjoyable ride! CCANHWT was a fun cute ride from The Wharf to The National Harbor. Efficient, clean and well run, the professional and engaging staff make it a fun trip. It starts off super slow and I thought this was it when all of sudden it sped up once we got deeper into the Potomac, where kids were heard squealing when they got wet by the speeding boat. The boat is well maintained, indoors has great AC, and you can buy drinks and snacks from the concession stand. Word of caution, make sure you use the bathroom prior for I heard that they don’t provide bathrooms on the boat!
The online site could use a little work to be a little bit more friendly and exact but there was a gentleman there that appeared to be off duty gave the most informative help he actually went back to the window to tell me everything that I needed to know and that made me feel great as I stood to the window working with him several crew people walk by they were very friendly they all spoke said hello with a smile some even said oh you're coming along the cruises we look forward to seeing you there that made me feel pretty comfortable and happy because I knew then that the crew had to be very nice people to work with and to sell with. I highly recommend this outfit. I only had a few problems with the online service that I'm sure they would change soon to be more informative. Party with these guys trust them with your important events.
We had a fabulous time riding from the harbor to waterfront Alexandria. Great day to spend a few hours enjoying the views, food and people. 110 percent recommend everyone experiencing the ride. Keep in mind it's very hot when Sunny on the 2nd floor. Big shout out to Captain Jack!
A cool way to get to the Cherry blossoms in DC. You can sit and enjoy the view, have a beverage or if it's chilly you can venture downstairs and warm up😊
The ride was fine but the sassy girl that sold us the ticket set a sour tone for the entire experience. I suppose a large company like this doesn’t really care if their staff is rude since there are few return customers. She was not a good ambassador for the area.
I took the water taxi to have a different experience. It ran in the rain. It cost about double of an uber.
I'm glad I did it, got some great pictures to send home, but it was more about being on a boat versus convenience and price.
Something everyone should check out atleast once.
I didnt like that it wasn't obvious where to board. The internet and the call center don't have many details. I called to see if the water taxi will continue to run in the rain and the lady just told me she thinks it's still running. If a ticket is non refundable, the call center should be able to answer questions like that.
It also doesn't run late or often so check the schedule online!

Take a nice relaxing ride on the water taxi, just because. I literally booked my tickets while standing in line to board. Website was user friendly. Very nice staff. Upper deck view is amazing as is standing on the front of the boat whie in motion. Easily accessible.
Washington National Harbor - Interesting place for a stroll. Unless you want to spend a lot of money, you really only need a couple hours. The ferris wheel allows for phenomenal views and they clean each car before re-entry due to Covid. You can see the replica of Air Force One, although they have the sidewalk closed off right now so it's hard to get a close up view. I loved the statues scattered around the plaza, so much fun to be had for selfies!
If you want 5-star service, impeccable views of the Potomac area, and an overall amazing experience for an event; I highly recommend the National Elite! Emily, Camryn and Shakia were all excellent in helping our agency organize our Holiday Appreciate party. It was truly a night everyone will remember!
We had our company holiday party on the National Elite. Customer service rep Fiona did a fabulous job with walking us through the process and helping us to coordinate all the details. On the boat Adrianna was our contact and she ensured our custom cupcakes and signage were all put together. She was wonderful with checking in with us on the timeline to make sure appetizers, food, speech and music were all coordinated on time. Appetizers were served which included bacon wrapped dates, crab cakes, spanakopita, beef wellington and all choices were amazing. Chef Marvin did a fabulous job with the food. Our menu selections had a nice variety, beef tenderloin, mozzarella chicken, salmon and lobster pasta. We added on the photo package and had 5x7s printed of all the couples along with the group. The photographer did a great job and had all the photos printed in nice wrapping ready to go when we got off the boat. He also provided all the photos on a thumb drive. I would definitely recommend adding on the photos as a keepsake. Everyone was thrilled. The whole evening was really nice and we will definitely plan to book this boat again. Thank you!
Pleasant cruise, but the food was average and there weren't enough hor'dourves for everyone in our party. The music was too loud to hear anyone to speak, even if they were right beside you. They did finally turn it down after enough people complained.
I loved the National Elite Yacht because it was such a great experience and we enjoyed it to infinity.
We had our wedding on the National Elite and even though it was raining, it was one of the best experiences we have ever had. The Captain, crew, staff, event coordinator and anyone else who was involved in the event went above and beyond what we ever could have imagined. We chose the buffet menu and the food was hand-down some of the best we have ever had. They took care of all our guest with special meal request and they all said it was phenomenal. Our event coordinator Emily was a rockstar and was absolutely amazing. We really don’t have a single criticism. From the sales rep to the bus boys and bartenders everyone was professional, courteous and a joy to be around.
I would recommend the National Elite to ANYONE who is considering having a wedding or event. It was a once in a lifetime experience and every guest left happy.

Amazing! The entire crew onboard was so friendly, smiling, truly catering to us. We had a blast! Food was incredible too. I'm super impressed with these guys. Starting out with Shadae at the sales office, who was super helpful the entire process as I planned this event. Great suggestions and ideas and truly made this so much easier and took a lot of the stress out of my hands! Thanks so much, Shadae M.

We had an amazing time, everyone was so friendly. The captain let us drive the ship and he was so fun and funny. The bartender and chef were so sweet they made us all feel like family. Rachel was running the show to make sure everything went great, where ever they needed help she was right there to step in and help. This was our First convention and they made it memorable.
