My husband and I invited another couple to join us in our cooking class. The four of us had a truly enjoyable evening. Chef Davide skillfully guided us through the preparation of the menu we had selected. He was an excellent instructor and we had such a fun time creating an absolutely delicious meal that we all thoroughly enjoyed!
Chef Davide did an excellent job guiding us in the class. The pre-class instructions were clear, in order to be ready to cook.
The helpful tips he shared along the way also made this a worthwhile experience.
Showing the participants what he was doing, pointing out the consistency of the risotto and gelato as we proceeded was key.
He was easy to understand and often checked if we were good or had questions.
I would enjoy taking another class from Chef Davide.
We loved Chef Maggie’s vegan French cooking class via Cozymeal. Despite having taken other cooking classes in the past, we learned new knife skills techniques and facts related to the meal from Maggie. She’s a delight to be around and we had fun cooking with her. We particularly appreciated how she set us up for success: focusing our efforts on chopping and tasting for balance, while explaining her cooking technique along the way. The meal was absolutely delicious. We are excited to make it again with her instruction in mind.
Chef Roxy was really engaging, patient and encouraging. Her explanations of what we were looking for, particularly in terms of texture were spot on. I was a little skeptical that our first attempt at falafel would be successful, but I have to say, they were really good - better than many restaurants I have been to. I recommend this class.
Did a dinner for two as a gift for my son and his friend. Glorious meal, great conversation, well executed evening at home with surf and turf.
We booked Chef Stefano for a class with our mom for her birthday, and we really enjoyed it. We also had a junior participant for a good portion of the class. With 3 generations in the class, Chef was friendly, funny, patient, and informative with all of us. We learned a lot about the food we were preparing and all had fun. Thanks, Chef!
Good way to see city highlights but if it's cold, make sure you get inside before it goes over the bridge, it was freezing cold in the middle of June. The wind was so strong it blows the bus doors open.
Patrick our tour guide was fantastic and made the trip to Muir Woods and Sausalito so much fun. Loved his stories and the redwoods were amazing!
I purchased a double voucher - for the Golden Gate Bridge Tour during the day, and the Nighttime Double Decker Big Bus Tour.

Both were very well organized, and fortunately we had great weather. Both provided audio tours, but the Big Bus tour provides headphones to plug in at our seat. That was better for me to hear the tour, and I couldn't hear everything on the boat.

I sat on the top level for both, and I highly recommend that, especially the bus tour!

Special shout-out to our bus tour guide, Rafael. He took time to give me a map of the city (for which I was having trouble finding), and he waited for us to use the restroom after the tour but before he dropped those of us staying in Union Square back near our hotels.

Boat tour:

Pros:
- Get right up to and under the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, and Angel Island.
- Bar and bathroom on board

Cons:
- Difficult to hear the audio (but that's not a deal breaker)

Bus tour:

Pros:
- Beautiful views of the city, including a trip to Treasure Island
- Headphones and audio tour were perfect!
- Get to feel San Francisco

Con:
- No bar or bathroom on board :)
Our team had an amazing experience with Chef Dirk. We had a group of 16 and wanted to do something special but different during our annual holiday gathering so we choose a team building cooking class. We choose the Italian Pasta, and everyone had so much fun making and enjoy eating. Chef Dirk was awesome! Thank you again for the special evening...
Booked a half day Muir Woods and Sausalito tour through this company and I had a phenomenal time! I chose this option because I’m traveling solo and the bus trip to Muir Woods ended up being cheaper than renting a car and paying for parking, park entry, and gas.

On the way to Muir Woods our driver Lester gave information about a few sights along the route and also stopped briefly near the palace of fine arts for photos. He also let us know when other good photo opportunities were coming up.

The woods themselves were incredible though I do wish we had more time (they give you 1.5 hours but I could have easily spent double that time there by going to the end of the main trail and/or up some of the side trails).

I chose to get off the bus in Sausalito after Muir Woods and grab some lunch and catch the ferry back to SF. Great experience overall. Just would recommend driving yourself to Muir Woods if you want to spend more than 1.5 hours there.
The weekend brunch with Chef Mike was amazing!! The meal was as delicious as it looks on the menu! He was welcoming and personable. Everything was well organized, with the perfect amount of work for everyone to learn, prep and cook. We thoroughly enjoyed our Weekend Brunch experience with Chef Mike. He shared some great tips and tricks! This was our first time trying Cozymeal! He set the bar pretty high! Can’t wait for our next experience!
Great Tour! Staff onsite were friendly and informative as well as our driver, Erika. The audio worked perfectly and was easy to understand. It’s helpful if you follow along with the map and route provided at the link. This is an excellent way to get around the city and see several of the more known sites in a day. I will absolutely use them again. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed this experience, and our guide was also really friendly. He took us to places where the other tour buses usually won’t go to, such as the palace of Fine Arts and the Painted Ladies. It was a bit longer than I thought, but overall we got a nice tour of the city and had a good time.
The Bay Cruise and Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tours were great. They were very informative and the staff for both were excellent. We had an issue and the staff responded to email promptly. The only problem was that we had a problem redeeming the voucher for our tickets for our cruise. Make sure you read all of the fine print on the voucher so that you understand the process and where to go. If they tell you they can't redeem the cruise tickets, they can at the Jefferson Street office. Ask for Isaac if you have an issue.
Good tour, buses were busy but they came by pretty often so we had no issues all getting seats with a group of 6 of us. Sasalito was a nice little town, we had lunch at Trident right on the water, recommend it.
DO NOT BOOK! Company is permanently closed. However, their website is still active and they are continuing to accept tour bookings that will never commence. Extremely dodgy. I received an email outlining their company closure with NO information whatsoever about how my money will be refunded or when. Judging by other reviews, this has happened in June, yet I only got an email now (late July) about my tour next week being cancelled. They could have notified much earlier but instead are leaving their website open to phish people and rob them of their money!! I have done this tour before so they were genuine once upon a time. Luckily, I have rebooked a similar tour with Dylan's Tours. If you need something similar, go there instead.
DO NOT BOOK A TOUR WITH THIS COMPANY. The company was forced to close down but had no courtesy to email customers, we showed up only to find a sign posted that they were forced to stop operations. It's highly un professional and irresponsible practice.
Flying from Australia to san Francisco to do napa wine tour
They cancelled by email the night b4.
Said bus broke down no alternative no car offer instead even if we paid extra.
Worst trip ever
I am so glad we booked this! No way we could have seen all that we did on our own. Our guide was very informative and knew lots facts about the city. It was a great value for what we got . It's a good tour. You get to see so much. Highly recommend.
Booking was the worst experience EVER! The web site was a breeze...only an hour later I received an email with an over booking issue. Change made. The next day I received another email with yet another issue with a different tour. This time, due to park service regulations, the company couldnt re-book it so they blamed it on me! I somehow used their website wrong?!!! Laughable. I called customer service and the rep continued to tell me that i did something wring and kept talking over me! All i ask is to be called with a solution, not accusations that i used their site wring. Their site clearly has TONS of discrepancies! At this point FURIOUS!
After a bumpy unfortunate start, the tour ended up great. I am giving this tour a 4-star rating due to the amazing job our tour guide, Kyra and driver, Charles, did at redeeming what what began as an unfortunate situation. Our small group met at the shuttle by Pier 39 as instructed, after touring Alcatraz. Our shuttle driver, Charles, began driving through the city and after we asked where we were headed, he informed us that we were picking up the tour guide (which was our second question). Half and hour later, after driving across the Golden Gate Bridge without stopping, we ended up in Sausalito not knowing fully what was going on. One of the tourists ended up calling the main number to SF Shuttle Tours and then informed us that we were actually meeting up with another tour group because we were under-booked. According to the driver, he didn't know what was going on, but was only driving us where he was told to. Why SF Shuttle Tours didn't communicate to the driver to inform us of what was going on was beyond us. A short statement would have avoided a lot of our frustration. All we knew was that we were driving for 1/2 hour across SF and the Golden Gate Bridge without a tour guide. It seemed like an expensive bus ride at than point. The tour guide, Kyra, took the time to listen to our complaints and questions after the other group boarded the bus. She was not only gracious but she told us the situation that occurred (that we already knew by that point). After apologizing for our late start, Kyra began our tour. Because we were in Sausalito at that point, she gave us a bonus bus tour of the area informing us about this charming little town on our way back to San Francisco. We had a wonderful extended tour because of this, due to Kyra's diligence and patience. Hats off to her for making lemonade out of what began as a sour situation. Our tour covered everything as promised and more, thanks to our tour guide and driver that got us everywhere safely and efficiently. Recommend this tour for families with teens (a little too rigorous for little ones due to lots of walking up and down hills and steps); great for groups and couples. I do not recommend this tour for people with mobility issues due to walking up/down inclines and up/down steps at a good pace. Recommend wearing tennis shoes and keep a jacket handy as the Bay Area wind can become chilly at times.
Easily one of the worst travel experiences I've ever had. Honestly if I had the option to give 0 stars I would. Firstly, the tour guide was over 20 minutes late and we were left contacting the company to confirm the tour was still on. Each stop was AT MOST 10 minutes, while you spent the vast majority of time in a bus. Not at all the experience they suggest on their website. They did not drop us off back at our hotel even though we paid for this service and asked the tour guid, the reason provided was "the driver is in a bad mood." That same driver was also the reason we were stuck outside the bus at one stop as he was napping in the back. But to my dismay this wasn't the worst service I'd receive through the company. I than called twice and emailed over 5 times to share my experience and received one email back saying they were reviewing the matter... it's now been over a month. Honestly I'm not one to complain and have done a number of different tours around the world, truthfully this is the worst service I've ever received. Absolutely would not recommend.
We took the 5 hour tour and it was a good deal to do it given our very limited time in San Francisco. I'd recommend that you spend less time eating at Sausalito and get a few more sights in but the rest of the sights were well covered. We did feel rushed at times but when I look back at it, we did cover a lot. Our tour guide, Kyle, was good, but was sometimes too long winded and taking about his experiences with another tour company (Grayline). Will recommend this for optimal coverage.
