Great tour, led by an informative and very pleasant guide / driver. Visiting the Golden Gate Bridge, Palace of Fine Arts, Muir Woods which are enchanting and Sausalito a great place to walk around and have lunch. An enjoyable day tour that finished off our American adventure nicely.
Alex was an amazing guide. So knowledgeable, good diversity of information as well to keep it interesting, as well as good humour. Playing a few famous local songs along the way at key moments was a great touch.
He also took some of the best pictures of me I’ve had!

Highly recommend this tour. Per was an excellent tour guide and we got to see and learn a lot of different aspects of the city we weren’t able to access from the bigger bus tours. Muir Woods was beautiful. We really enjoyed our day with your tour.
We went on this informative and well organized tour. Brendan, our guide, was very informative and entertaining. He clearly loves this city. The tour was well organized and allowed us to see a lot in one day. Highlights include the stops at Golden Gate Bridge and Muir Woods. I wish there had been more time at the Museum of Fine Arts, but otherwise there was lots of time at each stop. Great tour and a great way to learn about the city.
Brendon was great. Very informative with a welcome humerus twist. Worth every dollar spent. As first timers to SF we were so glad to have taken this tour. Highly recommend it.

Great tour! We saw a lot in one day, and our guide, Alex was super personable and knowledgeable. He knows a lot about the history of SF! The stops were nice to hike, eat, and go on to Alcatraz. We wanted to get better pics close to the Golden Gate Bridge, but it was pretty foggy. Anyway, we’d recommend the tour with the Alcatraz option. It’s a great day!

This mini bus tour had more stops/photo opps than all the others I looked at. 9am start was perfect. Brendan was fun, funny, chill, a great historian and DJ! Thank you for the waters and snacks, recommendations, local insight, and for taking pics for us! 5/29 from KS 🌻
We had a fantastic tour experience with Brendan! From the start he did a great job of engaging all of us and setting a relaxed fun tone for the day! The tour was informative, and he didn't avoid talking about the tough parts of how SF, its history and neighborhoods have developed while keeping a healthy sense of humor. His passion for the city and its collective culture is crystal clear. I learned so much!
I also want to take a moment to point out that he handled a difficult situation as well as could be done. There was one adult that did not respect the schedule of the day, and that coupled with an unexpected traffic delay pushed us far behind. Brendan attempted to make contact with the person (who also had two younger people with them) and had missed the return time by over 30 minutes, when one of the other 2 people who was with her returned to the bus, he asked if she could get in touch with them or go get them. That person stated that they weren't answering her and they were in the cafe eating, they chose not to be on time. Brendan explained he could not keep waiting as it took time from the rest of the tour and participants, as well as the fact that some folks were continuing on to Alcatraz. He offered her the option to stay or to take her things and be left with them. In the end, he did not leave we were ALL inconvenienced. I normally wouldn't bother to include any of this in a review, but for two reasons I have. #1 - I think as a business owner/employee it is a delicate thing to hold a customer accountable for their role in affecting other customer's experiences, and in the moment this was handled very well. #2 - The person who was late, showed no regret to her fellow tourmates & then accused Brendan of degrading her friend. Alaska, if you're reading this or leave a review I want you to know you degraded your young friend by putting her in that position, you negatively influenced other's experience, you could have just acknowledged what you did and said I'm sorry, but like listening to the schedule and following it, this proved too much for you.

It really was the perfect day with must-see locations, a great time on the bus, lots of laughs, and I don't want to spoil any of the little touches that made it perfect, but the soundtrack of the day was just one of the many things that made it awesome! I would also like to add, we were the only people that didn't go on to Alcatraz & Brendan was kind enough to recommend a few places in North Beach/Little Italy, as well as drop us off there so we could take advantage. An amazing experience. Filip is a wealth of information and knowledge about San Francisco and he shares it all with passion and whit. Take this tour and you get it all from history, past and present, to culture, art and architecture. He will keep your attention the whole time, you will not want him to stop.

This was a great investment into our holiday. The crew were welcoming, the audio was so informative and the views were spectacular.
One the best things to experience in SF! Professionally and service goes above beyond 5 stars. This was an incredible experience. To be able to go around the Golden Gate Bridge and see all the windsurfers coming so close to us was breathtaking. We had amazing time and thankful for the chance to see such beautiful views.
The Saturday brunch cruise was a fun excursion to celebrate the birthday of a 25 year old lady although the food was only so so but probably good for such a vessel. Thew scenery was magnificent and everyone had a blast and would come back for a dinner cruise on another special occasion. The weather could have been better as foggy conditions were experienced but there were patches of sunlight and blue that compensated. Watching Alcatraz shrouded with fog that lifted was surreal and magical. Viewing the Bridges from different vantage points was my favorite part of the excursion. I would come back on a sunny day or clear evening to experience it again.
We went on the Bridge to Bridge tour and it was excellent! The ship staff were very helpful, offering to take your photos and answer any questions about the history and the sites. The bar was buy one get one half off so that was nice since the drinks were pricy, but they had a good selection. The information playing over the speakers was very informative and the boat wasn't overly crowded so you could easily hear what was being said.

Do not hesitate to take a tour with The Painted Ladies Tour company! We had the best time on a wine tasting tour with Jim. He is kind, knowledgeable, patient, and does an excellent job leading the day. We enjoyed the pace of the tour and didn’t feel rushed at all. It was nice to have lunch at one of the vineyards. We enjoyed a nice fun playlist on the road which gave way to more fun! Last but not least, a little surprise mimosa and treat was fabulous.
Bridge to Bridge tour - excellent choice. Drove under the Golden Gate and Bay bridge, along with a drive by of Alcatraz. Very accommodating with my mom who is ADA. Great trip

Great place to book a trip of the bay, get up close with the bridge and around Alcatraz. Even stopped some dolphins! The narration in the loud speaker is very informative and tells you so much about the history of San Fran, the bridge, the geography, neighboring towns, and Alcatraz. Employee are very friendly and you can go around the boat, even to the very front to take a look around. Highly recommended!

We had the best day with Jim and Pearl! From pickup to drop off we were taken care of. Jim was welcoming and friendly. He had so much information to share about San Fran and each winery. The timing of each stop was perfect and just right. We had a beautiful sunny morning with rain in the afternoon but that didn’t stop us from having a great time. Loved the short 1hr tour but audio is terrible. They usually have middle deck closed most of the time. Either you sit top with hot/cold weather or down and look at the water. You can really have both!
We didn't have a beautiful day for it, but the tour was still well worth it. Our trip took us along the waterfront, seeing some of the sights we had visited earlier in the day) and out under the Golden Gate Bridge, and then back around past Alcatraz Island.

We were in SF for a week, and chose the all day Wine Country Tour. Our experience with Green Dream Tours was superb from beginning to end. Our tour guide, Jeffrey, was enthusiastic and knowledgeable - a really great guy, good at his job! When we come back, we would do it all over again, it was that fun!
Alcatraz tours agency is really good because they make everything really simple for you getting to Alcatraz Island and back was very straightforward. However, Alcatraz ticket prices for almost 50 bucks for per person for I think if they added a student price option that would’ve been great because we couldn’t spend the whole day at Alcatraz discovering because we had a flight to catch an evening.Therefore, we left early so it would be nice if they offer a half-day prices, or at least student prices.
This tour was so fun! Driving trough the city in such an iconic car, seeing all those iconic and beautiful places was very special. Jim was our guide and he was so amazing and sweet! He gave us many insights and insider tips of San Francisco. I am not a fan of typical tourist tours so if you want to discover the city in an alternative way with a person who grew up in the city, this is for you! As a music fan I loooved that Jim had the perfect music!

AMAZING AND FUN! Our driver Armando was super informative and was energetic. This is a must do if you want to see some spectacular sights on limited time. The VW bus is a nice touch.
Undoubtedly something you must do when visiting San Francisco. The Alcatraz Cruises tour cost around $46, and there are no student discounts. The boats are very punctual. To get the audio guide, you must go upstairs because it's the only place where you'll receive explanations of what you're seeing. Other information can be found explained (in English) in pictures around the facility. They don't allow you to take anything from the island, not even a rock, but don't worry – if you have money, you can buy them inside or pick up any stone in San Francisco and claim it's from Alcatraz.

The food was very good, matched only by the wonderful service. It goes without saying that the view is breathtaking. A MUST for locals and visitors alike. The vessel was very clean and looks like it was just remodeled. Very chic. You won't be disappointed. How can you go wrong with world class food, live music, 5 star service with the backdrop of ever changing iconic views that will forever be in your memory.

Pros: The route was super beautiful. I think our driver’s name was Marco - he was fun and knowledgeable, provided lots of information on the area which really leveled up our experience. Thank you so much for working during the holiday Marco! Also - the Madonna winery was a good time, the host was very engaging, the wines were tasty and bottles affordable so we took some home. Thanks to the Madonna team for working during the holiday, and to RuVango for hosting us at your beautiful Napa property.
Cons: bathroom… the bus bathroom was marked “out of order” and there was no convenient or clean bathroom situation at the departure. They said they sent an email to warn customers before the tour, but I’m traveling a long distance via car and was not checking emails while driving. There are bathrooms at the winery locations, so that was our saving grace. I really think they should not use the bus without a working bathroom, or please secure a decent bathroom at the departure station. This tour isn’t cheap, so I believe we should have this basic necessity (especially for the seniors!). Also, it was supposed to be a 12:30 but they shifted us to 830am. Kind of early for wine but I understand the holiday schedule… I wish they would have advertised it initially with the correct time (not after I purchased tix).
I enjoyed my tour overall. I’d recommend it to others, but with a major disclaimer about the bathroom!!

It was such a great experience. We took the night tour, and i highly recommend it! Will definitely do the tour again. The tour was self guided, and we went at our own pace. The hospital wing opened up at 6 p.m., and it definitely added another lever to the experience. The water was very choppy on the bay, but the ferry over and back was smooth. All food and beverages on board are good, and cash isn't accepted.

Had an amazing time seeing many sites in two days. A shout out to my favorite tour guide Salvadorre. He was so knowledgeable and friendly.
I had the absolute best experience with Green Dream Tours! They made it so convenient to be able to go wine tasting without having to drive or get an expensive personal driver. The group was fun & people were both local and from all over. I definitely think more Bay Area locals should do this tour, especially with all the customization you can have while at Sonoma Square!
Went for the Saturday Brunch Cruise, boarding was seamless and the servers had fulfilled the bottomless mimosas. Food was decent but nothing spectacular, just enough to eat to your fill and soak-in the amazing views along the cruise.

Had a great time heading to Sonoma Valley with Jim on the wine tour. Really loved Poppy, our ride, as well.
Jim was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and made everyone feel included. He had great enthusiasm for the history of the region, the wineries and gave us loads of food recommendations: so many we won’t possibly be able to try them all on our trip! The choice of wineries was great as well: particular highlights were the 2021 Chardonnay at Roche Winery and checking out the oak barrels at the Deerfield Ranch wine cave.
Couldn’t recommend this enough if you’re in San Francisco!

The choice of wineries was great as well: particular highlights were the 2021 Chardonnay at Roche Winery and checking out the oak barrels at the Deerfield Ranch wine cave.
Couldn’t recommend this enough if you’re in San Francisco!
Went for a Halloween cruise. There wasn’t nearly enough bartenders for the amount of people onboard. 8 bartenders for 1500 people. The drinks were real expensive, 15$ for a basic mixed drink and 9$ for a beer. Wasn’t able to bring an item of my costume onboard because it was deemed “too hard of plastic“ was told by the crew they would have it for me to pick up after the cruise but that was a lie. It was nowhere to be found. Overall a subpar experience.

What a cool experience! You definitely can feel some heavy energy here. Be sure to take pictures! You never know what you may find!! I looked back on my photos to find a picture of a figure in the utility corridor!
So much history packed in a small island. I really liked that the tour was self guided giving you the freedom to explore at your own pace. I didn’t get through everything in the time I went but I definitely want to go back.
Great experience! My boyfriend and I have been on this tour twice already. tour staff are helpful and the ferry process on and off the island is smooth. Great views and educational
best way to see fleet week is on the speed boat tour! such a fun experience, well worth every penny! Captain Charles was heaps of fun and super informative. He made sure we were positioned perfectly for the Blue Angels fly over. Perfect views of the bay and the GG Bridge. Couldn’t recommend Bay Voyager anymore.
I really enjoyed the tour but the audio was terrible. I ended up asking for a headset even though I'm not hearing impaired and it was much better. Unfortunately it stopped working half way through the tour. They swapped it out but I had to go down stairs and missed part of the tour.

This trip was so much fun! We went yesterday afternoon on a spur of the moment decision when we passed their booth at Pier 39. We are so glad we did! The guide was great and took us to a lot of sites visible from the bay. Definitely worth the price! Full 90 minutes of sights.
We visited today last minute and couldn’t recommend it enough! What a great experience and great day out! Jarred was an awesome host! Went out to lots of sites and we even managed to see a Whale!!
Absolutely brilliant tour with Filip on our first full day in San Francisco, and it was SO much better than we could have imagined. Filip's immense passion for the city and the great depth of his knowledge are apparent from the outset, and his enthusiasm in sharing his knowledge and his storytelling abilities are a joy to experience. The 2.5 hours seem to pass by in a flash, with not a boring moment. There are plenty of places to stop and listen, and also a toilet break for those who need it, so put on some comfortable shoes, bring water, sunnies, a cap/hat, possibly a jacket and an umbrella (this is SF, after all!) and prepare to immerse yourself in an utterly absorbing introduction to this fascinating city. Filip delves into marvellous detail about how the city came into being, the gold rush, the French connection, the origins of Chinatown, politics, earthquakes, the impact of the bay, all the way to the present cost of living, recessions, Silicon Valley, diversity and thoughts for the future. I cannot recommend this enough! Thanks Filip, this is probably the best walking tour we have ever done.
We had a brilliant time visiting Alcatraz island, the history and location are incredible and the audio tour was informative and interesting. The only downside was the nasty flies in the boat but nothing anyone could do about them I guess. Would highly recommend this trip if you’re in San Francisco for even one day.
My husband and I booked this 90 min tour last minute and we are so glad that we did. We had a blast! We got to go super fast on the water, go right under the Golden gate bridge, learn interesting facts from our guide who so knowledgeable. We loved it! Money well spent.
Lots of fun. Lots of uphill walking and waiting in lines. Fair amount of people for Wednesday. Ferry ride over was short and not rocky at all. Individual radio headsets in almost every language made it a nice personal tour at your own pace. Gift shop at the end was decent size and the line went fast.

Linda's humorous, insightful and entertaining story-telling reveals a rich culture of history, foods, herbal medicines, ancestral and current lifestyles of this proud community -- an incredible facet of the Asian American experience. I learned a lot and everyone should take this tour!
Definitely the most fun way to see the sights of San Francisco. The boat leaves from Pier 39 (well worth exploring) and the 90 minute tour takes you out past the Golden Gate Bridge and back via Alcatraz and the Oakland Bay Bridge. The boat is fast and super fun when there are some waves, Charles gives a great history of the bay and we even saw some whales. Definitely worth the $99
It used to be call hornblower. After the pandemic period, this company is slowly growing back up again. They have reactivating many good programs from their company. It is best to check out their website to see most enjoyable programs they have during the summer and fall seasons.

We booked a tour bus for a family reunion on 4.19.23. Our destination Muir Woods. The driver Tony a great tour guide with valuable information and very funny 😄 too.
They were very punctual at the beginning and the end of the tour, which is important for all the parties involved.

Fantastic 🤗🤩 Jeffrey was highly engaging and entertaining went above and beyond 👍 he had 14 strangers in the morning and a party bus home. Oh and the wineries were ok too 😵💫🤣 Peter cellars was a firm favorite , thanks Peter and for introducing the dogs 💖
I love new experiences and this one exceeded my expectations! We chose the Napa Valley and Sonoma wine tour. We arrived 30min before we were to leave. Found parking fairly quickly and convenient to the departure point. Checking in was straightforward; we just walked in and confirmed our names. The bus was clean and comfortable, with a working bathroom. Our driver provided us with brief history as we traveled to our destination; a nice selection of music from different genres played between the silence. Each wine venue provided at least 3 wine selections and a tour of their facilities. The day was also beautiful which enhanced our experience. The only downside was that more red wine selections were offered, rather than white. One location even had flavored wines such as sweet tea. It would have been nice to taste something that wasn't a traditional option.
In between the venues we stopped for lunch for about 1.5hr. There were multiple options for people to choose from. We chose a cute pizza joint that was inexpensive and delicious. Great time overall! I've suggested it to other out of town guests and will book again for myself.

We took the half-day wine tour, and I have mixed feelings. The tour delivered on its promise, but it involved long, bum-numbing bus rides.
After a long, slow drive through Sausalito to pick up other passengers we arrived at the first winery. They delivered a nice tutorial on wine making and what makes a wine good, with several (3, I think) wines to taste. Then another long drive to Sutter Homes' beautiful facility. Although they are known for mass-market wines, the 5 wines tasted were premium, limited edition vintages and our guide gave a great presentation.

BAY VOYAGER he presented me with an offer for a boat tour that I could not resist. His charisma and enthusiasm interested me for the trip. This was a great experience right from the start. Green Dream Tours had excellent communication from the initial purchase to the day of our tour. Our driver was slightly late and they called to let us know right away.

Absolutely fantastic experience we had today with Captain Charles! I completely understand and agree with why the reviews say this is one of the best boat chores to do in San Francisco. I would actually fly up again just to do this boat trip. I took my dad to San Francisco a few years ago and I wish I’d known about this then because he would’ve loved it. Highly, highly recommend ❤️

Very enjoyable tour with the crew and staff being very accommodating, friendly, and helpful, along with the keyboard player who was very good.
Been the area for decades so it was interesting to see the bay and SF from the water side.

I sailed on the Premier Brunch cruise. It was relaxing. The musician on board had soul on that piano. The only part of this cruise that was a No for me was the brunch is self serve so hundreds of ppl are touching the utensils for serving. I rushed the line when it opened to be the first one and after that I never went back in the line for seconds. I was DONE. But on the other hand the wait staff was excellent and the mimosas kept coming 👌. The views were amazing. I even saw a whale 🐋.
My teenage daughter and I did a tour with Linda Lee and we loved it! We visited stores we would have otherwise missed and we learned a lot on the tour. Linda was informative (she also has her personal experiences to share about growing up in Chinatown) with a great sense of humor. My only "complaint" is that we easily could have gone longer (we did not add on the lunch) - the two hours did go by quickly! We also appreciated the sheet with recommendations she gave us.
I am a middle school teacher. My students recently enjoyed a wonderfully fun and educational tour Linda gave us. All of us on the tour - kids and chaperones alike - loved her lively presentation style and the wealth of information she was able to share with us. In particular, her personal experience growing up in Chinatown made the experience authentic and powerful. She even took the time to follow up on my students' questions, looked into the history of Angel Island. I highly recommend Linda if you are looking for a dynamic, informative, and personal way of experiencing SF Chinatown.
I can't recommend this tour enough! We were looking for an in-depth tour of the history and culture of Chinatown, and we certainly found it in the tour presented by Linda Lee. She is absolutely delightful, with a wonderful sense of humor and an incredible knowledge of the area and the people. If you're looking to expand your knowledge of the City of San Francisco and Chinatown and its people, this is the tour for you! And the Dim Sum lunch afterward was perfect!
Tour was great. Did hop on off throughout San Francisco. Buses come around every 30 minutes so you can enjoy favorite spots. Price was $99 per person. Had no issues sitting on top deck. This is an audio tour in many languages.. highly recommend.

LeAnne is very passioned about San Francisco. This was a great walking tour where you get to see as much as possible from the city in one day. Just be ready for a good walk and clime the San Francisco hills.
LeeAnn was an amazing tour guide and really added a personal touch to the tour. We were able to see so many parts of the city and get a taste of everything. She did a great job improvising as some parts of the tour were not available due to Covid. Highly recommend!

However, our tour guide (I won’t reveal their name but it starts with an “L”((Not Linda)) made it unbearable. They made us stand out in the cold for 20 minutes talking about how they were divorced and other details in their personal life that nobody in my group was there to hear about. Whenever one of us would ask a simple question, they would stop in the middle of the crowded sidewalk and give us a LONG backstory about something in her life before answering. We missed several key attractions due to poor planning and timing.
Lunch at the Oriental Pearl was WAY worse. Our guide would not stop talking and encroached upon our personal conversations. It was really uncomfortable for everyone and made it hard to enjoy the food with their constant gibbering

It was such a pleasure to take this tour! Linda Lee shares first hand experience of growing up in San Francisco’s Chinatown. She did a great job of engaging all ages, including my 12 and 15 year old boys! Linda was knowledgable, enthusiastic, and humorous. The tour ended with a delicious lunch. I would highly recommend this unique experience to anyone visiting San Francisco.
Great way to see a big part of the city without working to hard to do so. The guide was also our driver and he spoke very eloquently about San Francisco, he was friendly and knowledgeable. Although the tour was not as long as we were hoping it was fun. We also were able to catch the shuttle to and from the departure site which was perfect enabling us to enjoy the day without having to find transportation.
Felt like a safe way to see the tourist destinations. However, even with the 2 day pass, if you get off to explore, there's just not enough time to see everything due to extended wait times to get back on a bus. At times it was faster to forego the bus and take a lyft. We encountered 4 tour guides providing live commentary out of about 9 trips, the first of which was the morning of 8/26 around 10:30 and did not follow a PC script and was screaming into the microphone multiple times while going through a tunnel. The other 3 gentlemen providing the live commentary were wonderful and shared many great facts. We took a trolley to Sausalito over The Golden Gate Bridge and also around the park loop(the green trolley) and found both of those drivers provided live commentary and were knowledgeable and personable people-was quite pleased with both and they were a highlight of the tours.
I did this tour with my 2 kids a couple of years ago. It was great and I told everyone I knew to go on this tour. My family of 5 decided to do it for our trip to San Francisco this summer and it was a NIGHTMARE! We got on the bus fine at Chinatown and rode to North Beach. Got off, pinned the location in our phones and took photos so we’d know just where to stop. Ate lunch and went back to the stop. 3 EMPTY buses flew past us, the drivers barely glancing our way. After waiting an hour we decided to walk to the next stop (Columbus & Beach) and get on there, hoping for more luck. 2 more empty buses flew by without stopping! At this point we had walked several miles and been waiting 2 hours for a bus to stop and pick us up. Finally a bus stopped and we got on. We rode to the main starting point and went onto a new bus to start over. By now it was after 4 pm. The last bus runs at 5. We rode, terrified to get off and miss any more buses and risk getting stranded. On this bus we noticed the driver never slowed down for the designated stops. Twice we had to yell at the tour guide to stop because people were trying to get on the bus! We decided to risk it and join everyone else at the Golden Gate Bridge stop. We enjoyed that and quickly got into another bus with a great tour guide, Giovanni. He was wonderful. Charming, funny, full of great info about the city. Each time we came to a designated stop he made sure the driver stopped. Unfortunately, at this point there was only 1 bus behind us and we weren’t sure it would stop, so we stayed on and missed all the exploring we had hoped to do.
Do this tour at your own risk! If you get a good, alert tour guide and driver you should be fine. But if not, you’ll be like us, pushing a stroller and dragging 2 other kids all over the city praying a bus stops. It was a total waste of money. It would have been cheaper and less waiting to take an Uber to each stop!

First: Never , Never use this type of bus with advertizing in both sides, you can’t take pictures if you go in the first floor, the driver don’t let you hear the info of each point of interest , talking to much using the PA system with a Hey Baby, Hey Baby .,,Bad experience for my wife and my mother that can’t go to the second floor because they have a disability. Check before you select the bus and want to stay in the first floor. You can’t take pictures because of the advertizing mesh that covers the bus windows.

First you need to go to an office some distance from the boarding site to get another voucher then you need to go to other building office in front of the bus parking to get finally your tickets to board the bus .

So regretting booking with this guy/company... If this weren't the last minute booking to Muir Woods, I would have just walked off at the ticket counter...
Thought I have checked there is a cafe at Muir Woods from the website, I asked if there is a cafe and he said No. Looking at the return bus schedule at 4:30 pm they offered (trip started at 10 am), I asked that question again, the he said you are in the woods and won't be any food, and treated me like an alien...
Even worst, the wrong scheduling info was given. He circled the weekend ferry schedule and actually the ferry was running at weekday schedule (it was a Friday). My family ended up wasting 2 hours waiting at the dock.

Thought I have checked there is a cafe at Muir Woods from the website, I asked if there is a cafe and he said No. Looking at the return bus schedule at 4:30 pm they offered (trip started at 10 am), I asked that question again, the he said you are in the woods and won't be any food, and treated me like an alien...
Even worst, the wrong scheduling info was given. He circled the weekend ferry schedule and actually the ferry was running at weekday schedule (it was a Friday). My family ended up wasting 2 hours waiting at the dock.
I can tell you there is a cafe at Muir Woods. First time I was given a wrong info at the ticket booth, how professional he is. Thanks very much Paul!!! Now I really appreciate my prior tour experience.
Norm during the night tour was great! Other tour guides were hit and miss. At times they were short staffed and buses ran over 45 minutes between pickups. Still a great way to see the city. Would definitely shop around. Plenty of bus tours to choose from.
Over all enjoyed my time on the tour. All the guides and drivers were very good. The company needs to put more buses on the road. I have done Hop on Hop off in many cities and never had to wait more than 15 minutes to get on a bus. The buses were all full and I needed to wait for the next bus more than once. Bus stops are not clearly marked. Was waiting at pier 1.5 with 8 other people and watched the bus drive right by. Had to get an Uber to pier 39. Ticket was not clear that the Muir Woods were not included in the 48 hour ticket.
Knowledgeable guide with interesting insight. Linda Lee gave us a brief history of Chinese settlement of San Francisco as well as fascinating glimpses into the area's culture. We visited an herbal shop, several stores, a private temple, and a fortune cookie factory. I'd highly recommend it.
Do not even consider taking this tour, its bad generally but holiday period don't imagine you can get a seat on a bus without first committing a large portion of your life and sanity to standing in a hot queue.

Spent most of my time in San Francisco standing next to stop signs, which is not the ideal place to see the city. Decided to ask for a partial refund and was refused outright. The process of tedious and unnecessary, asked to email the manager who was not taking any calls. Why?
Only managed to catch half of one route in 3 days. The commentary was good and the driver did not crash into anything so they seem more competent than the management.
If you want to see all the delightful stop signs for hours at a time this is the tour for you!
