I knew nothing about the city of Baltimore before I got there but our tour guide quickly remedied that. Mr. Ira is the best guide I’ve ever had on any tour. Within minutes of meeting him, I felt like we had been friends for years. He gave us a complete tour & history lesson of the city. The best part of the tour was Fort McHenry. It was very emotional. This is by far the best tour I’ve ever been on.

I was so glad I decided to take two I Love Baltimore Personal Tours. The first tour "Baltimore's Historical Sightseeing Tour" provides great insight for anyone searching for historical monuments and history on the city of Baltimore. Mr. Ira, our tour operator, provided great informative facts as we viewed Fort McHenry, Fell's Point and the Inner Harbor to mention just a few places of interest. Mr. Ira's knowledge of the city was professional and courteous and he answered all questions asked. He made sure everyone was comfortable in the van and that we received excellent views. I was so impressed with this tour that I decided to also take the I Love Baltimore Personal Tour "Baltimore Monument Walking Tour." Once again, Mr. Ira was our wonderful tour guide and he took us on a 1 1/2 hour walking journey up close of the monuments in the city of Baltimore, so be sure you have your best walking shoes on! You will have the pleasure of seeing churches, monuments of historic figures, etc. with Mr. Ira giving in-depth knowledge of everything. Friendly, prompt and thoughtful. Cunningham's van was spotless and comfortable even over the cobblestones of Fells Point. We went past all the key historical and cultural sites in Charm City. An ongoing commentary was interesting and accurate. Plenty of time for questions. Cunningham is exceptionally qualified because he knows the Monument City like the back of his hand. He does a variety of specialty tours, like an early morning visit to 37 murals. Excellent value and a fine 90 minutes with an expert.

Chris carried out a tour of Baltimore for a small group of academics who came to Baltimore for a meeting. We had a terrific time. Christ was engaging, knowledgeable and shared many interesting stories. He was more than happy to tailor the tour to our interests and needs. We had such a great time on our personal tour of Baltimore with Ira! We learned about cool historical significances, saw lots of historical churches, sites and visited Ft McHenry which was pretty amazing since that is where the Star Spangled Banner was written about.
