we went to the safari tour from Amigo and Badshah was our guide. not only was he super kind but we also had a lot of fun together. he helped us always, took good care of the whole family and took great pictures of us. the show was also interesting and the food was good.

Our tour operator Mr Naveed Iqbal was just amazing. It was only because of him that my family and I had a blast on this activity.He was on time to pick us up and he didn’t rush in any of the activities.He was very helpful and made our trip very memorable by clicking extremely good and fun pictures for us. For my first time it was really a very nice experience, very good welcome and assistance from Mr. Badshah. The time was respected and overall only beautiful memories.

I’ve done a couple of desert safaris while living in Dubai and this is by far the best one yet, the quad bikes are 100% worth it, best time.

Great experience

The Good : Was a wonderful experience, experienced driver, the driver and tour guide Mr Badshah was attentive in the sand dunes , at the camp the grill was good. The six of us returned to our respective hotels happy that we got to do this tour with Mr Badshah.

The Bad:The evening camp experience, I would have given it a five star save for the constant interruptions by hawkers who seem not to understand the word NO. Forceful photos , ending up paying 57$ for two photos ended up paying 45$ PLUS a few extra photos soft copies. For the camp , something has to be done. The good job of Mr Badshah is watered down by this .

Hopping on the Skygaze/Ocean Express was a beautiful experience with family and friends. The onboard itinerary was awesome, whether we talk about preboarding coordination, food or the onboard entertainment, everything was amazing.
One thing I specially liked was the Team members mingled and interacted with entire guest and I saw everyone (including young and old ) was dancing and enjoying the trip, we forgot all our day today Work pressure and danced in the rhythm. They are exceptional crowed pullers, we made our beautiful memories dancing with our loved ones in the mesmerizing skyline of Dubai Marina.

What an experience! Definitely recommend to do as a tourist, they provide food n soft drinks and take you around marina area, other dance and entertainment acidity ate carried within the cruise. Do book the seats at the top only that gives you a great view throughout. Ask them in advance about seats and areas they will cover during the ride.

The tour to the desert was very good. Our driver picked up on time around 15.00 and after 1 hour we came to the sands. It was amazing! After we have had a quad biking with additional payment (if you want) and it was so nice too! After that we moved to dinner with fair show.

Rayid is a great person. He Took care our safari ride and made it very interesting and exciting. We had so much fun and I highly recommended him and his company

It's was nice experience.. And everyone should have and must try activity experience at least once in their life time. Even though it's expensive, good to have some beautiful memories..

Excellent experience from start to finish. Staff were exceptionally friendly from the time of booking through to the end of the tour including sorting our photographs. The flight itself was amazing, we (party of two) went on a 4 seater helicopter which meant it wasn't crowded and everyone had amazing views. The route (17 minutes) was also great featuring the main Dubai attractions - highly recommended.

Amazing experience highly recommended. Only one slight unhappiness, The driver who picked us up from the hotel, spent much of the journey texting on his phone which felt very unsafe. This was the only fault in the whole experience.

Overall this was a delightful experience with staff that was knowledgeable, friendly, and overall a delight to experience this with. Our pilot was friendly and even helped us take photos on the flight. Our driver was very friendly and gave great suggestions for other activities we could do. And the food was solid, not 5 star restaurant quality but I would say on par if not a pinch above standard hotel breakfasts.

Our experience with Cappadocia Hot Air Balloon was fantastic. On time and well-prepared. The flight was really enjoyable, and the pilot was quite competent.

Unforgettable 2 hours of relaxing cruise with moktel followed by delicious dinner in traditional wooden dhow boat is worth experiencing.

Quad biking was really good however I recommend to check the quality of the quality of quadbike before starting it.

Dune surfing was nice, other than that the dinner was very ordinary organized by the team.

Transportation between different activities could be arranged in better way.

A great morning adventure! Picked up from our hotel promptly (04:30) in a comfortable 4x4 ready for our dawn start. When we arrived at base refreshments and washrooms were available, after waiting for everyone else to arrive our balloon Captain gave a safety talk and told us what to expect on our adventure! Then we were off on a short car ride to the balloon site, where they were partly inflated by the well drilled ground staff. Once the captain had inflated the balloon we clambered onboard, once your safety belt is attached you can get yourself comfortable. Then the anchor ropes were released and we were off the ground in the most gentle of ways! The flight varied in height depending on the best prevailing winds and lasted just over an hour, taking on the most spectacular early morning views. The landing was very calm, you have an initial 'bump' on ground contact, but as long as you listen to the captain and take your landing position everything is fine! After the ground crew arrived we could disembark calmly. Then it was another short journey to the camel and ATV centre via some crazy dune bashing!! (Great fun! Especially for my young son). At the centre breakfast was served, and then you could partake in the other activities if your had booked them. After around an hour or so it was back to the hotel, still in time for breakfast! We had a great adventure, made all the better by the professionalism of all the staff, not forgetting Alex and our fantastic Captain 'Orlando'!

Dubai desert safari experience is a must try ..
Be aware of the package you book with the companies . They will say it’s a vip package but when they pick u up , u ll have to share with multiple people . They will drop u in the desert to have an experience of your own and they go for multiple pick ups . So have a full clarity on this .
Bike and car rides in the desert are an amazing experience one must try ending up with the shows at night .

Very rude & bad attitude

Put off by cheapster tricks by the safari people. Driver picked us up from home but drove at 60 km/hr to save petrol. We spent an hour going and 90 minutes coming back. Then the car had a flat tire and driver took an hour to repair it while we waited doing nothing. Replacing the tire should not take more than 10 minutes. Dune bashing ended in 15 minutes and mostly done on flat land. Buffet had 10 salads, 5 lintels, 5 rice dishes. And someone outside the buffet tent was handing out 1 chicken leg and 1 kabob at a time. It took me 5 trips to complete my dinner. One would expect arabian food in a desert safari, not pakistani kabobs. Drinks were limited and time restricted. Almost everything was an upgrade and required extra money. Thoroughly a bad taste at the end.

It's a complete tourist place with lots of fun like Fire show , Belly Dancing, Camel Ride, Bike ride and well arranged Arabian Dinner.

Not as briefed to us before purchase... Though we got some discount by driving to the starting point from Dubai. For which we thank the organizer however would highlight the following. Staff was completely disconnected from us as a customer they were calling cards rather than attending customers. There is no briefing on schedules and what do where. You are left in the tent to find out what's in your package and what's not. Didnt see any sign of sand boarding neither someone asked us, it was part of the package. Thetorcycle guy argued with us on sharing whereas organizer mentioned that there is no issue if we share it since with small children they are not interested in a 20 min ride. Small ordinary bikes are free as part of package. The big and real ones require extra amount. Camel ride is just camel standing and taking three steps and sitting down their are other ppl there charging for real service i.e. if u need a considerable camel ride u need to pay extra. Sheesha hooka is only available in the corner. If u need it on your table u need to pay extra. Timings of events and departure time is not communicated soon after dinner at 7 pm u have to leave. Snacks were finished by the time we entered the tent. Soft drinks are the likes of brands not the actuals. Keep extra cash above the tour price as for every real thing that u need a piece of mind extra amount need to be paid.
