We had amazing desert safari with farhan he is like a brother. His pick and drop service was so good he guide us in very well about the tour. All the things was good like dune bashing belly dance fire show. Thank you all the team for making out trip memorable. 10/10
Very bad experience, not even 7 min spent in desert safari ride and without completing the Fire show driver forced to leave by saying later too much traffic and not at all cooperative.

Desert safari sand dune bashing and desert safari camp is a good place but just 1 major issue is if you are a pure vegetarian person you will not be satisfied with the food that you get to eat out there but apart from this one issue overall it's a good experience, the shows are amazing you get to experience belly dance, fire show and tanora show

The balloon ride is in a specific season and it starts at 4:30 am we get to see the sunrise and a beautiful view of desert. The balloon takes u to 4500 ft above sea level and it's quite chilly but the view is worth it. Beautiful experience, the team also trains u before the take off for landing.
I loved every bit of the experience, from my pickup to drop off. Buggy rides, camels, dinner shows, Great experience. Mr Sanjay, Very welcoming and at my service at all times
Hands down the best hot air balloon adventure in Dubai! Communication with the company was easy and well organized. They picked us up at our hotel in the morning and dropped us off afterwards. The pickup car was spacious, clean and had a good aircon. Our driver Mubasher was fantastic! Explained everything to us and made sure we were comfortable the whole way. He also assisted with taking our photos at the balloon. Included in the adventure is a short drive through the desert on vintage land rovers and a gourmet breakfast is included. Also camel rides and photos with falcons are included.

We really had a fun time because of our guide, Arun. He is fun, also very accommodating. Doesnt bother giving us some backgrounds and histories of Dubai. Giving some jokes and kind enough to give us some time to enjoy as first timers.
We had a wonderful time during our visit. It was worth it. From pick-up, until the drop-off it was fun and smooth. I will bring my family next time. A big shout out to our driver and guide Nikki in making sure our trip was beyond incredible. Kudos to our pilot as well (I forgot his name but he said he was from Turkiyè 😅✌️).

My guide was Ahmad, i booked for a desert tour, with typical food, sandboarding, camel ride and other typical cultural activities. the guide was a professional driver, kind, reliable and also a great photographer! While staying in Dubai over Christmas we stayed on the Palm perimeter road so quite remote. We asked the hotel if there was a driver that was reliable and might make multiple trips to various parts of Dubai by day and evening. We were extremely lucky in that they recommended Fahad from BTT. He is a first class driver and guide. We called on his services for several days. He was always perfectly on time. He pointed out interesting things we might have missed. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would totally recommend BTT and Fahad and will certainly use them again.
Just went on a jeep tour through the desert. Definitely must visit in UAE. Special thanks to our driver-guide Mujahid for incredible drifting and overall desert experience. Camping shows and solo driving quad bike was also great. Cant wait to try it again

The organisation of the afternoon was very professional and the agent and driver gave us regular updates. We were punctually picked up by Ahmad, our driver and host for the afternoon. His company was highly entertaining, he was sociable and engaged throughout: from the jokes, to the fun facts during the drive. However what stands out above the rest was his photography skills. He took the most amazing sunset photos - capturing our special anniversary and first international family holiday. It was the most exceptional way to start our holiday.The quad biking was thoroughly enjoyed by the entire family, followed by a lovely dinner and entertainment. Ahmad ensured we were seated in a very good location close to the stage. It was a fun afternoon and I highly recommend Ahmad and the team at Dubai Travel and Tourism.

Strangely, taking off and being high in the sky in an open top basket wasn’t at all scary….partly as the baskets are massive….landing was quite smooth compared to some of the other groups….

The packages provided (7 - and 4-hour tours) are great value for money, with loads of activities. The company provides a driver who is also a guide. Kudos to Iltaf for being an exceptional tour guide and driver. Quite experienced behind the wheel during the dune bashing and provides thorough safety advice before the start of any new activity. Always on time, friendly and good company to the group.
The experience was the best, I’ve never had one like it. The driver was great. He knew how to treat us. Everything that is stated is included which is a plus. I would definitely recommend! He let us have our own music which helps encourage the experience!

We booked the desert safari for the family and was a great experience. We were picked up on time and driven by our guide Farid. He was very professional and kept us alert at all times. Our package included the drive through the desert which was thrilling, soon bashing maybe a little too short time spent as we enjoyed it a lot, camel riding again a very short round, and time at the desert camp where we experienced the authentic cuisines and entertainment. The food was just amazing. We experienced the cultural dances and an amazing fire dance as well.
We didn’t take part in the Shisha activity though it’s included in the package.
Everything was timed well and the entire experience took around 4 to5 hours and the other two hours were for traveling from hotel to the sites and back.

Hi, I took the adventure travel recently with Mr. Huzaifa. He is one of the best drivers in Dubai. He entertains you with lot of information. He is one of few drivers who do not use GPS as he knows the route well. The adventure was great. Met friends from other countries. The food taste could be improved in desert camp though. Overall, it was a memorable experience.
Our guide M. Sakh Mr Falcon is the best 🙌🏼 he is so skilled at driving and was so friendly and helpful throughout our premium red dunes safari experience. The dune bashing was super fun and the music he put on made the mood even more exciting! The Al Khayma camp food was delicious and we enjoyed the Shisha, Henna and amazing performances. MUST TRY when you come to Dubai!

I don’t think there’s anything negative. I can say about the Safari. The Buffay was absolutely immaculate, entertainment was entertaining. The car was clean and safe. The sand dunes were fun. I don’t think there’s anything negative to say. 10/10.

We got ready for an early start with our driver, Noman, who picked us up at around 4:30 am from our place. Once we arrived in the desert, we were greeted with a drone show. They walked us through some safety measures before we headed over to the hot air balloon. Captain Yosh was there to take us up into the sky.
After a beautiful flight, we landed near a camp where breakfast awaited us. We enjoyed a spread of tasty foods including croissants, smoked salmon, turkey, sliced meats, eggs, and more. We were back in Dubai by 10 am.
It was an incredible experience, and I recommend choosing them!

Had a fantastic time on their evening desert safari with BBQ. We were well looked after by Muhammad who picked us up from our hotel and was a great guide for the afternoon/evening. Highlight was the dune bashing with some great photo opportunities in the desert as the sun was setting. The BBQ and entertainment were obviously a bit touristy but fun for all ages. Would recommend.
If you do one thing while in Dubai, this is it! I did an option that included hotel pickup, coffee and dates upon welcome to the balloon site, a beautiful drone show, then the hot air balloon! It was followed by a vintage Land Rover ride in the desert, breakfast, a falcon experience, and getting to ride a camel! Truly an all inclusive amazing experience. The hot air balloon staff are all highly trained professionals. This was my first hot air balloon experience, and I felt so safe the entire time. There is very clear safety information to follow. I had the pleasure of Captain Hosam guiding our balloon. He made the experience fun, turned the balloon around at times so everyone could experience the same views and photo ops. Even sung happy birthday in the sky for those with birthdays. He also provided a soft safe landing. The cost is completely worth it for the experience provided! 10/10 would do again and recommend to everyone I know

Very disappointing experience with this company. We booked a city tour and tickets up Burj Khalifa with them four months ago, and they only advised us late the night before that they hadn't organised the tickets for Burj Khalifa yet, meaning we could only go very early in the morning or very late at night. Very poor. We don't trust the company and think they gave us very poor customer service.
The experience with Naveed Jan was excellent.. a very nice person kind gentle always trying that we have the best moment . From the beginig a big smile welcom us to his car his knowledge of Dubái perfect and such a happy person .

It's a must-do adventure for anyone visiting Dubai, offering a taste of the desert's magic.
We booked for a sunrise safari since it was summer time. Had a great experience with dune bashing, sand boarding and a beautiful sunrise view! Shahzad was very good to talk to as well.
It was a wonderful trip. Our guide Mansour, was a very skilled driver, we did not flip :) (but certainly felt that way a few times, part of the dune bashing!) My family was very excited.
The dinner was good, as it can be out on the open. The show was memorable.

Excellent communication with the company and quick pick up. Felt like a VIP the whole time. Our outing for dune bashing and dinner at the fort was awesome. Staff will help you out to get other activities lined up such at the ATVs you can drive around. Would use again.
What an amazing experience, if I could give 6 stars I would! We were picked up by our Safari Guide Sameer from out hotel in a lovely, Toyota 4WD. Sameer was exceptional, such a nice and knowledgeable man and nothing was too much trouble for him. We first drove out to the desert and Sameer threw the Toyota through some ridiculous moves, 45degree angles down the sand dunes and sheer drops..the guy's a brilliant driver! After that, onto the meal and events. Belly dancing, fire dancing, amazing food and hospitality in a stunning location and a short camel ride! Before we knew it, it was time to come back to the hotel. To sum up, a fantastic day, and exceptional VFM. Thanks Sameer

Lovely arrangements for our new year eve, from dhow cruise in Dubai marina to watch the spectacular fireworks of JBR was amazing experience. We were picked up from the airport in a luxury 7 seater car driver name Asim who helped us with luggage and offered us water. He was super nice.

Great experience throughout the tour. The tour was made special because of our driver Ikram. He guided us with complete professionalism and took great family photos of sunset at the sand dunes. Sand boarding, ATV rides and Camel ride were the highlight for the kids!!

He even called me giving out all the information I needed and made sure that we had the best experience of our life. Indeed the safari surpassed all our expectations. We booked a private car ad we were not very comfortable with ither people in the same car during this covid times. Our exceptionally professional driver Ikram picked us up from the hotel dot on time and ensured that we had a memorable experience. He was a bit quiet but was great at his work. He looked after us very well. And I would like to specially thank him for the awesome photoshoot that he gifted us at the sunset point. He truly made us look like models. Huge thanks to him and the entire team. It was an experience of a lifetime. Highly recommend this company.

We booked our tour with Mr Bashir a couple of months before our trip. He patiently walked us through the itinerary, answered alol our questions and also provided some useful suggestions since we were travelling with kids. After finalising the itinerary, we finally arrived in Dubai.
The arrangements made by Mr Bashir (from the time we were picked up from the airport on arrival, till the time we were dropped back for our flight home), were impeccable. Everything was seamlessly done - the hotel arrangements, driver pick ups daily on time, and very informative and friendly drivers which were very helpful and guided us during our tour.

I cannot even give them 1 star. A horrible experience and in 7 hours i saw 4 fights. Very bad experience i do not recommend this place at all. Non-cooperative staff plus super bad food. The food wasnt even average and it is not worth the money. I do not recommend this place at all. I took 100 aed package and everything was paid their even though they mentioned that drinks are free. We had to pay for soft drinks too and the soft drinks which were free did not taste good. Stop fooling people. We gave 360 for 3 adults and a child and we spent over 100 aed extra in order to buy drinks etc. Dont get fooled. Horrible

We booked a customized 8 hours day trip for our flight stopover in Dubai. Tour Operator was very responsive. They were flexible and understanding of our time schedule and prepared itinerary according to it. It all went perfectly well, from pick-up at the hotel and the tour around the City. Basheer is the best! If you want to travel to the Emirates, and see Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Basheer will show you everything you need to see. He knows all the sites and secret places, and all the spots with the best photo angles!
It was a mixed experience. We enjoyed dune bashing and all the quality time we spent there with the group and did multiple activities like playing cards, camel ride. Camel riding was included in our package but they were nit treating good and focused to sell their 10 Dirham package.
Dinner was a worst experience. Total bad quality and mismanagement. The soft drinks they were providing was worst and it look like they were filling on their own.

It was scary like a roller coaster ride but made our day admirable. There were camel ride, horse ride, quad bike rides available. The food was reasonable and shows were good. We like the fire show most.
Not happy with the arrangements at all driver didn't call on time later they sent someone to pick and everything was done in a hurry very less dune dashing and very less time for all the activities
