If I could put zero stars I would put even less than that. Scammed us out of 5 tickets in September 2023, a total of $341. The “captain” Bill never showed up, and the refund for the cancelled cruise was never received, even after numerous phone calls and emails to their incompetent ticketing agent. Do yourself a favour and don’t get robbed by these scammers.

My co-worker and I took 3 people who all have varying degrees of mental/physical disabilities on this cruise today… if I could give more than 5 stars I would! I’ve done this cruise twice before, but never under these circumstances and the entire crew, even before we boarded, treated all of us with respect and dignity. They offered to help get us and our wheelchair loaded on the boat and situated comfortably. They offered to help us navigate the boat, should we want to move spots, and they showed more than just patience to all of us, equally. They were kind, they were thoughtful and they were understanding. They never made us feel like burdens or unwanted and treated every single one of us as equals, regardless of our differing needs and abilities.

Not only is the cruise beautiful, the scenery can do that for itself, but what made this outing memorable and special for all of us was the crew. Thank you so much, from the bottom of our hearts.

We had a very enjoyable time on the dinner cruise. The boat was very clean and comfortable. The food was great, the Captain and crew were very professional yet friendly and fun. I would highly recommend this opportunity.

We had an amazing time aboard the Georgian Spirit afternoon cruise! The crew were so friendly and helpful, the boat was lovely and we got to see a beautiful part of the lake. Highly recommended!

Bought 6 tickets in Novemeber as a family Christmas gift for a lunch cruise. They will not honour our tickets now. $460 totally wasted (yes, we have all the receipts). Repeatedly have asked to speak to someone other than the miserable Doreen who sells tickets but have been told we are not allowed that information. Not sure where to go from here.
But buyer beware!!!!!

We had a lovely time on the Georgian Spirit Cruises. We took the 11am - 1:30 pm and it was great and sufficient, we enjoyed the scenery and lunch on board. I believe the fall cruises would be also a great opportunity to enjoy a fascinating view of colorful trees.
