We booked all tours from Perfection travels for city and boat tour, Keywest and Everglades. They are best in service and we have really appreciated their help and service for all trips. When in Miami, the best way to see it is from the water and on one of Ocean Force Adventures' zodiac speed devils! My partner and I wanted to take a tour of Biscayne Bay and had limited time to go. We called Ocean Force Adventures and spoke to one of the owners. She was very friendly and helpful, and got us on a tour that day. We met our boat captain, Captain Collin, at the marina a few minutes early, and he was ready to go. He was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We took off in the Zodiac boat and it was a blast! Captain Collin was a fantastic captain and tour guide. He knew so much about the area and the sites we were seeing. Riding in the Zodiac boat was a blast! I love taking boat tours, but they are usually on a big lumbering boat. This one was fast and nimble, but it felt very stable. We zipped around to different areas including Stiltsville, which I knew nothing about. It turned out to be the highlight of the tour. The history was very interesting, and Captain Collin knew a lot about it, which he shared with us. Even though this boat tour was a little more expensive than a typical boat tour, it was so much more fun that I can't say enough good about it. I want to thank Captain Collin and the owner of Ocean Force Adventures for a one-of-a-kind tour of Biscayne Bay.
The tour was great. Started on time at 7:00am from Miami. And started back 5:00 pm. Our tour guide/driver, Cindy was amazing. She has been very communicative and funny all through the ride. Thank you!

If you’re ever in the Miami area definitely check out Miami double decker tour bus ask for JP’s tour. Specifically he doesn’t Key West tour and one around downtown Miami and they’re both amazing. He’s one of the best tour guides I’ve ever had you get to see all the great things Miami has to offer as well as the beautiful sunny Florida keys. You get to make a lot of amazing stops and see a lot of them great things definitely recommend check it out 10 out of 10 I take it every year when I go. JP knows just about everything there is to know about downtown Miami history and his driver is also really awesome too Rauldel both are super friendly and it’s just a get vibe for and awesome day in Miami.

Abel was the man. He works there as a tour guide for over 11 years. He explained the real facts about the tour , which states in south beach going to wynwood and little havana. He really knows what he is doing. Customer Friendly, authentic and real. Thanks a lot for this informative tour for an unbeatable price. They also provide free pickup from our hotel which is perfect to safe money for the Uber. Overall the price of 40$ for a bus and boat ride per person, is really really affordable. Don’t forget to appreciate their service with a tip at the end. Bc these guys really hustle. I did three tours, Abel and Andrew and yanaisa were the tour guides and I can’t complain. The atmosphere in general was fantastic . Thank you guys. I’ll be back for sure

I do not recommend unless you love waiting in the heat .I am pissed 😡 I’m out here from Chicago cooking like a rotisserie chicken for almost an hour waiting on the bus , I should be done . No refunds so pack your purse of patience and perseverance

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Captain Nick today! It was a blast! He was so knowledgeable about the area and the history. We especially loved seeing Stiltsville and we even saw dolphins! Excellent bus tour company had fun got to learn a whole lot about Miami on how it was developed excellent boat tour, Everglade tour, downtown, Miami tour, little Havana tour, and the Florida keys tour. I highly recommend it ask for Gilbert, the bus driver, and the narrator for the city tour. Ask for Manuel to drive you the Florida Keys also recommend to take the trolley. At the Florida Keys try to get Louie the trolley driver in the Florida Keys…pack a lunch take plenty of water and Gatorade stay hydrated. It was well worth it for $99.99 Miami Tours trolley at Florida Keys was about $50.00
Duck tours was fun and the tour guide was definitely great. It does get extremely hot so make sure to take refreshments. I do wish the seats had more leg room but overall was good.

This tour is a Miami MUST if you love being on the water, catching awesome views, and learning some cool history about the Miami area. Shutterbugs will LOVE the photo ops and the trip to Stiltsville provides the chance to see a piece of history that won’t be here for much longer if the wind and waves have their way.

Seen lots of fish, lobster, stingrays, etc. and he gave us many other recommendations of stuff to do in Miami! Would definitely recommend.

A great trip. We looked at other ways of seeing South Beach but we were really.glad we did rhe duck tour. Two trips for the price of one and with a fantastic guide and driver, it was a really interesting tour and we used the tips given to visit places o the tour and spent.more time there. Got $10 off too by Googling discount vouchers. Would definitely recommend and we would do it again
Felipe was amazing! He even took great pictures and videos for us. It was our first time snorkeling and he was really patient and kind. Definitely worth the drive from South Beach.
Miami city tour on the double decker bus was a lot of fun! We enjoyed our time in Little Havana drinking coffee and getting cigars. The second part of our tour was the cruise to see all the celebrity homes. Clean and fun. The third part was to travel to the Sawgrass Recreation air boat rides. We saw 4 alligators on the ride and enjoyed the education and pics with the baby alligator. Bus was clean and all guides professional! Great price for all day! Loved the order too. Ac bus home was relaxing.

The Miami Duck Tour is one of those iconic outings all tourists to Miami must do. The art deco scene in South Miami is better than the back lots at Universal Studios (in my opinion), and when the open air amphibious craft actually ventures into the waters around Star Island to gawk at the homes of the rich and famous, the whole experience is a great introduction to all that Miami has to offer.
Unfortunately, we had only half an experience today. Through no fault of the company, some clown with jeep and jet ski trailer backed up onto the exclusive Duck boat boat ramp and submerged his vehicle. His engine was ruined. He couldn't move. We waited nearly an hour for a tow truck to haul him away, only to find out the police needed to come first, and only then would a tow truck be called. So, the tour operator continued with the land portion of the tour, as rain came pouring down.
After disembarking and hearing nothing from Sam, our tour guide, about how the patrons were going to be reimbursed or refunded, all the passengers went back to the office for answers.
Jocelyn, the general manager, was very gracious and apologetic about what had happened. She offered a 50% refund for now or the opportunity to take a later tour that day. In addition, if we rebook on a different day, she added notes to our booking number that we were entitled to a 50% discount. Under the circumstances, that seemed like a fair compromise.
In the end, I only took a few photos of the art deco Miami Beach downtown area on a soggy day with our of town guests. Better luck next time.

I’m all about reviews- this had a lot of positive & negative ones. I personally had a great time on the City bus + city boat tour. No it wasn’t perfect but the staff was kind & knowledgeable. Well worth the money to me. Some reviews complain about being left or places making money at the stops- I didn’t leave my group so I didn’t get lost or left. I also was excited to stop at a souvenir shop as I’m on vacation most ppl do… I thought visiting downtown Miami as well as Little Havana was awesome as I usually just stick to South Beach. Also loved the boat tour and the boat staff as well.

Felipe was personal, friendly, and very patient. You can tell he enjoys this job. I had a 10-year-old son with me snorkeling for the very first time. My son was so comfortable with him that he held on to the float and snorkel while Felipe dragged him in the water. It was a private boat tour and snorkel. Beautiful view of all the high rises and Felipe filled us in the history. Thank you Felipe for making it memorable.
Did the half day Miami bus and boat tour. The bus part was nice. Our tour guide was very informative. We made stops at a beach for some quick pictures and then Little Havana for a taste of Cuban coffee and lunch. What was disappointing was the boat tour. When we arrived, the top desk was already full, and our group was forced to either sit inside or stand at the back of the boat. Not the experience we were looking for.
We had an absolute blast! We booked a 3 hour private boat and we could not have asked for a better experience. Booking the experience was easy, we were met as soon as we arrived and escorted to our boat. Captain Erik was excellent and professional and a really nice guy! He was knowledgeable about the area, we felt safe, he took us snorkeling and was always on top of safety and giving us the best experience. We saw Manatees, we saw dolphins. Erik gave us everything and more! We had time to snorkel as well as swim at the sand bar as well as touring around Fisher Island and all along the coast. Erik could not have been better. We were so lucky to have gotten him as our Captain. Highly recommend. Three hours felt more like five. It was the highlight of our trip! Thank you so much!
This is not a legitimate business. They told us the jet ski we rented was 6 minutes away. Our taxi ride was 40 minutes away and they sent us to a marina with no jetskis. They called me one time and hung up immediately and wouldn’t answer when we called back. Then the guy who rented us the jet skis said we were too late and refused to refund us. He lied and said he didn’t have our money. Eventually when we refused to give up, he finally pulled our cash out of his pocket and decided to pay us back to avoid us calling the police. Stay away from this operation.
I booked the Everglades tour in advance & when we got there, they gave us the City Boat tour tickets. We didn't realize until the boarding time. Luckily, we got the new tickets but the bus still left 15 mins late as it happened to other people. We get the Sawgrass Everglades late & didn't see the alligator show or any of that as the area where the show was crowded & the way the viewing stairs were adjusted, unless you are 7 feet tall, you didn't see anything. We waited almost 20 mins in line for an airboat before the tour worker asked why almost 20 people were standing in the hot sun. We did see some gators in the distance & it was fun riding the airboat, but it wasn't managed well overall
Great way to hear the history of and see various areas without having to deal with the traffic. The unfortunate part was that it was hard (or at times impossible) to hear the driver's narrative due to traffic, wind, and construction noise. It would be much better if the speakers were located up above the rear seats, or if there were headsets. Still really enjoyed the tour, though!

There seems to be a lot of confusion when you enter the shop nobody's sure of what they need to do. We bought our tickets from the RUI hotel and were directed to come to the office to hand in a slip we was waiting for ages. We missed our tour and had to be landed up being put into another tour.
Once you're on it was a pretty good tour then we were dropped off at shops that we were encouraged to buy from particular shops we were ushered away from other shops. We also went on a boat trip to look at the celebrity's houses was a pretty good trip I enjoyed that immensely.

We thoroughly enjoyed the trip w/Captain Colin exploring the Miami area by boat. From beautiful mansions, the Miami skyline, Stiltsville, an aquatic National Park, lighthouse, etc., Cpt. Colin was very informative, knew the history of the area, and allowed us ample time to take pictures. We definitely recommend this trip!
They were a great price to hold our luggage for the day while we waited for our late flight and hit the beach in the meantime. They also let us ride their tandem bike for an hour at no cost, very nice customer service.
Excellent staff and amazing service. We took three packages first we went to everglades national park.
1.The place is known for wild sight seeing of alligator in river.Place is beautiful and the service is great. Although my group was not able to see the alligator as the temperature that day was high(as told by the guide).
2. Bus tour - Bus took us to little Havana Market place famous for Cuban cigars.Also it took us to Downtown Miami and South Beach.
3. Boat Tour- The ship us to for sighting of infamous private island, star island and Miami Sea Port.
Overall it was wonderful experience.
Tips- Always wear a lot of sunscreen cream carry hat/scarf and full sleeve would be plus.

Absolutely fantastic tour! If you are looking to get on the water in Miami this is your charter.
I’m a Florida native and have my own boat so I was not willing to get on the bigger “touristy” charters. This is worth every penny and our captain was very knowledgeable.
We booked the group charter but they didn’t end up getting anyone else booked. They stood behind the price and still made sure my partner and I got the full experience.

Pros: One of the coolest adventures I’ve taken during my stay in Miami. The tour guide is amazing and extremely funny. The driver cared about the passengers and did a great job as well. I had no idea the same vehicle would be going into the water so it was a real adventure just like a duck! My family enjoyed the tour as well and I highly recommend this tour to everyone in town.
Cons: Be prepared to pay a hefty price for parking nearby because parking spaces are at a premium. Also, you will pay small fee if you use your Go Pass as well. Otherwise, worth every penny.

I recently went on the double decker tour with my family and thought it was good, although there were some places listed on the brochure we never stopped at.
We did enjoyed going past millionaires row and the various locations around Miami!
When we were done the boat tour at 5 the bus was to pick up the group (about 50 people) I don't know if the driver ever showed back up, but after waiting an hour my family and I decided to Uber back to South Beach.

Initially concerned because we booked and paid then told we couldn't go at that time, so we swapped to the afternoon. Then we were worried at the pick up point, because the time given was 2.20pm, but it was now nearly 3pm and no sign.. Called the office a couple of times and was told bus on it's way. When it did arrive, the driver/guide said the time given by the office was impossible to adhere to given the traffic. Anyway, after that, there's tour was fabulous, by far the most entertaining tour we've been on. Guide was knowledgeable, funny and very approachable for any questions. He explained everything as we went along and his history of the places was impressive. We stopped for a drink in little Havana, had loads of photo opportunities and generally had a great time. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent experience! Isaiah was an excellent, friendly, informative and patient driver. Good pace, was giving us the key notes--but not talking non-stop. He was a good driver as well!
He was timely--left as soon as we got there (1:45, for a 2pm tour).
He was personable and made sure not to leave without us (after the 25min breaks at Little Havana and again at Wynwood).
He also give good suggestions as to where to go with minimal time. The length of the tour was satisfying!

We really enjoyed our tour. They hit all the places we wanted to see while in Miami. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for a very nice morning.
Had a very nice tour with Charles and would definitely recommend to others. It had poured down rain and flooding/traffic caused a delay to the start, but Charles went out of his way to help us get back to our hotel on time. It was a great overview of Miami and Miami Beach, perfect for first time visitors.
Let me start off by saying, we really enjoyed our tour. We ended up being the only 2 on the tour, so it felt like we had a private tour. We felt like at the end of it, we had seen all of Miami that we wanted to see. The only thing we didn’t like, is that our tour guide offered me and my wife weight loss advice. The way he approached it, it seemed like he really just wanted to give us advice since he used to be larger, and had lost weight, he just wanted to share his “secret” to weight loss, but we both thought it was inappropriate. Also, the glass top of the bus was broke , and it kept sliding open and closed.
She was so very helpful. The jet ski experience was one of a kind. They even take your pictures with downtown Miami in the background. 10/10
We did the Miami Beach and Miami tour with Charles. I'm so glad we chose this open air bus over the big bus tour. We felt as if we had a personal tour because there are less people. Our tour group arrived before the big busses, so I felt less rushed. Charles did an excellent job of pointing out things to see, where we were, and the history of the area. He also made recommendations on where to eat & other places we might be interested in visiting.
They took my money sent me to an address that wasn’t even at the water, I walked 25 mins to the water to have another number call me and tell me to walk another 20 mins on a never ending trail off behind the water, I never got to jet ski but I paid over $100 on travel to have them tell me I couldn’t get my money back. I didn’t feel safe nor did I feel they ever had intentions on providing me with a service, I felt like I was about to be a victim of human trafficking. Don’t go here EVER!!!!

Had an amazing experience with this free tour. Lots of sights and information you won’t see as a tourist or local by your own. Will definitely return again when friends and family are in town. Thumbs up👍🏼
I love the concept and try to do it in every City I visit. This one is the only in Miami area and the guide is very nice and knowledgeable.
