Very decent shop, lots of stuff to choose from and the staff are super friendly

They look for vulnerable people, rip them off with standard price of from 4500 and u never get the worth of what you paid for. I paid them invoice of 4500 on the turbo they claim they have repaired, car hardly drove 150km After fitting turbo they repaired, car is smoking like hell and took out the turbo back to them and they came with the excuse that the turbo failed due to contaminated oil(while oil and filter was replaced with turbo installation ),Bosch had injectors and diesel pump checked and tested before turbo fitted and took turbo city want to claim that the turbo was damaged by diesel in the oil, they want me to pay another 4500 to redo the work, they told me they had opened the turbo to check what was the damage but when I went back to them the turbo still looks the same as dropped by them. Wonder how did they get pictures they sent to me as evidence.... What a disappointment from what I expected from them

Fixed my car at quite a low price without even having to buy parts. After I had been told by another machenic that I need a new exhaust camshaft, I took my car to Precision Auto tuning and after observing my car I was told the timing is off. They fixed the timing on the car (which is quite a huge task on my Opel Astra J) the price was so low I could afford to add a induction upgrade. I'd like to give a big thank you to Precision Auto Tuning. There's really great car knowledge and experience I recommended you to try them. I'm very happy with my car and they work.

These people are crooks the took ur money and waste ur time and at the end u will loose a big money pls donot go i have been very bad time with these guys they took 6000 and never fix properly with a second when we found the turbo not responding i take it back they tell me differently stories that i have to buy new pipe when we test that pipe it was fine so at the end i try i buy new turbo and it was perfe t with the same pipe so dont go to them they r big crooks

I took my turbo to Turbo City Booysens Johannesburg, it gave me problems two weeks later, I took it back, for two weeks I was given every excuse in the book, the manager there his name is Kenneth, he is shameless to say the least. They are con artists under the guise of Turbo City Booysens so be warned. Never take your turbo to those people unless you don't want it anymore and willing to lose money

Wow we need more people like the people at Turbo City. The owner of this shop is very honest and fair and kind. I came to them because my car's Turbo was leaking/steaming out coolant which was causing my car to run out of coolant/water. The owner fixed the leak and told me I did not have to pay because it was a small thing causing the leak (like washers i think). Wow such honesty. My Turbo is fine till Today and I drive smoothly without any constant daily coolant refills to the car . Thank you Turbo City for your kindness and Honesty and saving me money! :-)

Absolutely poor service, I called gave all the details on the vehicle and the model number stamped on the turbo. I was given a price of between 4400 and 5600 to recondition the turbo. I Called on a Friday 3 times to confirm that I will be bringing the turbo and well as confirmation of the price. On the following Wednesday I stripped the turbo off my car, take it to them. Only to be told it's going to cost me 9500.00. If you asking me they are rip offs. Like I said absolutely poor service. Doesn't even deserve a star!!!

I'm the first to complain about bad service, likewise I have to share when the opposite happens!!! Well done Turbo City, excellent turnaround time and I was kept in the loop throughout the process. Highly recommended!
