I've been going to Vlada for 15 years or so...omg... it's been a long time. I moved out of state for a couple years and could not find anyone comparable. I love Vlada because she's knowledge. Everyone does not walk out with the same brows. You know what I mean...same shape and thickness no matter your face. That's not Vlada at all... she's going to make sure you get what you want, but she will also advise you about what she thinks is good for you. And she's flexible. My schedule is bananas sometimes and she never let's my brows suffer. She tries to accommodate my crazy schedule. I've also had facials with Vlada that were amazing. Legit like a massage on my face! Love Vlada!

10 out of 10 would recommend! I was serviced by Brittany and she exceeded my expectations. I’m not new to Brazilian waxing, I typically get my waxes regularly. This particular time I had waited almost 3 months due to my schedule and I couldn’t get into my usual wax technician. I read the reviews about Brittany and decided to give it a shot, I was very nervous because I was completely new to the waxing boutique.

Needless to say like I mentioned above, she exceed my expectations. The space was very clean, she was quick, you could tell she knows exactly what she’s doing. It didn’t hurt as nearly as much as much as I thought it would’ve since I had so much hair. I live in the south suburbs but due to how amazing my appointment went I’m willing to take the drive up north just to get my waxes by Brittany.

By far the best salon in the city. Originally followed my manicurist, , but soon was introduced to all the wonderful services they offer. Their amazing staff are both knowledgeable and helpful in customizing the exact services and product that are right for you. My skin has never looked better or been more complimented. A wonderful experience to say the least.

Sometimes when I get facials I feel like the staff does a good job of spreading stuff on my face to clean it and add moisturizer. That's fine, I enjoy it. This is not a default practice at this place. The staff is skilled and knowledgeable about different products and treatment methods. The custom recommendations for me were so on point. My stressed skin shone after my treatment.

Vlada takes care of ALL my facial and skin care needs. First I’ll start with my lashes. I absolutely love them. Vlada makes sure that they frame your eyes perfectly and most of all they look very natural. I haven’t bought mascara in years, and you literally wake up pretty. Now for my skin, this is the only place I go for facials. Vlada’s facials are so relaxing and personalized for your skin needs. I purchase my facial wash and moisturizer from her and my skin looks amazing it is aging well because of the routine she created for me. Her space is clean and she is always on time and professional. Just go, you won’t regret it!

I had to book a last minute appointment for a wax and they were able to take me the same day! Super happy I found this place because it's super nice! They sell extra things in the back, had a nice playlist playing in the boutique, and Envy took very good care of me. Envy was quick and thorough.
