My husband and I invited another couple to join us in our cooking class. The four of us had a truly enjoyable evening. Chef Davide skillfully guided us through the preparation of the menu we had selected. He was an excellent instructor and we had such a fun time creating an absolutely delicious meal that we all thoroughly enjoyed!
Chef Davide did an excellent job guiding us in the class. The pre-class instructions were clear, in order to be ready to cook.
The helpful tips he shared along the way also made this a worthwhile experience.
Showing the participants what he was doing, pointing out the consistency of the risotto and gelato as we proceeded was key.
He was easy to understand and often checked if we were good or had questions.
I would enjoy taking another class from Chef Davide.
We loved Chef Maggie’s vegan French cooking class via Cozymeal. Despite having taken other cooking classes in the past, we learned new knife skills techniques and facts related to the meal from Maggie. She’s a delight to be around and we had fun cooking with her. We particularly appreciated how she set us up for success: focusing our efforts on chopping and tasting for balance, while explaining her cooking technique along the way. The meal was absolutely delicious. We are excited to make it again with her instruction in mind.
Chef Roxy was really engaging, patient and encouraging. Her explanations of what we were looking for, particularly in terms of texture were spot on. I was a little skeptical that our first attempt at falafel would be successful, but I have to say, they were really good - better than many restaurants I have been to. I recommend this class.
We absolutely loved the SF Love Tour! It was a perfect way to see San Francisco! We had Christine as our guide and she was fun and informative! We enjoyed seeing the gems of the city and she showed us a great view of the ocean. The sweet ending at the Lombard Street was the highlight! We highly recommend it! Really appreciate the recommendations and can’t wait to come back! Riding Mary was an absolute blast to the past. Thank you for making this a memorable experience!
Did a dinner for two as a gift for my son and his friend. Glorious meal, great conversation, well executed evening at home with surf and turf.
We had so much fun on the Love Bus tour with Tara! She gave us a unique tour of San Francisco you can't get anywhere else. She was full of dad jokes and fun facts. You feel like a celebrity in the bus as everyone you pass by waves, gives you the peace sign and takes pictures. We highly recommend taking this tour!
We booked Chef Stefano for a class with our mom for her birthday, and we really enjoyed it. We also had a junior participant for a good portion of the class. With 3 generations in the class, Chef was friendly, funny, patient, and informative with all of us. We learned a lot about the food we were preparing and all had fun. Thanks, Chef!
Our guide, Ky, was awesome! We had a fabulous time hearing his unique details on SF & learning so much history. Lots of laughs & some heart-stopping hill climbing made for a fun adventure! The original VW Love Van did not disappoint!! Thanks to Ky & this Love Tour for making us fall in love with SF!!
Ky was an excellent tour guide! He was so full of information, I don’t know how he can retain it all. The history about the various little cities in the city was really interesting and on the photo stops he took photos for us with all different angles so you had quite a few to choose from. I would highly recommend this tour!
We were visiting my cousin and he had purchased tickets to this private tour. I had a blast! I love historical things anyway and everywhere we went, we became an attraction because people wave or snapped photos of us. Our tour guide (Dave) went the extra mile for us! We visited so many attractions and Dave patiently to answer our questions .

I highly recommend this tour when in San Francisco! Thank you!
Ky was great. He asked where we wanted to go, asked for our interests and recommend places to go based on our answers. He has a wealth of knowledge about San Francisco and the various districts and neighborhoods. When he found out my husband is into VWs, Ky showed my husband the van's engine. It was a very entertaining and informative trip.

As a long-time San Francisco resident, I was very impressed with the Urban Trek tour led by Anton. The experience was enjoyable and gave me a new perspective on the city.

Anton made the tour engaging and fun. His enthusiasm for San Francisco's history and culture was evident, and he shared interesting stories and insights at each location. His passion for the city added to the overall enjoyment of the tour.

One of the highlights was discovering spots I had never been to before. Despite living in San Francisco for many years, Anton introduced us to hidden gems and unique locations that are often overlooked. Tank Hill, Kite Hill, Presidio Pet Cemetery - who knew? It was refreshing to see familiar surroundings in a new light.

Anton’s expertise as a tour guide is impressive. His knowledge of San Francisco’s history, architecture, and cultural nuances was extensive. He answered questions with ease and provided valuable information throughout the tour. His ability to connect with both locals and tourists made the experience enjoyable for everyone.

I recommend the Urban Trek USA San Francisco tour to both locals and visitors. Whether you’re new to the city or have lived here for years, Anton’s tour offers a unique and memorable experience. Anton’s dedication to providing a quality tour experience is clear, and I am glad I had the chance to explore San Francisco in a new way. This tour is definitely worth considering!
What a wonderful way to see the city! I was apprehensive when I saw the van was a real 70s VW van! But I felt so safe and it was so informative & fun!! Dave way so kind and put up with us talking the whole time 😉. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to see all of San Francisco in just a few hours. We had a BLAST!
You are going to see all of the things you’ve ever heard about the very cool vibes of the authentic San Francisco. The bus ride is awesome and just being in the bus, it makes you a tourist attraction. Be prepared to flash the peace sign and wave as you listen to many fascinating stories and see all the sights in a very efficient way. Tara our driver was awesome!
This was a great investment into our holiday. The crew were welcoming, the audio was so informative and the views were spectacular.
One the best things to experience in SF! Professionally and service goes above beyond 5 stars. This was an incredible experience. To be able to go around the Golden Gate Bridge and see all the windsurfers coming so close to us was breathtaking. We had amazing time and thankful for the chance to see such beautiful views.
We went on the Bridge to Bridge tour and it was excellent! The ship staff were very helpful, offering to take your photos and answer any questions about the history and the sites. The bar was buy one get one half off so that was nice since the drinks were pricy, but they had a good selection. The information playing over the speakers was very informative and the boat wasn't overly crowded so you could easily hear what was being said.
Bridge to Bridge tour - excellent choice. Drove under the Golden Gate and Bay bridge, along with a drive by of Alcatraz. Very accommodating with my mom who is ADA. Great trip
Great place to book a trip of the bay, get up close with the bridge and around Alcatraz. Even stopped some dolphins! The narration in the loud speaker is very informative and tells you so much about the history of San Fran, the bridge, the geography, neighboring towns, and Alcatraz. Employee are very friendly and you can go around the boat, even to the very front to take a look around. Highly recommended!
If you book online using the link on this location, it only allows pickup at the other location. There is only a single line to advise you of this in the multiple pages you have to scroll through to make a booking.
Loved the short 1hr tour but audio is terrible. They usually have middle deck closed most of the time. Either you sit top with hot/cold weather or down and look at the water. You can really have both!
We didn't have a beautiful day for it, but the tour was still well worth it. Our trip took us along the waterfront, seeing some of the sights we had visited earlier in the day) and out under the Golden Gate Bridge, and then back around past Alcatraz Island.

The sun broke through as we turned around and re-entered the bay giving some great views of the Golden Gate and its distinctive coloring.

A bit cold on the water, but fine if you are used to boat cruising.

We were in SF for a week, and chose the all day Wine Country Tour. Our experience with Green Dream Tours was superb from beginning to end. Our tour guide, Jeffrey, was enthusiastic and knowledgeable - a really great guy, good at his job! When we come back, we would do it all over again, it was that fun!
Mikey was amazing - helped us through all our questions and made the whole day so seamless. We had the best day riding to Sausalito and taking the ferry back to pier 41. Will definitely rent again next time we’re in town!

Alcatraz tours agency is really good because they make everything really simple for you getting to Alcatraz Island and back was very straightforward. However, Alcatraz ticket prices for almost 50 bucks for per person for I think if they added a student price option that would’ve been great because we couldn’t spend the whole day at Alcatraz discovering because we had a flight to catch an evening. Therefore, we left early so it would be nice if they offer a half-day prices, or at least student prices.

Undoubtedly something you must do when visiting San Francisco. The Alcatraz Cruises tour cost around $46, and there are no student discounts. The boats are very punctual. To get the audio guide, you must go upstairs because it's the only place where you'll receive explanations of what you're seeing. Other information can be found explained (in English) in pictures around the facility. They don't allow you to take anything from the island, not even a rock, but don't worry – if you have money, you can buy them inside or pick up any stone in San Francisco and claim it's from Alcatraz.
Highly recommend Edge of the World Tours! Marc was a great guide, very knowledgeable and entertaining. It wasn’t just a wine tour, it was also a city tour of San Fran and surroundings, plus some great conversations along the way.
We really enjoyed the selected wineries, as they all had some uniqueness to them and the wines were delicious.
Our team had an amazing experience with Chef Dirk. We had a group of 16 and wanted to do something special but different during our annual holiday gathering so we choose a team building cooking class. We choose the Italian Pasta, and everyone had so much fun making and enjoy eating. Chef Dirk was awesome! Thank you again for the special evening...

It was such a great experience. We took the night tour, and i highly recommend it! Will definitely do the tour again. The tour was self guided, and we went at our own pace. The hospital wing opened up at 6 p.m., and it definitely added another lever to the experience. The water was very choppy on the bay, but the ferry over and back was smooth. All food and beverages on board are good, and cash isn't accepted.
We did a small group full day tour of Sonoma visiting 3 wineries with Anthony. From the moment he picked us up we knew we were in for a fun day with him. He was a fabulous tour guide and so much fun. We were lucky to have a small group of 7 on our day. We loved our little group. The absolute standout was Peter Cellers, his wines were way above the other 2 we visited. I think next time we come back we would request 2 other wineries more similar to Peter Cellars.
The day was not rushed at all, and we had time to sample some olive oils and balsamic vinegars in Sonoma town before a great lunch at Plaza Bistro that Anthony recommended. It was fabulous!

Thanks Anthony the tour was a real highlight of our trip in SF!

Green Dream tours have been coming through our Sonoma Valley tasting room for some time now and it's apparent that they're giving their groups an educated, professional, fun and informed tour. The passion and excitement the guides have (for not only SF but up here in wine country) is contagious and we all have a good time! Highly recommend you jump on this tour.

What a great tour, Green Dream provided! Our guide, Jeffrey, was excellent and very knowledgeable. We started our wine tour in San Francisco, made our way up to the Napa Valley, where we got to enjoy some great wine tastings and got to learn some interesting facts about Sonoma and the surrounding areas. Have been on some similar trips and they did not compare with Green Dream tours. Definitely want to get a large group together and book a private tour in the future. Great time! Thanks Green Dream!

I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a wine-tasting adventure with Green Dream Tours, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of magical. The memories of that day linger like the aftertaste of a fine wine, leaving me yearning for another sip of the incredible experience.

From the moment I was picked up in San Francisco, I felt the anticipation building. The journey to wine country was not just a drive; it was a scenic exploration guided by a charismatic storyteller who painted vivid pictures of the history and culture of the region.
The wineries selected for the tour were a testament to the expertise of Green Dream Tours. Each stop was a unique chapter in a story of flavors, showcasing the best of Sonoma and Napa Valley. The diversity of wines sampled left an indelible mark on my palate, and I discovered new favorites that I never would have encountered on my own.
The wine tastings were like a symphony for the senses. Guided by passionate experts, I delved into the intricate world of wine, savoring each note and appreciating the craftsmanship behind every pour. It wasn't just a tasting; it was a journey through vineyards and barrels, unlocking the secrets of the terroir.

Green Dream Tours understands that every customer is unique. For those seeking a more personal touch, the private tour option is a game-changer. I can attest to the fact that having a tailored experience made the day even more special. And for corporate outings, the seamless organization and attention to detail impressed both me and my colleagues.

What sets Green Dream Tours apart is the genuine sense of joy infused into every moment. Laughter, camaraderie, and the sheer joy of discovery were woven into the fabric of the day. It wasn't just about the wine; it was about creating lasting memories with fellow enthusiasts, all while basking in the beauty of wine country.

Looking back, I can't help but smile at the thought of that day. Green Dream Tours didn't just meet my expectations; they exceeded them, crafting an experience that I'll cherish for years to come. If you're in San Francisco and have a day to spare, do yourself a favor and let Green Dream Tours transport you to a world where every sip is a celebration. Cheers to reliving the magic of Green Dream Tours!
Had an amazing time seeing many sites in two days. A shout out to my favorite tour guide Salvadorre. He was so knowledgeable and friendly.

I had the absolute best experience with Green Dream Tours! They made it so convenient to be able to go wine tasting without having to drive or get an expensive personal driver. The group was fun & people were both local and from all over. I definitely think more Bay Area locals should do this tour, especially with all the customization you can have while at Sonoma Square!
Amazing day trip to Salsalito from San Francisco crossing the Golden Gate Bridge. Only $36 to rent the bike for the whole day and the store only closes at 7h30pm, so could enjoy a evening biking as well. On the way you can explore the fish market, palace of fine arts, enjoy the beautiful views of salsalito and if lucky see this amazing sunset from the top of the Golden Gate Bridge. Unforgettable day! Thks Ricardo and Cristiano for the tips 🙌🏾
We did the Golden Gate and Sausalito tour on Nov 11. Rick was our tour guide and made the entire trip fun and informative. Pacing was perfect. Get the eBikes. He is also an excellent photographer taking pictures of all the stops. Marcus took care of our arrival and made sure we were all set up. Fun professional group and really great way to experience that part of the city. Thank you from The Canadian, the Halls.
Great service spoke with multiple members of staff and they were all helpful. Price to rent the bikes was a lot cheaper then expected 100% worth it.
What a cool experience! You definitely can feel some heavy energy here. Be sure to take pictures! You never know what you may find!! I looked back on my photos to find a picture of a figure in the utility corridor!

So much history packed in a small island. I really liked that the tour was self guided giving you the freedom to explore at your own pace. I didn’t get through everything in the time I went but I definitely want to go back.
Great tour from fisherman’s wharf to Sausalito, our tour guide Paul was great. Plenty of opportunities to stop for photos, great knowledge and information shared of the landmarks
Would highly recommend. Plus you get to keep the bikes for the rest of the day to explore at your will.

Great experience! My boyfriend and I have been on this tour twice already. tour staff are helpful and the ferry process on and off the island is smooth. Great views and educational
The driver was great! Really enjoyed his humor! All though wine tastes are subjective we only enjoyed one winery and bought three types of their wine.
Can say enough about Anthony! He’s just wonderful!
I really enjoyed the tour but the audio was terrible. I ended up asking for a headset even though I'm not hearing impaired and it was much better. Unfortunately it stopped working half way through the tour. They swapped it out but I had to go down stairs and missed part of the tour.

The people were all nice and when the headset was working, the audio tour was great.
We recently met our New Zealand friends in San Francisco (we’re from Atlanta, GA) and decided to do a Wine Country tour. We were originally going to DIY, but I’m glad we decided to use Edge of the World. Anthony was a fantastic guide - he was personable, funny, and knowledgeable. We were never rushed and were allowed to fully enjoy the experience at each winery. Each place we went to were boutique wineries that we would have missed on a big tour and each was fantastic! I highly, highly recommend Edge of the World!
Friendly tour guides!
Had two flat tyres but they sorted them out very quickly and were very apologetic for the bag luck!
Only constructive feedback is that service should be quicker when checking in getting ready for your tour!
Sonoma boutique wine tour
Have to say best day ever
Anthony “AKA” Tony was the best guide and provided us with a fantastic small group experience, the boutique wineries were excellent and our tour was so much fun , Tony is worth his weight in gold as a tour guide and I’d highly recommend asking for him directly, I wouldn’t hesitate to take the same tour again , he made our anniversary and my birthday a really special day we won’t forget ❤️

Sonoma boutique wine 🍷 tour Sept 24
San Francisco City Tour.

Highly recommended, as Mr Marc is an excellent tour guide and driver.

He's very flexible on the tour schedule, accommodating to all our requests, and extended the tour for an hour without additional charges.

He suggested a few lunch restaurants at Sausalito, and he helped us book a table for 10 in advance at The Spinnaker with the best view in the entire restaurant.
He even went to the extent to arrange a piece of birthday cake with the birthday wordings written on the plate for the birthday boy.

Well done, and if you want a private tour in San Francisco or a winery tour, you can truly trust their services.

We had a brilliant time visiting Alcatraz island, the history and location are incredible and the audio tour was informative and interesting. The only downside was the nasty flies in the boat but nothing anyone could do about them I guess. Would highly recommend this trip if you’re in San Francisco for even one day.

Lots of fun. Lots of uphill walking and waiting in lines. Fair amount of people for Wednesday. Ferry ride over was short and not rocky at all. Individual radio headsets in almost every language made it a nice personal tour at your own pace. Gift shop at the end was decent size and the line went fast.
Great bike rental shop. Our tour guide across the Golden Gate, Aaron, was fantastic! Great personality and very knowledgeable of the Bay Area. Would use this outfit again next time in SF.
Even as a native San Franciscan who grew up around Chinatown, it was a big treat to spend the morning with my family on the All About Chinatown Walking Tour with owner/tour guide extraordinaire Linda Lee. Linda's humorous, insightful and entertaining story-telling reveals a rich culture of history, foods, herbal medicines, ancestral and current lifestyles of this proud community -- an incredible facet of the Asian American experience. I learned a lot and everyone should take this tour!
Our tour tour guide Aaron was a wealth of knowledge about San Francisco. We loved his enthusiasm for the city and his passion for biking. Our tour group had families from different parts of the U.S. and other countries, and Aaron was able to give us comparisons and statistics on the city based on each of the areas we came from and allowed plenty of opportunities for us to ask questions. He made sure to always check that our tour group stayed together and waited on those of us who were lagging behind. When our kid fell and scraped his finger, Aaron very quickly produced a bandaid from his first aid kit. After we rode across the Golden Gate Bridge, our family decided to explore Sausalito on our bikes and then take the ferry back. I definitely suggest getting to the tour in plenty of time to check-in, get fitted for helmets, and get comfortable with your bikes. In retrospect, our 8 year-old was a tad too young to take on such an adventure based on his biking capabilities, but we made it intact and have memories for a lifetime.
We rented two e-bikes to go from San Francisco, over the bridge, to Sausalito for the day.
My husband’s bike battery started to drain really fast compared to mine, so we had to cut our trip short which was very disappointing. When we talked to the staff at the store they were very unconcerned that the bike did not preform up to standards.

The trip, though shorter than we hoped, was beautiful. Highly recommend biking over the bridge. We took the ferry back because of the battery issue, and it was a nice quick trip back.
Great tour! Highly recommend. Anthony our guide was excellent and really made the experience. Wine from Peter cellars really stole the show for us and was our favorite. Only place for improvement would be switching out the third tasting room- we didn’t really care for the wine or the ambiance of that one, but just personal preference.
The weekend brunch with Chef Mike was amazing!! The meal was as delicious as it looks on the menu! He was welcoming and personable. Everything was well organized, with the perfect amount of work for everyone to learn, prep and cook. We thoroughly enjoyed our Weekend Brunch experience with Chef Mike. He shared some great tips and tricks! This was our first time trying Cozymeal! He set the bar pretty high! Can’t wait for our next experience!
This is an awesome opportunity to ride over the Golden Gate bridge! Price for a regular bike is 10 bucks an hour and you will need at leasr 3 hours for a leisue stroll over the bridge and back. The guys at the shop are really nice and helpful. You have 2 options, cross the bridge and keep going to Sausalito to get a ferry back or just come back the same way. Even if you plan to come back over the bridge, I reccomend to go down on the northern side for awesome views of San Francisco skyline. I had a ball and reccomend it for everyonel!!! Caution, it is really windy on the bridge. Only a couple of stiff climbs on the way.
Loved the entire experience!
I have booked the Saturday 10 AM guided tour two weeks prior to avoid sold out tickets. I could have chosen just to rent the bicycles and ride by myself, but having a tour guide was better for the first time riding in SF and over the Golden Gate Bridge.
Once you are done with the tour, you can use the rented bicycles up until 8 PM when the shop closes down.
We chose the city bicycles and not the electric ones, and got ferry tickets in advance. The whole tour was 8 miles and lasted 2.5 hours. It was an unbelievable experience, something that has been on my bucket list for a long time and I am glad this was the company I chose for it.
The whole process was really easy, from booking and paying online, to choosing the bicycle, and having a really nice tour guide. We made several stops and listened about the history of San Francisco, as well as taking pictures. It did not feel rushed at all. Some hills were challenging and slowed me down but the guide made sure to check in on us at all times. The views were stunning even though it was a bit foggy. Once we got to Sausalito, we had a choice of either getting on the ferry back to SF, or spend time in Sausalito. We decided to get on the ferry as we were quite tired. We made great memories that day!
What a great experience! Our group was only 13 people, we were brought to local small business wineries and even got to meet a few owners themselves. Marc was a great tour guide and very funny. My fiancé and I learned so much about the wine and local history. I would recommend this tour to anyone!

Fantastic 🤗🤩 Jeffrey was highly engaging and entertaining went above and beyond 👍 he had 14 strangers in the morning and a party bus home. Oh and the wineries were ok too 😵‍💫🤣 Peter cellars was a firm favorite , thanks Peter and for introducing the dogs 💖
I had a wonderful day cycling around SF, over the bridge and up to Sausalito. The electric bike was pretty good and made the long journey a breeze. Blazing Saddles made it all easy and they were accommodating when I decided to stay out longer, giving me a code to drop off my bike in their garage after hours.

This was a great experience right from the start. Green Dream Tours had excellent communication from the initial purchase to the day of our tour. Our driver was slightly late and they called to let us know right away.
We were picked up directly from our hotel, also a great part of the experience, by our driver and guide for the day. Robin was extremely knowledgeable both about San Francisco as well as wine making and wines of the region. On our way out of San Francisco he took us along a very scenic route on our way to our first stop, the Golden Gate Bridge.
A quick stop at the bridge for some photos and we were on our way to the first winery. Ru Vango an excellent boutique winery with a fantastic tasting area and a lovely outdoor seating area with couches and fire pits. This is definitely a go to spot for as good an experience as the wine.
We were off to our next stop, Oxbow Market in Napa for lunch. A spot with a number of excellent food vendors and shops. Another perfect spot to stop and walk around.
Back on the bus and off to Peter Cellars, another small boutique winery with a feel of tasting in the winemakers backyard. With tables set under the olive trees and 3 dogs wandering the property (the label for the wine has a dog paw on it) it is a very welcoming experience for a winery that feels very private.
Our last stop was Homewood Winery, a very informative stop in our tour and again some excellent wines. The tasting room was perfect for our group and the sampling was amazing as we ran through a number of vintages and varietals.
We headed back to San Francisco and to top off our tour, Robin played “I Left My Heart In San Francisco” as we crossed the Golden Gate Bridge, to a silent bus. The timing was outstanding.

Anton was a wonderful guide – very knowledgeable and so much fun! Took us to amazing places around San Francisco - so many Instagram worthy spots. We got to ride the bus too! Next time you are in SF, have Anton take you on a trek. Don’t forget to wear comfy shoes.
We took the SF Private Walking Tour with Anton and we had so much fun! I’ve been to SF many times but never been to these places where Anton took us! The views are breathtaking! He is very knowledgeable and we learned so much history! I highly recommend Anton’s private tour!

Honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had with a tour. Communication with them prior to was easy and I could tell it was going to be smooth from the beginning. (If you don't want to read the long post, skip to the bottom now)

Jeffrey R. Was our driver and he met us in the exact time window. Honestly he was such an amazing guide! He was fun, interesting, knew answers to all of our wine questions or local questions, kept us on schedule, and made the day just that much better! I cannot say enough good about him.

The tour itself was so fun! The three wineries we went to were amazing and each was unique! Having the freedom at lunch to go to the Oxford public market was so nice, we could choose what we wanted and had plenty of time to eat! The food there was delicious and there were many options for all! No one in our group couldn't find something or went hungry.

Overall one of the best tours we've been on and we go on quite a few when we travel.

TLDR: if you are able to, get on this tour. You will have a great time, be well taken care of, and it is well worth the money! Don't miss out!
I cannot say enough about our experience with Blazing Saddles. Every single person in that building was fun, professional and made us feel very welcome. Mike took care of us and was very knowledgeable. I appreciated his feedback and suggestions. They have a huge selection of bikes and helmets and all look very well maintained. It has a homey feel to it. They provided maps, and ferry tickets to return back. Crazy how much they went above and beyond. Will definitely be visiting again the next time I am in San Francisco.
Rented a bike for a day to bike the Bridge - if you reserve online - you get discount! 20% !! Nice bike, you can have helmet if you want. Definitely recommend to ride a bike if you are in SFO beautiful experience 👌 my second time.
You can return your bike to the different locations for extra pay.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
This truly is the best way to see the Golden Bridge. They have a huge range of bikes and prepare you well. The bikes are equipped with pouches to keep phones and wallets. They provide helmets. You can spend some time test riding the bike too. Our tour guide Mark was exceptional. He is truly passionate about California and its history and stopped at several places to share stories. We went through the city and across the Golden Bridge. We then spent time in Sausalito and took the ferry back. You can pay extra $15 and not carry the bike back from Sausalito.
One word of caution - they're are several uphill areas so e bike is recommended. Also familiarize yourself with the gears as you will need to change them often.
Overall, I loved the tour and will 100% récommend to all
Our family (with teens) took the Urban Trek with Anton. It was FANTASTIC!! Anton took great care in preparing an itinerary that included everything we wanted to see. He was incredibly knowledgeable and it was a pleasure seeing the sights and hearing the history from past to present. He gave us lots of great tips and recommendations that made our whole trip even better! I highly recommend an Urban Trek with Anton, his tour is a window to San Francisco through the lens of a deeply connected local with insight into unlocking hidden treasures while touring the attractions.
My teenage daughter and I did a tour with Linda Lee and we loved it! We visited stores we would have otherwise missed and we learned a lot on the tour. Linda was informative (she also has her personal experiences to share about growing up in Chinatown) with a great sense of humor. My only "complaint" is that we easily could have gone longer (we did not add on the lunch) - the two hours did go by quickly! We also appreciated the sheet with recommendations she gave us.

We have now used Anton on three different occasions for our San Francisco private walking tours. As a matter of fact, any time we have guests in town who want to see the city - our first phone call will be to Anton. There is no better way to see the city than by walking it. Anton's knowledge of the city and its history is phenomenal. His stories are engaging. He appeals to all ages and the guests who joined us this time said it was the best walking tour they'd ever been on. (And her mother is a tour guide!). Anton will customize the tour, point out hidden gems or his "secret spots". Although we've done three different tours, we sometimes cover the same areas and I continue to learn new things. Can't say enough good things about Anton and Urban Trek! Highly recommend!
I am a middle school teacher. My students recently enjoyed a wonderfully fun and educational tour Linda gave us. All of us on the tour - kids and chaperones alike - loved her lively presentation style and the wealth of information she was able to share with us. In particular, her personal experience growing up in Chinatown made the experience authentic and powerful. She even took the time to follow up on my students' questions, looked into the history of Angel Island. I highly recommend Linda if you are looking for a dynamic, informative, and personal way of experiencing SF Chinatown.

Best tour of San Francisco! Anton’s knowledge of San Francisco is unmatched and I loved that we were able to customize our tour! Anton is a great person to spend a few hours walking around the city with. Highly recommend!
I can't recommend this tour enough! We were looking for an in-depth tour of the history and culture of Chinatown, and we certainly found it in the tour presented by Linda Lee. She is absolutely delightful, with a wonderful sense of humor and an incredible knowledge of the area and the people. If you're looking to expand your knowledge of the City of San Francisco and Chinatown and its people, this is the tour for you! And the Dim Sum lunch afterward was perfect!

Anton’s private San Fransisco tour is a gem - the views from his secret spots are great, but his company is even better. My family and I had the best time. Regardless if it’s your first or fifth time in San Francisco, there is still so much excitement in getting to know the city through its scenic pockets and Anton’s stories. Definitely recommended - just make sure to put on your walking shoes! Thank you for sharing your time with us, Anton!

I’ve visited SFO a few times before, but decided to take this highly praised private San Francisco walking tour to change our “touristy” routine. I’m so glad I did this and even took my mother in law with me! She was so happy (thank God!)!!! We were able to see SFO in a new way— in the eyes of a true local.
Our guide Anton was very knowledgeable, super friendly, and cool. Gave us fun trivia and history about the city throughout our tour. I also loved how he brought us to places that aren’t flocked with tourists. The pictures he took of my group literally had no other people beside us. Yay!
Again, super happy with everything. So glad it’s private too! Do come ready with a bottle of water and wear rubber shoes, you’ll do a lot of scenic walking! No regrets 💯
5-Stars for the tour - not for the meal

Linda provides great coverage of the history and culture. She augments the tour with personal anecdotes and a great sense of humor. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour.

I would have passed on the lunch, though. Taste is a personal thing. For me, having eaten a variety of dim sum over the years, the meal was disappointing. If you have never tried dim sum before it could be a good entry level introduction.
(To the owner): Hello! I recently went on one of your tours a week ago and am posting under a pseudonym (Nothing personal, I just don’t want to reveal my true name on the internet)

Chinatown is a beautiful region in San Francisco rich with history. It has great sights and food and isn’t gimmicky or touristy unlike several other “famous” places in this city. However, our tour guide (I won’t reveal their name but it starts with an “L”((Not Linda)) made it unbearable. They made us stand out in the cold for 20 minutes talking about how they were divorced and other details in their personal life that nobody in my group was there to hear about. Whenever one of us would ask a simple question, they would stop in the middle of the crowded sidewalk and give us a LONG backstory about something in her life before answering. We missed several key attractions due to poor planning and timing.

Lunch at the Oriental Pearl was WAY worse. Our guide would not stop talking and encroached upon our personal conversations. It was really uncomfortable for everyone and made it hard to enjoy the food with their constant gibbering

Such a shame. I would’ve enjoyed the beauty of Chinatown more if I hadn’t been bombarded with personal stories and rushed to every attraction due to being talked to every few steps.
It was such a pleasure to take this tour! Linda Lee shares first hand experience of growing up in San Francisco’s Chinatown. She did a great job of engaging all ages, including my 12 and 15 year old boys! Linda was knowledgable, enthusiastic, and humorous. The tour ended with a delicious lunch. I would highly recommend this unique experience to anyone visiting San Francisco.

Felt like a safe way to see the tourist destinations. However, even with the 2 day pass, if you get off to explore, there's just not enough time to see everything due to extended wait times to get back on a bus. At times it was faster to forego the bus and take a lyft. We encountered 4 tour guides providing live commentary out of about 9 trips, the first of which was the morning of 8/26 around 10:30 and did not follow a PC script and was screaming into the microphone multiple times while going through a tunnel. The other 3 gentlemen providing the live commentary were wonderful and shared many great facts. We took a trolley to Sausalito over The Golden Gate Bridge and also around the park loop(the green trolley) and found both of those drivers provided live commentary and were knowledgeable and personable people-was quite pleased with both and they were a highlight of the tours.

I did this tour with my 2 kids a couple of years ago. It was great and I told everyone I knew to go on this tour. My family of 5 decided to do it for our trip to San Francisco this summer and it was a NIGHTMARE! We got on the bus fine at Chinatown and rode to North Beach. Got off, pinned the location in our phones and took photos so we’d know just where to stop. Ate lunch and went back to the stop. 3 EMPTY buses flew past us, the drivers barely glancing our way. After waiting an hour we decided to walk to the next stop (Columbus & Beach) and get on there, hoping for more luck. 2 more empty buses flew by without stopping! At this point we had walked several miles and been waiting 2 hours for a bus to stop and pick us up. Finally a bus stopped and we got on. We rode to the main starting point and went onto a new bus to start over. By now it was after 4 pm. The last bus runs at 5. We rode, terrified to get off and miss any more buses and risk getting stranded. On this bus we noticed the driver never slowed down for the designated stops. Twice we had to yell at the tour guide to stop because people were trying to get on the bus! We decided to risk it and join everyone else at the Golden Gate Bridge stop. We enjoyed that and quickly got into another bus with a great tour guide, Giovanni. He was wonderful. Charming, funny, full of great info about the city. Each time we came to a designated stop he made sure the driver stopped. Unfortunately, at this point there was only 1 bus behind us and we weren’t sure it would stop, so we stayed on and missed all the exploring we had hoped to do.

Do this tour at your own risk! If you get a good, alert tour guide and driver you should be fine. But if not, you’ll be like us, pushing a stroller and dragging 2 other kids all over the city praying a bus stops. It was a total waste of money. It would have been cheaper and less waiting to take an Uber to each stop!

First: Never , Never use this type of bus with advertizing in both sides, you can’t take pictures if you go in the first floor, the driver don’t let you hear the info of each point of interest , talking to much using the PA system with a Hey Baby, Hey Baby .,,Bad experience for my wife and my mother that can’t go to the second floor because they have a disability. Check before you select the bus and want to stay in the first floor. You can’t take pictures because of the advertizing mesh that covers the bus windows.

Second: If you buy your ticket online you will need to go to offices to redeem your voucher because they can’t do it at the bus. First you need to go to an office some distance from the boarding site to get another voucher then you need to go to other building office in front of the bus parking to get finally your tickets to board the bus .

Wao you need to be prepare for that. I don’t know why they not use just the office in front of the bus boarding site for the new vouchers and tickets .

So regretting booking with this guy/company... If this weren't the last minute booking to Muir Woods, I would have just walked off at the ticket counter...

Thought I have checked there is a cafe at Muir Woods from the website, I asked if there is a cafe and he said No. Looking at the return bus schedule at 4:30 pm they offered (trip started at 10 am), I asked that question again, the he said you are in the woods and won't be any food, and treated me like an alien...

Even worst, the wrong scheduling info was given. He circled the weekend ferry schedule and actually the ferry was running at weekday schedule (it was a Friday). My family ended up wasting 2 hours waiting at the dock.

I can tell you there is a cafe at Muir Woods. First time I was given a wrong info at the ticket booth, how professional he is. Thanks very much Paul!!! Now I really appreciate my prior tour experience.

Norm during the night tour was great! Other tour guides were hit and miss. At times they were short staffed and buses ran over 45 minutes between pickups. Still a great way to see the city. Would definitely shop around. Plenty of bus tours to choose from.

Over all enjoyed my time on the tour. All the guides and drivers were very good. The company needs to put more buses on the road. I have done Hop on Hop off in many cities and never had to wait more than 15 minutes to get on a bus. The buses were all full and I needed to wait for the next bus more than once. Bus stops are not clearly marked. Was waiting at pier 1.5 with 8 other people and watched the bus drive right by. Had to get an Uber to pier 39. Ticket was not clear that the Muir Woods were not included in the 48 hour ticket.
Knowledgeable guide with interesting insight. Linda Lee gave us a brief history of Chinese settlement of San Francisco as well as fascinating glimpses into the area's culture. We visited an herbal shop, several stores, a private temple, and a fortune cookie factory. I'd highly recommend it.

Do not even consider taking this tour, its bad generally but holiday period don't imagine you can get a seat on a bus without first committing a large portion of your life and sanity to standing in a hot queue.

Severe delays on the two main lines, red line cancelled over the busiest weekend and no extra buses added.

Spent most of my time in San Francisco standing next to stop signs, which is not the ideal place to see the city. Decided to ask for a partial refund and was refused outright. The process of tedious and unnecessary, asked to email the manager who was not taking any calls. Why?

Only managed to catch half of one route in 3 days. The commentary was good and the driver did not crash into anything so they seem more competent than the management.

If you want to see all the delightful stop signs for hours at a time this is the tour for you!
