We were visiting from Canada. My daughter came down with a illness. They told me she had a upper respiratory infection and prescribed her tamiflu and Benadryl. We ended up having to go to the hospital as things got worse and it was strep not the flu. They wasted my time and my money.

This place is the definition of sketchy and rude. The doctor was very unprofessional and didn't agree on doing refills on my antibiotics. Never again will come back here. This place is such a disgrace to people that actually need health care/are very ill.

I am Canadian , and I had to visit this clinic during my first day of a family holiday. The care I received was exemplary and quick. Just 36hrs before my visit to the Anaheim clinic, I visited my free Canadian Healthcare provider that under diagnosed my condition and under medicated me. The care and attention provided by this clinic and staff is what the Canadian system is supposed to deliver. Thank you very much. You saved our family vacation

Vey bad place. Theyll try to sell you as many injection as they can to you. Meditation are very expensive compare to outside pharmacy. They will make you to do unnecessary testing coz you have to pay cash. Its like going to a veatnamees nail shop. They will try to sell you as much as many things possible. Staff has bad attitude. ReReceptionist was a spanish young lady has very bad attitude. Do not recommend this place to anyone

I had to get a PCR to fly internationally and results were needed same day. I had excellent experiences contrary to the negative review I saw. Reception was excellent, service was prompt, testing was done in 5 min and I was out of there very quickly. Results also arrived in an hour or two via email as promised. I’m very satisfied and would return for test if needed

Just came here and they were trying to charge me 130 for a covid test which I said I didnt need and then I asked if it was possible to get a doctors note for work and they said no, that I need to take the covid test for the doctors note . So basically they were trying to charge me for a doctors note. Very unprofessional and the front desk lady didnt seem interested in anything I was saying and was too interested in trying to charge me for a covid test even though i kept saying I didnt need it and the doctor denied giving me a doctors note if I didnt take the covid test and pay for it. Why pay when you could get a covid test for free. Wouldnt recommend this place

It was an okay experience. I was in and out in no time. The medical assistant did not even ask me to put my purse down to get weighted (so weighted an additional 4 lbs). I was going to put it down but wanted to see what she would do. She also took my blood pressure over my sweater which is usually not the norm. Finally, she realized I was in a zoom meeting simultaneously (mind you I was just listening in) and reprimanded me and pointed at a sign. I asked if it would be a problem because I couldn't leave the meeting, she said no, continued routine questions and then left. I heard her complain/ warn the doctor about me "being on the phone" right outside my door. Dr came in, it was a very quick check and they gave me antibiotics for a throat infection but I wonder why they didn't check for strep as I do have white spots at the back of my throat. They do try to sell you as many things as they can as other reviews said. Initially they had me at almost $300. They wanted to give me 3 total shots including Vitamin B, antibiotics and I don't even know what the 3rd was as I declined everything and just bought the antibiotics which was the only reason I went. I knew I had an infection and needed to get antibiotics. Overall, it's an average experience and reasonably priced as long as you don't buy any of the additional things they try to sell you.

Extremely long wait time. I was maybe the 5th person next and in total it took about 2.5 hours from start to finish. They're out to hustle people by first doing some bs checkup and then recommending a boat load of stuff that will run up hundreds. For instance they told me my drug was $10 dollars, then at the check out, she tells me there was a mistake because I was supposed to get 15 pills, but the bottle contains 20 pills so the new price is $20. So I'm paying 10 more dollars for 5 more pills? These people are straight hustlers and people should avoid this place at all cost. If you can't then I recommend you don't get anything here, just get the check up and prescription note and run away.

I came here with a broken rib and they gave me some pain medication and ordered a ct scan. I came back because I couldn't afford the ct scan ($220) until the following week . The PA Phalee Nguyen at the desk started saying they would not approve a refill on the medication and even suggested I go to the ER. I felt this was completely rude and not professional. She was not the person who saw me and seemed like she could care less about me and my health. It is not professional to consult patients to leave from the check in window. I asked to speak with Mr. Patel and wasn't given any information about his schedule. I will continue to follow up to speak with Mr. Patel regarding the lack or professionalism Ms. Nguyen has for patients.
