Very dissatisfied with the service. Even after clearly explaining my needs, the service could not be completed due to a lack of expertise, despite waiting for an hour and a half. I ultimately had to go to another location to get it done. The receptionist at the front desk was polite and professional, which is the only reason I’m giving two stars.

I set up an appointment ahead of time and it went very smooth from the person upfront during checkin to the intake nurse to the doctor. Thankful we have such a great urgent care close to our house!

I waited over 2 hours for the physicians assistant (the only one there/no doctors were working) for her to tell me that they don't do anything for dehydration (which their website says they do). She also informed me that I would still be charged for a Covid and flu test that they performed even though I did not have any of those symptoms.

I waited for two hours for a consultation that lasted only two minutes, during which the attending physician issued a prescription without providing a proper diagnosis or the necessary discharge documentation. The physician on duty appears to have made an inaccurate diagnosis and prescribed medication without conducting the appropriate diagnostic tests or assessments, potentially violating established standards of care. It is imperative that this clinic immediately reevaluate its staffing practices and clinical procedures to ensure compliance with medical protocols.

Furthermore, the physician's statement that I was "too young" to have health issues was both dismissive and unprofessional. Such a remark undermines the patient's right to receive respectful and competent medical care and raises significant concerns about the quality of care being provided at this facility. I strongly urge the clinic to take corrective action to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.

This place must be renamed as "Fast track LOUNGE". So here is what happened. I went in with sever headache,I was told to mask up and fill form, I sat forever doing nothing. When the lady called me, I thought I'll be seen by some type of "Doctor" or a "Nurse"...
I was asked how much I weigh? How tall I could be? ....They don't even have the cheapest scale from a dollar store.😏 Everything is a guess nothing is done properly as it should because it's somebody's life. After all that nonsense, I was told to go ahead and wait in one of the rooms for one good hour or may be more.... finally I gave up and walked to exit, when I asked why, they hilariously told me the practitioner is with other patient. I wondered if they do surgery or seeing the whole village while I'm waiting in sever pain.
I would say this to anyone reading my review, if you're in mood to sit around doing nothing for the rest of the year, here is your perfect place. Remember, you're allowed to go in and out, you can go shopping or whatever.

We made an appt and we’re seen with minimal wait. Dr. Ali and staff were responsive and kind at the same time highly professional. Dr. Ali quickly diagnosed my daughters sprained ankle and outline a plan of care. No complaints

Made same day appointment, about 1 hour in advance of when I was using the online system. Simple and sped things up when we got in there! We were waiting in the patient room for about 20 minutes, which is why I gave 4 stars, but everyone was courteous and kind, otherwise things were smooth and easy!

Very efficient operation. Tremendously helpful on-line appointment process, which includes the standard form filling, saving you time at the urgent care location. The nurses were professional and efficient and the doctor thorough and knowledgeable. I was in, evaluated, proscribed and out in an hour. Five stars.
