Absolutely unorganized. They incorrectly billed my insurance and argued with me multiple tines about it until it was finally fixed. Consistently forgot that I had an establishing appt with them and kept telling me I didn’t. (Why were you billing my insurance if I didn’t have an appt then huh?) finally I made a new appt with them because I NEEDED a doctors office and they gave me attitude and couldn’t give me any reasonable answers so I walked out. They seriously had the nerve to call me weeks later and ask if I still wanted to be a patient ? What a JOKE. Seriously don’t go here. Not worth the time trust me. I go to Trenton health and it’s a world of difference now, they actually care !!

It was apparent to me that my daughters comfort level was important to Ruth and to her staff. Being on vacation I did not know what to expect, but the staff at primary health made us feel right at home. I would encourage anyone with any reservations about visiting this establishment to feel good about taking yourself or your family members there.

Came in at 10am and they told me that they had just stopped doing walk ins and I would have to come back at 1. When I come back at one and am the first person to be let in there are people cutting in front of me because they made "appointments" to a walk in clinic. I wish I was informed of this at the beginning. When I am finally seen for my Laryngitis, my throat was immediately tested for strep before anyone even looked at it. Wasting time. The doctor was very brief and told me that I just had to deal with it on my own. Then, she didn't say I was through and I sat there waiting as she typed on her computer. Apparently I was just supposed to leave, I thought it was very odd insencere etiquette. When I went out to the waiting room to wait for my ride, another doctor saying goodbyes to another patient offered her ibuprofen for her discomfort. I wish I was offered the same sincerity. I will not be coming here again, it was pretty disappointing for how simple my visit was.

I switched my health care to Primary Health two years ago and have never been more satisfied with my health care. This staff of medical professionals are smart, thorough, great problem solvers and kind and caring to boot. They have tackled everything for me from emergency walk-ins for infections to longer term problems with arthritis. This clinic is a model of well-executed health care.

These 3 women are the most thorough and involved and caring Nurse Practitioners you could find. I have never in 50 years found more competent and thorough, intuitive, and common sense practitioners.

The staff there is amazing and genuinely concerned about their patients. Ruth, Ellen, Tammy, Vicki, Eve and Candace will go above and beyond. Ruth actually sits and listens to what her patient is saying to her. Hope I can find some one that will be half as caring as this team down here in Northern Kentucky.

Finding this walk-in clinic was a godsend! After suffering for two weeks with what we thought was a cold we went here. The staff and practitioners were awesome! We were both seen within an hour and prescriptions sent automatically to a local pharmacy that were ready by the time we got there to pick them up.

It is really nice to have an appointment and pick up right where you left off from your last visit. I'm relaxed with my health care now. I feel like someone is actually following up on my care and I have many problems that need following up on. I would recommend Primary Health Care to everyone...
