The family doctors here are skilled and knowledgeable. Many negative reviews here are about punctuality (being late) but that has nothing to do with them and the clinic! I feel really blessed being able to have timely & quality health for my baby, when the current system is constantly short-staffed and plagued with problems!
Worse clinic ever ! Got refused because I was a few minutes late due to traffic. The receptionist was unpleasant , unprofessional and unkind. Never mind the way she looked ! The worse health care service you can find in Quebec !
10 min late as there was a traffic accident in front of the clinic, and we were refused … fever for 3 days, can’t get another appointment for the next 2 days! Then they tell us don’t go to the hospital. This is Quebec!

Unfortunately the system is always the problem ..not the poeple especially in the health depts

Quick turn around from the time I arrived at the time I left. We did not spend 30 minutes at the clinic. The doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly with my 6-year-old. Will be back if needed.
We got an emergency appointment for baby less than 3 month old, then arrived 15 mins late and the doctor refused to see us…. Then the clinic tried to cover it up saying she went out of the office whereas her colleague who saw us eventually two hours later said no, she was at the clinic all along…
Great and efficient service with friendly staff/doctors. Their new appointments system/portal is definitely a major upgrade. Thank you for your hard work!
For all their bad reviews, I went in with low expectations but have to say it was a great experience. I only waited about 5 minutes before I was seen by a nurse for triage. Then I waited another 5 minutes for a doctor. The doctor was friendly and clearly very knowledgeable. She worked fast but gave me time to ask questions and give me advice. I would happily come back again.
