Has generally most things, smaller than other Icelands
I had a delivery this morning vey accurate ETA I actually followed the tracking it was good . Nothing missing and Jamie very polite friendly & helpfull
Excellent location and choices of products...however:
- You are almost guaranteed long queues to checkout as only 1 cashier staffing the 3 tills (and no self checkout area)
- Store often closes well before their advertised closing times. They have been closed more than 2 hours before they supposedly close on multiple occasions I have tried to buy groceries over the past few months.
Picked up some items. Over 60s discount useful
I like Iceland but disappointed they don't have gluten-free products
Good frozen products but staff need to be a bit more careful as they sometimes hit kids with boxes when filling shelves or almost knock them over because they hold the boxes in front of their faces so they can't see where they're going
Great location always well stocked, very helpful and friendly staff. Lots of deals so shopping can remain pocket friendly.
Staff are always so helpful. Always a quick shop here, and good for frozen food.
The location of the store is very good. Only one thing i would like to mention, as most of the tills are close often, we have to wait for long.
Very affordable , you can buy anything here at a very reasonable price. its like a one stop shop
Resunbuly big supermarket. Located on the outskirts of Reading Town Centre. This frozen food supermarket has lots of food choices at resunable prizes.

The Isles are easy to get down. However, it can get crowded very quickly when busy.

There is meter enough staff on tills, meaning queue can get very long before they open another till up
Good selection of frozen food. Quick service at the till. Store is clean, tidy and well organised. Very quiet on Sunday early morning.
Surprised it wasn't too busy for the time of year. The shop was still well stocked with some Christmas goodies. There was a steady flow of people and the delivery slots were all full by time I went through checkout at about 11ish.
Absolutely awful supermarket, always very long queues and the staff have no customer service skills or politeness at all, all they do is argue, shout and jump into altercations with customers for very little things (eg a bonus card not scanning) creating embarrassment when they should be serving with respect and courtesy.
The middle aged female cashiers are the worst I have ever come across possibly my whole life. Only one male cashier seems knowledgeable and courteous. Iceland should feel embarrassed having these people representing their company.
A great location and much needed store of this type at the start of Oxford Road in Reading Town Centre.

As in line with the Iceland’s policy and standards the facility is first class with the customer first in mind. The product is of great variety and there are scores of bargains at discounted prices.

There are two car parks in the vicinity- Chatham St Car park and The Mall Car Park. However, there’s a drop off and pick up points just outside the stores.
Good deals on household named products. Most of the staff are nice but some shine more than others. Went there today and whilst they dont stock what i would call essential (yeast etc) its still good. Update = staff have changed a little and have improved.
