I would give it 0 stars if I could. They close earlier. Every night I come by around 9:30-9:45. They locked the doors and take advantage when the main supervisor (elder man) isn't there. I know he locks it too, but he opens it when he knows people are waiting outside wo during why it's closed and locked. They even closed at 8 one time. The sign says they close at 10. So why are is the short little girl with a bun, dark skinned, skinny, short... I'm only describing because I don't know her name. Why does she lock the doors early. It's u fair to us regulars. We are loyal customers. It's like an everyday and every night thing. Please explain why they lock the doors an hour earlier and claim they are closed?...... the girl even looked at me and and when I asked, why are you closed early. She laughed and looked away. It's funny to her. Well hopefully the owner or a boss can teach her time and professionalism because this is rude of her. I see everybody ouraide always xomplaining

Workers are great, and idk if I dealt with the manager, but he is so rude and nasty. Overall it’s a good store for little simple things, but could be better organized and cleanlier.

Would give 0 stars if I could. It’s my birthday I stopped by to get a balloon for myself. The gentleman at the front refused to get me the ballon I wanted which was taped up to the wall. Then lied and said there’s no more birthday balloons when there’s drawers full of them. Then he asked if I was going to a party I said it’s my birthday (I’m literally wearing happy birthday headband thing on my head) and he said it’s unusual for the birthday person to get a balloon for themselves must be celebrating alone huh. I don’t need you to say happy birthday but that was so unnecessary. I’m not celebrating alone and even if I was, it’s none of your business to make a comment on. If you have nothing nice to say, don’t say it. Thanks for that on my birthday.

Have been to numerous Family Dollar locations in Binghamton, and Northeast Pennsylvania. The stock and prices really are identical. Noticeably, and more importantly, better stock, prices, selection than from pharmacy chains right here in Queens. They offer paper grocery bags, and the cashiers are helpful. Shouldn't be too many complaints. Remember: You're not shopping at Bergdorf's or Bloomingdale's ;] !

If I could go lower I would, worst customer service I ever had I any store. I went there twice and the employees give you attitude even if you are nice to them it's ridiculous. Two different employees, same bad experience. One of the employees was being extremely sarcastic to my mother. One of them even yelled at an old man because he had trouble opening the door, I couldn't believe my eyes. I highly suggest you don't go to this place even if their selection is good.

Very dissatisfied with the store, and the manager!!! I went on the weekend to purchase a bunch of items. In doing so, the aisles had a bunch of carts with unstocked items blocking the way for customers not to be able to walk and shop through the aisle, and just impossible to grab the items you want because the store is so unorganized and messy! I was trying to grab some items and the loads of carts were blocking; so in doing so, I asked the manager (Lewis), 5"8 african American male in his 50's with glasses,whom was sitting on the computer; where I can move the big cart in order to get what I need. His response when I asked where can I put it so I can grab the items, was to leave it in the aisle. Very very disappointed In how he didn't even manage to want to help. Nor did he advise where to put the unloaded items out the way, so I can get what i needed. He didn't even ask if he could help me get what I desired to purchase. Your store obviously doesn't want my money!! Very very unprofessional. So what your manager was insinuating was to leave the mess as is and if you can't get your item, because it's blocked, then oh well to Leave it. And I happened to notice the woman behind the register was using her cellphone on company time. So you must pay your workers to slack and not care. The way you run your business will show. Let me post the pics of how messy the aisles were. Many thumbs down. No help from any employee. The manager didn't help nor wanted to.. You can thank your manager Lewis for how horrible your store is running.

Great store for multiple reasons. Wide variety of products, and well stocked with the stuff I need every time I go there. I usually get detergent, snacks, water, and fabrics softener; although there is much muchhhh more for an affordable price. Also the staff is always friendly and professional each time I go there.

Good prices but staff is very unprofessional. Only one girl working behind the register with a huge line of over 10 people and some other worker who's not clocked in is behind the register too talking her ear off and trying to make her eat some of his pizza. Completely ridiculous. But the manager is really nice I met him on a different visit. He needs to hire a better staff.
