Dima provided services twice to us for maintenance and he has been exceptional both times. He is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He added the auto function to my thermostat which should have been done by the installer in the first place two years ago. I would love to have him do all services to my equipments in the future.

The Empower Team installed a tankless water heater at my home. Everything was well coordinated and communicated properly. I had a little hiccup with the new pipes the day after the installation, but the team sent the techs home the same day to get it fixed. I would highly recommend.

The technician Malex was arrived to my home on time (4:00 pm) yesterday to check my furnace.He did a wenderfull job from cleaning to fixing the components inside and out side of my furnace. He checked the the Air conditioning motor and Electrical connection and the fun.Finally he washed the and clean the Air filters around the AC unit.

Moe and his crew did an excellent job, I had concerns earlier but the company really honor their customers, they also installed wireless dongles so I can control all 3 heads, fixed up some minor issues. Thank you. Great job.

The unit was not working properly and it doesn’t meet our expectations as carrier performance.

Temperature still unable to be below 22 °C's while we keep it run all days.

It seems that we need to upgrade the unit to be 3 tons instead of 2.5 it had installed, so that will match the capacity of the house including a finished basement.
