great old school company. today was the second time calling this company in the last 2 months for different emergencies. both times they could have ripped me off replacing parts or making the jobs bigger than they were . but not with this company.two separate occasions and two different technicians solved both problems within minutes of being in my house. they were honest and fast. and i paid a whole lot less than i thought the jobs were gonna cost.. if you need a company to come out and give you a honest assessment without getting ripped off you must call rucci oil. my tech just left and i feel like i ripped him off i paid so little. honest companies are hard to find these days this is one of them!

Very much would have loved to give this exceptional company a 5 star review. The company has a long well known history that speaks for itself. With all that said in favor of them. I also want to give my honest review of the disappointment in the installation process done by the company. I had a installation done today by they're crew. Men came unprepared for the job at hand. Then proceeded to ask my maintenance man and household members for the tools they needed for the process. To add insult to injury I called Rucci directly to address this issue and requested to speak to a manager. I thought the manager would of been more concerned about the occurance of events but her response was all they needed was a simple tool as if they weren't at fault. That possibly it was the customer at fault for not providing the workers with what they needed to complete the job. So the next time I go for surgery and the doctor doesn't have the proper tools needed to perform the surgery I'll make sure to ask around for what is needed. Make that make sense. That's all I'm saying. Right is right and wrong is wrong. Bottom line. Inappropriate and unprofessional that it even occurred. It was not my place to provide anything but a tip. Wish this ended on a better note.

I would recommend Rucci as they were on time and completed the work. The repair man was clean and polite.

This company is unprofessional at all they have the worst customer service ever, no respect to anyone. They lied to me about everything. Two months waiting for my order and every time I call they said you just have to wait after twos months have passed and I call them again finally someone told me they cancelled your order long time ago because you had an issue with one of their employees so they punished me this way. I ask god to take them out of service and bankruptcy.

Always ordered propane exchange for delivery. I was never charged a delivery fee. Referred my dad for this service and they wanted to charge a fee even though the website advertises no fee for delivery. Lost 2 customers and more referrals unfortunately. Will never use them again.

Paul and his team are the best out there . They are reliable , honest, friendly and knowledgeable . We hired them for a big job in our home a few years ago and it was priced fairly and done very well. We just recently had an issue with one of our AC units and Paul responded quickly to our call, diagnosed the problem right away , and sent someone to fix it the next day .

So, nearly two weeks ago, Paul and his team came to install a new HVAC system. Before that time, Paul came to the location, surveyed the job, and explained the entire process. On the Day of the Installation, the crew wasted no time laying down the cardboard and drop cloths to cover my carpet to ensure an undamaged installation. The Installation went smoothly, having a second-floor unit in a 3 story Condo building, The team was careful in bringing the HVAC system in, and up the stairs, while making sure, there was no damage to the doors, stairs, or floor tiles. Nearly two weeks have gone by, and I can honestly say the unit is working as designed, with no issues, and the installation
was clean, efficient, and no issues. The communication with the office was pleasant. When I needed an AC Guy, Area Fuel was recommended. I looked at the reviews and they secured my decision. This is the reason why I am leaving this review. If you are wondering if this company can help you and serve you, give them a chance like I did. I can honestly say, I'm glad I did.

Just this past week our air conditioning went, Paul and his team I could not recommend more. He came to talk to me Monday and the job was completely finished by Wednesday with 100% satisfaction. The team was efficient and knowledgeable and might I add, extremely clean. Dealing with the office with Pam for the financing was extremely easy which at most places is usually a headache. Like I said before, I recommend Paul and his team with high regards!

Paul came to inspect our boiler. He was extremely friendly, clean, and helpful. Provided a good range of solutions, a thorough explanation of his findings, and was clearly not trying to make the biggest profit off of us.

About a month ago we had the pleasure of hiring Paul and his team to replace an old central air conditioning system. His price was the best and the work they did was top notch. The night before the install we lost our boiler. He replaced that as well on the same day at a price that couldn't be matched elsewhere. They are talented at what they do and I was amazed at how simple and easy it was to have the 2 systems replaced. Would never use anyone else in the area for my heating and cooling needs.

I highly recommend Rucci Oil. Our furnace needed repairs and they were out within a couple of hours of my call. The repairman was friendly and professional and explained everything to me. He was able to fix the issue same day. Very happy with the service that we received.
