Perfect Climate was the Perfect match for us. Our oil furnace broke after being in our home since it was built, in 1949. It had a good run. We bought the house in 1998 and hated that it heated with oil but as new homeowners, we couldn't afford to convert. In Oct, our furnace was burning at 650°. We decided to convert to gas and called multiple companies until our neighbors told us about Perfect Climate. They had converted 3 homes on our street and they were so happy with them, so we called them and they came out, gave us a very fair price and it was installed within the month (once natural gas line and meter was installed).
The owner, Joe, is awesome as is Chaz! The installers were just as knowledgeable and kind.
We highly recommend!!

I got 6 estimates and theirs was the best so if you don't want to shop around just call them first .. they handled all the permits etc. and coordinated with the electrician

While driving in point pleasant today one of the drivers of this company sped up cut me off and I was forced to go into oncoming traffic, to avoid an accident. If this is how their staff is at driving I can’t imagine how their workmanship would be. I called and spoke with a pleasant employee, was told the owner would call me back. Nothing 🤷🏻‍♀️ I wouldn’t hire this company, I would not trust them at all.

I can’t say enough about this whole experience. My air conditioning broke, they had someone out next day and realized the compressor needing replacement. We decided because it was such an old unit we would replace the whole unit. I had my air conditioner working within less than a week. fairly priced, punctual, efficient. Thank you.

Do not trust these people. My heat stopped working and he found a dead transformer. Insisted I but a "Trane" transformer that was "Only available from a Lakewood supply house" Lies. Charged me $205 for a transformer that was available 10m away at Fergusons for $40. Then he told me to troubleshoot the short circuit he needed to come back the next day with a 2nd tech, to work outside, while he tested for continuity. I refused, then hired Spartan HVAC who was able to test the circuit by himself and explained the trouble in detail traced to the condenser contactor. $330 to Perfect climate to NOT fix the problem.

Tom and Brian were great!! I have been in search of a new HVAC company for years…Swanton installed the current unit in a new home I just bought. They are my go to company from now on!

My radiators weren’t giving off any heat. I called and someone was at my home within the hour. The tech was very professional and explained the issue in language I could understand - no technical jargon, as well as my options. We had heat again within 2 hours. I’m very pleased with the service.

I called because my furnace shut down after making strange noises all night. I told the lady on the phone that I had to go to treatments and she sent a man right over so I did not have to miss them waiting all day for a service man. The young man was so nice. My house is a disaster since I have been very ill and must go for treatments 5+ hours a day, so have very little time to do any work in my house, I have no children and can't find anyone to help me, yet he made no mention of it's condition. When I told him how sorry I was for the condition of my home, he eased my mind by saying he has been in much worse and understands how being a disabled senior living alone it can be hard to get things done. He said "Being alone with a illness, going to treatments so many hours every day I don't know how you find time to open a single piece of mail, never mind any thing else". He was so kind that even though I live off $857. a month social security, and it is the end of the month when things are very very tight I just had to find the money to give this young fellow a tip. When I handed him my last $5 bill, some singles and a bunch of change to make up $10. He was very thankful. I think a tip is more then the money (the money surely will be useful to him n his family) a tip says job well done and shows appreciation. This young fellow surely deserved it.

Short'n sweet, I had an am oil delivery 1/8/24. Left, came back 10pm to a cold house. Left message with office. 7am got a call from office that Brian, the tech who's been servicing our furnace for 20 or so years would be here. 8am Brian came, cleaned the filter that had sediment that was churned up from day before delivery, replaced a needed part, and got us going again within an hour. Kudos to Swanton, and Brian. If you have any problems or just need your yearly furnace tuneup, call Swanton. And if you're really lucky, Brian will be the tech or just ask for him.

Excellent service. Kyle was very knowledgable and professional. He was able to identify our problem quickly. I will be using Swanton for my annual heating maintenance from now on.

Needed a new AC install in May 2023. Chez was super responsive - got an assessment and quote the same day and replacement AC a few days later. His costs were in-line and reasonable (I double checked with my brother in laws who do hvac work). Even when we needed a service call, he had Noe here in 2 days on a holiday weekend and fixed the issue immediately. Would highly recommend!!

I had bought an old multi-family home with an outdated furnace and boiler which needed to go. I shopped around and got several estimates from other local companies. What impressed me was Perfect Climate was very responsive, they understood my needs and everything that I asked for they delivered within my budget. Chaz was my contact from start to finish and his crew - Ted and Bernard among others were top notch educating me about the new system along the way. I highly recommend and would work with them again in the future.

My experience with perfect climate was one of the best that I have had with anyone in the service industry from the estimate process scheduling to the techs that performed the installation of my ac system all where very professional. They also took the time and care in covering the floors and furniture surrounding the areas they where working and explained the system features in detail. I am very pleased and would recommend them highly also they came in with the best price I'm very happy!!
