Nice place for meetings and other gatherings.
Nice place with lots of space. Great location near the water. Easy walk to shop, drink, or eat.
Great Place to have an event
This is a Civic Center located between Pineapple and highland Avenue just to the north of Eau Gallie Blvd. It is across from the public library. It has its own parking lot that fits about 50+ vehicles and there is some street parking along Highland avenue and in the local area. We recently participated in an evening event there and I was very impressed. They have a very large hall that can be split into two halls with a movable wall and separate entrances for both. The even that we attended used one hall for a party and the other for child care. Both groups could not hear the other which was impressive given the movable wall. The one side has a small kitchen and large windows that look out across the parking lot to the river. The location was very clean and easily fit about 300 people, caterers, a DJ, a bar, and a dancing area in the center. The staff was very helpful and attentive to the needs of the setup crew. The bathrooms were in the main part of the building and were clean. If you are having a party, I would recommend looking at this location for holding it due to my experience.

I was a signing author at the Authors for Authors Book Fair at the Eau Gallie Civic Center. Parking was plentiful and the center was huge! Art vendors lined the street. It was fantastic!
Escorted my granddaughter to the Daddy Daughter Dance. Venue was well prepared and supported by staff and volunteers. Parking was easy with overflow available at library. Previously attended junior basketball at this site. Restrooms are consistently clean. An excellent location for many different events.
Very nice auditorium for a medium sized event. It does not show its age and appears to have been remodeled recently. There is not enough parking for such a large event venue so be prepared to park on the street or at the library.
Nice location and decent overall facilities. I cannot attest to how easier or cheap it may be to facilitate an event here, but as an attendee I have no complaints at all. There is some street parking and a parking lot next to the center, but parking doesn't seem to be overly available so this may be an issue for larger events.
The civic center is clean and in really good shape. All staff members were extremely helpful. The lighting and sound for the show were superb. I would highly recommend seeing shows in this venue. Parking is easy. Ticket prices are reasonable for what You are getting
