Just had my wedding here this weekend and everything went great with the venue! They're super responsive and flexible, and the rates are great for such a big space in the DC area.
Excellent facility. We hold our annual 50+Expo there whenever we can as it's perfect for such an event. There's a huge atrium, a large (but somewhat dark) exhibit hall, and nice break-out rooms, one of which can be divided. The location is great, near Metro and with a parking garage across the street (free on weekends). The loading dock is a bit tight, however, so that tends to get backed up when exhibitors arrive. I've also been to the facility for dinners, parties and conferences. It's very well used, but kept in great shape.
It's a beautiful building with great people taking care of it; we're blessed to have met Mr Eric Rasch and Mr Jacob Newman who manage this facility.
The right place to choose for your special event!

Appalling behavior from the staff here at the building. They tried kicking out a citizen from a public building during business hours. Extremely rude, and one member of the staff was dangerous enough to nearly cause a fall on the stairs. A police officer eventually came and educated the manager that the public member has the complete right to be in the building. Shocked that they treated someone in this way.
Clean and new facility. Came here for the COVID vaccine. The process was extremely fast and painless. The nurse was especially nice and the needle stick was painless and not noticeable, one of the best shots I've ever received! You will need to wait 15 minutes sitting down after the vaccine, allergic people seem to need to wait 30 minutes. Total time was about 30 minutes, could be 45 if allergic. You can schedule the 2nd shot while sitting down with a given qr code. Parking in the garage is free with validation
Serving as music venue, event place, art gallery and Craft Bazaar. Well organized, with plenty of space and good security. The photos are from the World Craft Market event - kudos for the organizer to bring crafters with unique styles (like quince sweets or leathercraft from Buryatia). The only downside is that unless you're subscribe for local events Twitter you would not notice events.
I loved the Jazz Fest. It was really good especially with Arturo. The Thurs. night concerts were good and you have Josh Christinia and Sour Cracker back next year. They were really good. It's great that there's the jazz fest every year and also the blues fest even though it's at the fountain but there should also be a Caribbean fest. I'm sure a lot of people would go to it.
I love the atmosphere of Silver Spring Town Center. The live entertainment of music and dancing is wonderful. It is very safe. The parking is free after 6 pm. There is so much to do and see. Quite a lively place with bars, restaurants, nightclubs, and free outdoor entertainment.
