I had a dream and an ambitious plan, I thought I did all the research and decided on some rhino roof racks, so I called Roof Racks and Towbar World. Never used them before but with a name like that, they would have what I need.

Spoke to Luke and asked if he had what I need.

Luke was super helpful, and before he would promise me the world he wanted to know everything, so I told him about my dream and all the parts involved and asked him if he had the rhinos in stock.... he said he'd call me back after he checked on a few things, and call me back he did!!

He has spent his day calling all the companies getting specs and than provided me with his expert opinion. He told me the hard truth that I had forgotten about overhang and that it would be unsafe to drive down a highway. He gave me advice on what to lookout for so I can begin my plan anew. Thanks Luke!!

5 stars, no hesitation. I was let down by another popular roof rack shop having not delivered my stuff in time, and these guys saved me on the same day I was supposed to be heading out. Got a Thule tow ball mount cargo box, adapters, new tow ball, and even as the store was closing they sourced a replacement tow ball hitch insert (my one had some unexpected fitment issues which I realised moments before they were closing). Wouldn't have made it out without the help of these guys, very grateful.

From start to finish they were professional and polite and went the extra mile I came in to the shop 30min before closing and the boys were happy to stay back and get my rack sorted.

The guys were really helpful. They went out of there way to source parts that weren’t in stock and had them within a couple of days. They were great with regular updates over the phone. Without me knowing or asking they changed all the locks so that my roof racks and luggage box all had the same key. Great, friendly service. Very happy. Highly recommended!

Got a custom built roof rack built for my Triton. The guys at the Roof Rack World were fabulous. It was a slightly tricky job but they were all over it. They worked out what could be done, and had the technicals in their head. The install went very smoothly. I am super happy with these guys and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good product and great service.

These guys know what they do. Great service and knowledge. Got my van equipped with a HD Rhino Rack an mesh base custom to suit my roof with Vent and solar panels. Highly recommended. I've been quoted long waiting times in all other stores I went. Here I just drove in and got all done same day! You get what you pay for, not the cheapest but surely worth it.
