I would not recommend this dealership due to their lack of honesty and transparency. On the day we went to pick up the car we had purchased, we asked for proof that all the necessary work and repairs agreed upon two weeks prior had been completed. After spending 20 minutes searching, they came back and admitted they had forgotten! They kept the car for two weeks to do these repairs and called us to pick it up, but hadn't done any of the work.
Additionally, the ad mentioned that the car came with two sets of tires. On the day of delivery, despite telling us the car was ready and the tires were in the car, they said they couldn't find the second set. They told us to pay for it now and they would deliver it later.
We cancelled our purchase, but it was a waste of our time. If you read this review, save yourself the trouble and go with another dealer because you can't trust them. If you still want to buy from them, make sure to have the car inspected by another professional before signing anything!

Wonderful team they have over there. I want to specially thank M. Marckley for taking all his time with me with all the procedures. Really genuine people they have over there. If i need a new car I'll definitely come back!!

I am posting a review about the services department! They did an amazing job is fixing a very serious issue with my wrangler! They kept me updated and made sure I was clear and informed on what was changed. Keep up the good work and thank you for the awesome job!

Update: two months after the service, the car is leaking oil. They have a new person taking service appointments. He exudes a level of arrogance rarely seen outside of a Parisian Bistro. These guys don’t care.
What a disappointment. We brought our jeep. Grand Cherokee summit in for service. There was a vibrating/rattling sound coming from the dashboard that they refused to cover under the warranty because I might have hit a bump or something. A bump or some thing! This is the most awarded off road vehicle ever and they are worried about me hitting a bump! This is a vehicle that they claim can go out in any conditions and go off road in extreme conditions. Yet a noise in the dashboard is not covered under warranty. Absolutely ridiculous!
This was escalated to the service manager, and they refused to cover this. This does not speak well of the Jeep brand or the service department.
I’m sorry, but the best recommendation I could make is to take your Jeep to a better more ethical dealer/service department

This place…. The most incompetent garage I have ever dealt with. Terrible service, they do not return calls, they give you back your vehicle dirtier than you left it, and they don’t even fix the problem!!!!
Do yourself a favor and take your car elsewhere. I took mine to Brossard and within 2 days they did everything these guys weren’t able to do in a full week. Waste of time and money.

I highly recommend doing business with any other dealership aside from this one. I was cold called two weeks ago about my interest in selling my vehicle and they were looking for used ones as they are in short supply. I told them on the phone I didn’t have interest in selling my vehicle and not interested in wasting my time nor there’s. on the phone they highly suggested I come in as I’ll be surprised by how much they offer me for my truck. When I finally agreed I went into the dealership for the appointment, not only did I have to wait 45 minutes to talk to someone as there was no sales rep on site yet. (Not sure why you’d make appointments for times when you don’t have staff on site) they told me they weren’t sure why they called me and the offer was extremely low and a huge waste of time.
My original experience when I was looking for a vehicle with this dealership was just as disappointing. As well as there service department.
I would highly recommend taking your business to another dealership who’s more honest and won’t waste your time.
My experiences at Rive Sud Chrysler have been positive. Would recommend maybe looking there.

Service department is weak.
They make it difficult to let me spend money.
2nd vehicle financed here. all maintenance done here.
Booked services not in the system upon arrival for scheduled work…more than once it has happened that booked work not done on time or completed
I took a day and a half off of work so my car could be detailed Monday morning. They start calling me Tuesday morning me to tell me they couldn’t do it on time. Can I keep my car for another 24 hours which I use for work…
literally nothing done on their end to help create a resolution. benefiting their clients.
will only return for maintenance covered under warranty any extra services I will start spending my money elsewhere

It was a bit hard to find someone responsible for selling used cars. They seemed to be not interested in selling this car. I made milions of phone calls, but finally we made a deal. Please stop that automatic emails from "Bill", that's really annoying. Dodge Charger SRT was expedited successfully to Europe. See the picture from Poland.
