So disappointing. I brought my father in law to show him the view, only to find out there is no accessible access to the observation deck. You have to walk up 4 flights of stairs from the lift. Shocking that a tourist attraction like this is so inaccessible in 2024.

I enjoyed coming here because of the Café they have. But I thought that maybe they could have glass instead of fences everywhere…I was a bit disappointed, but this was maybe because of my high expectations…
There is an entrance fee €6. You can pay by card also. You take the elevetor from the hotel and go up to 35th floor. Follow then the signs and go up the stairs another 4 floors. There is a bar that offers drinks and beers. Place to relax while having a great view underneeth. If you want to do the swing you must book a time slot in advance.

This place has very good view of Berlin where you can see all the famous places from the outside balcony. The café there has good drinks and super service.
Very nice view, not crowded. Fastest lift in the world, nice restaurant, however they don't really accept card. Bring cash just in case!!!
Amazing views and the fastest elevator in Europe. It only took 10 seconds to reach the top and we were greeted by amazing views and cool winds. The tarts in the Cafe are also super delicious

Fantastisch ! Zudem gibt es bildliche Informationen was man sieht.

There are 3 distinct parts of Panorampunkt: The mini-museum, the viewpoint, and the cafe. They are accessed via the fastest elevator in Europe(!), with a friendly guide operating it as it zooms up the floors in mere seconds, making your ears pop.

First, the outside mini-museum (which also has views). There is lots of well written information about the history of Berlin, specifically Potsdamer Platz. This provides plenty of information about the stages it has gone through, why it looks the way it does, and major events that have taken place. It's worth reading every board, as they provide a comprehensive overview.

Next, the viewpoint. Whilst you do have excellent view from the mini-museum layer, going upstairs to the viewpoint lets you walk in a loop around all 3 sides of the building. This provides plenty of excellent views wherever you look, especially if you stand in a corner of the triangle!

Finally, the cafe. This is unfortunately the weakest point in our experience. It seems a little confused about whether it is a cafe for tourists (due to the location), or is an upscale restaurant (table service only). This confusion is reinforced by only accepting cash, and not warning customers until AFTER they have eaten! The menu is quite limited, with only a few items of food available, and some of those are actually out of stock.

Staff in the cafe were friendly enough, but it can be hard to get their attention if seated at one of the higher tables with the best views.

Overall I'd definitely recommend visiting the mini-museum and viewpoint, and maybe a small snack at the cafe if you remember to carry cash in 2023!

The waiting time is quite long if you do not have a ticket, we suggest to purchase it before. The sight from the top is awesome, the windows are divided in sector with a clear description that helps you see the main attraction from a top point of view.

One of the great experience in Berlin so far. There was a queue when we arrived but with in time we ready to go because we purchased online ticket. After visiting clock room, into the elevator and up 203m high in 40 seconds😳. It was a scary but interesting at the same time.
What a lovely day it was so the views were incredible. Lots of info all around to assist with the viewing. It was incredible when you can have bird eye view of whole Berlin city from just on place. Then we been lil up more to the bar and revolving restaurant for a drink which was great. Lovely and cool staff and they also do a few special cocktails.
Would definitely recommend this if you’re in Berlin. Even your Berlin tour is not complete if you never visit this TV tower.

We booked a window seat in advance at the restaurant which gave us the great views in the spinning restaurant (full cycle in 30 minutes). We had a decent meal to go along with 90 minutes or so of great evening views across Berlin. Well worth going to and i would book the restaurant again. We were able to go to the viewing platform on the floor below as part of the experience, but busier times this may not be allowed.
Amazing view, we happened on a clear sunny day and the view was spectacular. Expensive, but worth it. Plenty of signs explaining the landmarks you can see from the window. We booked tickets online, so it was as easy as scanning the barcode from our phone to get in.

This place it’s beautiful at night , that red light suits it!

We bought the tickets online the night before. Best to buy the ticket advance or very early in the morning. We bought the package for breakfast for 35€ but for us the breakfast wasn't really worth it.

The line goes fast, no long wait even if you buy the ticket the same day. Buy online or at the counter or a machine outside the building.

Only in the restaurant, Inside the floor rotates slowly.
You are taken with an elevator with a great speed to the top, more than 20 floors and there you can enjoy a great view of Berlin. I had some head aches especially when we went down because if the speed. But it's really worth it.

Amazing views from this iconic structure. A fast lift carries you to the viewing deck, with window on top of the lift to see the rate of ascent! Views guided by an informative series of pictures mapping out key locations and buildings. Bar area is part of the viewing gallery. The sky restaurant is the level above.

Tickets can be bought in advance or from a machine at the entrance, with an entry time linked to the ticket number. Queue for the lift to get up and down did take a while but there was no pressure to rush once up there, and you could take as long as you wanted to enjoy the view.

Iconic place in Berlin, a must-see if you're around.

Without thinking about the iconic status, the price could be a bit better, it's 25€ for the most basic ticket. Booking online is highly recommended because the lines can get long and they have time slots.

When entering the building you're presented with a large area with some stairs that goes into the elevators and some plaques explaining the history of this tower, construction and purpose.

The lifts are very quick (you feel it in your ears) and take roughly 8-10 people at the time and there's 2 of them. Basically the waiting time to board them is quite short but always dependent on how many people are in line.

Once you arrive at the top you're greeted with stunning 360 ° views of the city and because you're way up there, you'll see past the city as well. In every window there's a plaque with photos detailing what you're seeing with a brief explanation of each landmark/building.

There's also a restaurant one floor above and a bar which are great additions to this place.

Highly recommend!
Iconic Berlin landmark. Feels futuristic despite opening in 1969. I visited at night and the atmosphere looking down over the city was really great. An adult ticket was 25€.

The gentleman running the front desk was fantastic. Let us go up a little late on our last night in Berlin. Definitely something to check out if you are in the area.
An excellent spot to enjoy the view over Berlin. There are plenty of path’s up the hill and you can enjoy a wonderful skyline here.

Great 360° views from the viewing platform. With hindsight, we'd have done this earlier in the trip to help get orientated. Some of the routes we'd taken to places were bizarre looking down on them 🤣.

If you have the Berlin Welcome Card, you get a discount on entry here.
The experience and the view was enjoyable, although there were some aspects worth mentioning: Not having made a reservation for the dining area allowed me a 30-minute window in the observatory. While I appreciated the experience, I did feel that the overall cost was a bit high considering what was offered. Nonetheless, the view from the observatory was impressive, and I found that going close to sunset time enhanced the experience, providing an opportunity for stunning pictures. I'd recommend considering the timing and weighing the cost against the experience.

A little old style but symbolic tower in Berlin. They have a restaurant in the observatory and we really enjoyed our dinner while we overlooked the city (and it turns!). It’s not a super tall tower so we could make out of each building from the observatory and it was very interesting!
Nice view to Berlin tower. Much cheaper than going to tv tower panorama terrace (here 6eur vs 25 eur on the tv tower), but the view from the tower is much better. From the tower you can see 360 view, aldo behind glass. Here you can see only to one side, and instead of glass here is only net. Also, you cant see Berlin gate/tor, because there is building in the way. I would recommend going on the tower.
Great location and views. Cheaper than the Tv tower. Ticket valid all day. You can visit during the day and pop back for sunset.

Recommended to visit, the view of the city from above is a must to see. Tickets are a bit pricey but worth the visit. There is a nice restaurant as well in the tower. There’s a souvenir shop as usual, with some cool gifts. Overall a great experience!
My visit to the Berliner Fernsehturm was truly delightful! The entire experience was quite impressive. The elevator ride was a standout, reaching an exhilarating speed of 6 m/s, which gave a sense of excitement as we ascended. What made it even better was the fact that we got our tickets for just 19 euros each, courtesy of the Berlin Welcome ticket. This not only made it an affordable choice but also a fantastic value for the experience. The iconic tower offers breathtaking views and a unique perspective of the city. If you're in Berlin, a visit to the Fernsehturm is a must—it's an experience that captures the essence of the city's charm and beauty from above.
A great place with an unbelievable view!
For only 6€ you can go on the rooftop platform. You can also buy something to drink (water; juices, beer; drinks).
I recommend this location! It’s much cheaper then the TV-Tower!
You have to go inside the ParkInn Hotel and go up to the 35th floor.
A fabulous visit to the restaurant at the top of the tower. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was really exciting to enter with a great feeling both of going back in time to the 1970s and also visiting the future!

The views are amazing and the food was really good too. 90 minutes is plenty of time although we were allowed to stay longer as our table wasn’t booked by anyone else so we could squeeze in desert!

We all had a great time creating lots of happy memories together.

It was a wonderful experience to visit Panorama Point. A gentle man in the lift told us that it was the fastest lift in Europe which took us to the 24th floor in just 30 seconds. When we reached up we could see the view of the entire Berlin from there. The only disappointment was that there were grills all over instead of glass which could have given a much better look. There was a restaurant on the top where we enjoyed cheese cake and drinks. Overall it was an excellent trip.

Absolutely loved it! Booked our tickets online for a timed visit, you can buy from a machine outside if you require. The ride to the top takes just 40 seconds... Luckily we visited on a clear warm day so the views over the city were spectacular. Lots of info around so you can pick what you're looking at. Also took advantage of the bar , they do some themed cocktails if interested. Shop and toilets on the ground floor.
A really nice place to clear your mind. The time i visited there wasn't too much people, so i could relax a lot.

The people here are very nice, they tell you about the elevator you get in, which is the fastest in Europe. 24 floors in a couple of seconds.

On top, there is a Cafe, which has, of course, an amazing view. Will be visiting soon. Loved the view, unfortunately they close before the sun goes down, so no sunsets pictures for the moment. Overall the place is great!
100% my favourite part about Berlin the views, chilled out vibe, the girl serving the lil bar- it was a fridge with beers in but I’m calling it a bar worth €6 they could and should charge more !
Wandern in Berlin. Ruhe, wenig Menschen, toller Ausblick. Und Schnee! 😊
Schöne Route von S-Heerstrasse bis S-Grunewald..
6€ for the roof top is expensive. View is great but terrasse is small, and very protected by wire fence.
Still worth it if you have not booked the television tower or if it’s too crowded
Take the lobby elevator to 35th floor and then walk up stairs to observation deck level. 4euro entry is worthwhile but not spectacular. Small deck facing Alexander platz, good view of TV tower and Mitte. Much better value than the TV tower (18e). Small bar sells drinks. Several lawn chairs available for watching sunset.

If they are open and you happen to be in the hood, it’s worth the visit. There is something both futuristic and strangely dystopian about the whole thing. Offbeat cool is what Berlin does best, so you won’t be disappointed if that’s the goal all along.
