Prefect spot for planespotting in KLIA! I'm managed to spot a Emirates A380 and my favourite plane B787! I will probably come back for planespotting in the next holiday.
Free healing spot. You can still enjoy the view from parking spot even the deck has been close. If not mistaken it wrote to be open from quite early morning to 7.30pm. However during my visit, it still being open till midnight. There is ample parking area if you don't want to park on the roadside.
Alot of plane activities before 10am and after 5pm

The place is clean, only down side is don't have toilet.

Nearest petrol station is Petronas KLIA 3, about 5km away.
A visit during weekday, less people during morning session (after 10:00am). Wait around 45 minutes only can see the airplane. The local people said morning before 10:00 am and evening after 5:00 pm can see more airplanes.
This is a free and safe spot for you to see the airplane landing on klia.
You cant see the airplane very close, but it good to have proper like this. Normally people just watch near the airplane runaway. I think that place has been closed and barricade because it is not really safe to be there.

One thing that can be improved, please plant more trees at parking lot.
There are few spot where many people park to observe. As long as your vehicle park properly at the curb and not on the asphalt, abang polis will not marah.

Still in the search for the perfect spot. Anjung spotter offer views of planes taking off. I'm looking for spot where planes cross right above my head if possible like the spot at Subang airport.
Good location. Usually you'll be able to spot inbound aircraft as the runway is a landing runway most of the time. It's still pretty hot out there in the middle of nowhere even though it's shaded, so I'd advise bringing an umbrella or two. There's really nothing within a 5 minute drive, so it's best to bring necessary supplies when you go there.
A safe place for plane spotting. This is for the KLIA2 airport and you can photoshoot or take videos of airplanes landing and take off. Its open from 7am - 7pm and there is parking available at the site. Of course you should bring a binoculars if you hv one to get a clearer view!
