Reviews

The ambience was superb with well articulated theam, plush interiors. The Buffet options were quite amazing ,innovative and had tried avocado sushi which was not up to the mark, However you can have unlimited sushi to choose from and have multiple options. Other starters were also quite good, however the on-table service seems quite slow.

The refreshments served were also of different varieties, at the start had tried white wine as complementary drink and it was okay. The main course did not have much variation. The desserts were top notch and the Tiramisu cake was quite amazing. We have exceeded the time limit for the afternoon buffet and the manager were giving us quite bad look/gaze, which was not impressive. Overall quite a good buffet you can hope for.

A nice choice for Asian cuisine. The Ramen was exceptionally good, something worth remembering. They made the effort to serve a signature ramen by segregating the veg and broth separately from the meat part, so that all of us with different preferences could share it. The dumplings could have been better, it was just ok. The mocktails were alright. But overall it's quite a nice place in terms of ambience and service. My hats off to the waiter staff who showed up with the pen and a notepad but memorized our order in a single say..
I love this place in Mumbai with 3 kinds of sashimi they have. The quality of sashimi isn’t that great but reasonable with the buffet price. The atmosphere of the restaurant is really nice. Service is good. Waiters guided me well how to order hot food. Non cooking food smell. The only thing I recommend that if the restaurant can prepare a better chopsticks than one-time-used as you guys advertise for Asian food too.
Besides of the sashimi, omg I love cheese cake here. 2 kinds of cheese cake make me take 2 rounds of dessert. Definitely I will come back again for sushi sashimi and CHEESE CAKE 🍰
Would prefer this over Barbeque Nation anytime !!
Space is huge... seating arrangement is spaced out and you get unique group seating so you don't get disturbed by the next set of tables. Good for group of friends or family time.
Ambience was awesome. Food, each of 'em was delicious and unique. Chicken as well as seafood was well cooked and had awesome flavours.
Starters spread was so large that you would need to make an effort to get to the main course !! So control !

Desserts spread was good too.

Highly recommended. Will come again.
The most thing I liked about this place is ambience, I received many comments also mentioning aesthetic place.
Variety of food, no one can matvh that in this tyoe of restaurant.
Concept is little different, for starters you need to visit the counter and take the chits and give it to waiter, they will then serve you to the table.
main course and desserts are self service.
Mostly you will find here sushi which is not available anywhere unlimited.
Mostly all types of sushi you will find here.
Complimentry drinks there were two lemon ice tea and lime sweet and salty. Both were good. I will prefer lemon ice tea more.
Another big thing about this place they were having cheesecakes in desserts.
All icecreams were good.
Price is little expensive as compared to other restaurants.
But if you are a sushi lover and cheesecake lover this place is for you. So you can vasool your money there.
Although cheesecake was not that fresh. I tried all the desserts except chocolate ones, although I got a positive review for chocolate desserts.
P.s. icecream and gulab jamun in desserts were good.
Sushi, prawns and seekh kebab in non veg starter were good.
corn and paneer in veg starters were good.
noodles and thai curry in main course was best. There were also crabs in main course ai didn't tried that it was looking good as well.
Waiters are very friendly and good in nature.

Ambiance and Decor:
Shizusan: An Oasis of Style
From the moment you step into Shizusan, you're enveloped by a breathtaking decor that sets the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. The attention to detail in creating a fantastic ambiance is truly commendable, making it a must-visit for those who appreciate style and aesthetics.

Culinary Excellence:
Gastronomic Delights Await
Shizusan is a haven for food enthusiasts. The sushi, in particular, stands out as a remarkable culinary creation, but it's not alone. Every item on the menu boasts top-notch quality and exquisite flavors. The attention to ingredient quality is apparent, and the presentation of each dish is a true work of art.

Minor Critique: Bao:
Almost Perfect, but Room for Improvement
While Shizusan's culinary offerings are outstanding, the bao, while good, could benefit from a little tweaking to match the excellence of the rest of their menu. It's a minor point in an otherwise stellar gastronomic journey.

Service and Staff:
Room for Improvement
One aspect that needs attention is the staff. During my visit, it was evident that they were short-staffed and appeared somewhat overwhelmed. This had a noticeable impact on the overall dining experience as we had to wait longer for service. Addressing this staffing issue and ensuring a more attentive and efficient staff would be a significant enhancement.

Overall Experience:
A Dining Experience to Savor
Despite the minor critique and staffing concerns, Shizusan provided a dining experience that I thoroughly enjoyed. The impeccable presentation of dishes and the quality of ingredients showcased their commitment to culinary excellence. With some improvements in service, Shizusan has the potential to be a flawless 5-star destination, and I eagerly anticipate my next visit to savor their exquisite offerings.

Had a great time at this place. We ordered Sushi, Ramen and Fried rice. They do warn you about how raw food is served in sushi. Some may not have the taste for it but I enjoyed it. Loved the food and will definitely visit again to try other dishes.

The food is okay enough. Staff is nice.

Tried the chicken katsu sushi, I’m sorry that’s not a dish. Don’t reinvent where not needed. Robs of your authenticity.

The dumplings were okay as well. Lacking flavour. For someone that’s eaten Asian food a lot, you will spot that it’s not the same level. More bland than anything

It tries to do too much of Asian instead of focusing on 1 kind of Asian food.

So it’s a pass IMO for the price especially. The bao yes I will say was the highlight

I am not a fan of trying new stuff especially with my palette but I'm glad I did at the Shizusan, coz it was amazing ❤️
The food was cooked to perfection and the flavours weren't too overpowering making it really pleasant to taste. I also loved the presentation of every item that I'd only watched in Korean (Asian) culture ☺️ 🍜
The ambiance is amazing. Great vibe!! Polite and approachable staff willing to help. Great service, could have been faster though.
So I'm more than happy with the overall experience at Shizusan and it would be my No. 1 recommendation for Asian cuisine ⭐
I recently visited Global Fusion and was thoroughly impressed. The ambience is inviting and comfortable, providing a perfect setting for a relaxed meal. The buffet offers an intercontinental spread that caters to a variety of tastes.

Parking is hassle-free, which adds to the overall convenience. A highlight of the meal was the sushi, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options that are a must-try. The plethora of desserts was equally impressive, offering a delightful end to the meal.

The unlimited starters are just awesome, setting the tone for a fantastic dining experience. I highly recommend Global Fusion for anyone looking to enjoy a diverse and delicious buffet.
