Super friendly staff. Service was excellent as was the food. The sushi boat rocked my boat.

Dinner takeout. The fish wasn't as good quality as I would of expected from a sushi restaurant. Sushi is one of my favourite meals, and for the price, was dissapointed. Nicely rolled, well packaged... the fish seemed shredded and not to our liking. Fast service and easy to use application.

This used to be my go-to place for decent sushi for a decent price. However I feel like the quality has dropped recently, both in terms of the food and the service.

On my last visit, I ordered takeout almost 2 hours in advance. When I arrived, the order was not ready and that I would have to wait. Not great but no big deal. We had to wait almost an hour in the hall to receive part of the order and be told that the rolls were frying and would be ready soon. 15 minutes later, I had to go back to the counter to ask and finally receive them. I noticed once home that the order was missing some pieces and had no wasabi or soy sauce.

I've had another similar experience before (but not as bad), so I'll skip this place next time.

The decor is quite nice, and they have a nice touch with a unique service experience. As you enter the restaurant, you’ll notice a type of yellow box when you press on the top, the colour changes to blue which notifies the staff with a quiet notification. It’s almost like the use of a doorbell, but much quieter and subtle. They have a good selection of wine and beers on tap. As for the food menu, you can order sushi rolls, sashimi, maki and the usual types of sushi’s. They also have non-sushi items such as wonton soup, tempura shrimp, popcorn chicken, imperial roles and spring rolls. The service was quite good. We also really liked the ambience.

The delay in service (50 mins) with 2 young children was very surprising to say the least and very disappointing. We booked an early dinner to avoid the rush.

We definitely like the ambiance and the food, but probably won't go back because of the delay in service. This comment is kept in mind that my husband works in this industry (kitchen) and is fully aware of the lack of workers to fill kitchen hospitality positions. However, was not the case as even the Manager appeared concerned going multiple times to the kitchen window checking on service and the food.

**UPDATE: What’s even more disappointing is your follow up being as slow as your service. I know it’s a copy paste reply, but if you are genuinely willing to ask for feedback to make yourselves better then you should actually follow up.**

Very good sushi, Monday and Tuesday with $1.5 per piece Maki are pretty awesome. Highly recommend the Maïka and Coco.
Although the Baconfest sounds great, it was my least favourite.

Good ambience. Welcoming. Sushi are great. Location is easy to find. Parking was easy. Price is $$
