Food was fresh and they really highlighted it in their dishes. The servings were generous. The saba lunch set came with two generous slices of saba, which was a lovely surprise! Given the price point it was a good value for money.

Particularly impressed with their sashimi —delivered to the restaurant thrice a week. It was fresh, nicely presented, and had super thick cuts.

Service was also great. The waiters were attentive & friendly. All questions were answered and the waiter seems to understand the menu and food sourcing very well.

Atmosphere, however, could be improved. Perhaps the decor, lighting, or music to make the dining experience a bit more calming?
great place for an introvert like me🤍😂 we were serviced by Kak Karin and she’s amazing, kind, and really helped us, which it was our first time to eat here🫶🏻 totally recommend this place👏🏻👏🏻 probably one of my new favorite restaurants to go, especially by myself in the future✨

i think there are some things that can be improved tho, the kimchi taste doesn’t really meet my expectation. it doesn’t taste like how kimchi supposed to taste, it was too sweet imo
Restaurant Senayan: This restaurant in Senayan has a vibe akin to that of Union PS but with even better views, overlooking the lush greeneries of Senayan Golf Course. Really cozy vibe and ambiance just really pretty for a sundowner or lunch with friends when the sun is still up. Food quality and taste is really nice, ordered a lot of foods like pasta pizza salad and calamary, service can be improved.
Ordered the new carbonara set and it tasted great, recommended for someone who wants a “just right” portion. The staffs were also very friendly and helpful.
Good food with good ambiance. Thank you Kak Rohman, keep up the good service.
Typical Japanese no nonsense and easygoing Izakaya bar. They serve Suzuki Sashimi, which is very special. 👍🏽🍺

Nice and quite place to chat and have cozy lunch. Lunch menu come in set with appetizer, main course, and dessert. All taste good. Price reasonable considering the place and the Japanese cuisine itself.
They have various menu that can fit almost everyone's taste and likes. I went here with my family, and all the food that came look really good!

Anyway, I quite like the spicy ramen. It's not too overwhelming but it got spicy kick to it, the chicken chashu was also really good and smokey (the vegetable mixed into the ramen was also smokey and it was nice).
Located at Grand Indonesia west mall 5th floor. The place is cozy and clean. Services are good. The quality of the meat is good. It would have been perfect if they gave bigger portion for the price.
At that high of a price, I definitely expected much more. I may not ordered a lot, but I can say I am disappointed with the food served to me.

• Hotate gratin (1/5)
This costed me 150++ and what I got was a very small portion of scallops immersed in a VERY bland mix of mayo & cheese. There were only, like, 3 small pieces of scallop. I've had MUCH better guratan at a much cheaper price. This is just not recommended at all.

• Salmon sashimi (5/5)
Fresh salmon.

• Potato salad (3.5/5)
Just okay, quite creamy, loads of mashed potato, minimal vegetables.

• Black sesame ice cream (4/5)
Very nice and light dessert.

I am clearly disappointed with the food. I actually had no problem with the pricing AS LONG AS you are serving delicious, decent portion foods.

The service was okay, staffs were friendly. But I would not come back, I'm sorry.

This is our 2nd time to have lunch here. They never failed and never dissapoint me for everything. Love the foods, love the services. We ordered Soba Tempura Set menu, Crispy Chicken Karaage, and the BBQ pork belly (I forgot the name...something like Buta etc). Keep a good work Izakaya.

There is an opportunity to do an end year gathering with colleagues at this cafe. Dinner starts promptly 6.00 PM, and immediately you can see several selected menu counters, from Indonesian, European, Indian, Japanese, Korean and European menus. For dessert, various pastries and ice cream are available. Package price does not include drinks. the atmosphere is very pleasant and the staff is very helpful.

Okay, first time to have had a dinner buffet here, the price during December was IDR 560K excluding drinks, we can get free-flow drinks for IDR 84K for soft drinks, lemon tea, and mineral water.

They have a lot of food stalls, here is the list, the dessert station is the best and the most favorite, from gelato, es puter, pudding, mini cakes, frozen yogurt, candies, and traditional snacks. Appetizer station contain of fresh seafood from shrimp, crab, oyster, scallops, vegetable salad, Tom yum soup.

They have local food stalls, kambing guling, rendang paru, tongseng. For steak stalls, they have tenderloin, sirloin, tuna, snapper, roast duck, and the Indian food stalls at its best.

They have sushi and sashimi stalls, a lot of items here, and they have Italian food stalls.

First time to gladly and happily give a full 5 star rating for this establishment. Not only their very quick, responsive and polite service, but also their lavish variety of their quality buffet.

First, tried their sashimi platters, from tuna to salmon they are all fresh and sweet. Love it.

Then their freshly made seafood noodle, is to die for. A complete condiment from fried shallot to corriander leaves. Amazing

The sirloin steak is just so so to my pallete, but their indian food corner is also delish. The cheese nan is my favorite.

Uh. Almost forget to mention my encounter to the scallop and prawn on the seafood corner. What is amazing, again, they provide several option of sauce from tomato, chili to thai chilli sauce. Those are to me, really add to the enjoyment of eating.

Lastly, their AMAZING desert selection. Options of ice cream, cake, jelly to chocolate fondue complete with variety of fruit, from ananas, grape to strawberry.

Love love love.

Btw, I just eat a small portion of each, but honestly to full to try other corner, such as local food, lamb shank to name a few.

Salmon Milk Miso Nabe is so unique, I don't think you'll find it anywhere in Indonesia. The pork cutlet is also wonderful and tender. Tamaki Sushi is surprisingly so good, simple but so good. Ice Ocha is a free refill. Parking is spacious and the restaurant is located at a vibrant and busy street in the Sudirman area. If you're using public transport, take the MRT and stop at Setiabudhi station to Sudirman Mid Plaza exit and walk to the restaurant which is opposite to Citywalk.

Recommended foods: sashimi, bakmie, wajik, ice cream. The steak is too thin for me. The iced lychee tea is in big tall glass. The servers are fast and responsive. Although they did not notice and/or offer help to clean when I spilled the sashimi dip sauce in the table. The visitors are not pacled on Sunday evening. Food variety is quite many.
We ordered a lot tonight.
Unfortunately, I forgot to take additional food photos because I was too thrilled to eat after more food arrived.

Memorable days We are celebrating my husband's 45th birthday on November 23rd, but thanks to a great friend's invitation, we are able to gather and enjoy wonderful fresh delicacies in here.

We order chirasi sushi with expensieve rate, 425k expected to get Uni on top of it because we saw it on the menu. But when the food coming, no Uni and they said that they run out Uni. The food comes so late, around 45 minutes and not served together.

After waiting so long, we are dissapointed with no availability of uni and tell that they forgot to mention it before. They asked us if we wanted to change, OF COURSE NOT, FOOD HAS BEEN SERVED SUPER LONG AND WE NEED TO WAIT MORE?? still hoping that they will give us the complimentary for feeling sorry, but NO. It should have complimentary in premium restaurant if you fail to serve customer!!!

The hell, we paid 425k but only got additional Otoro on top of that. Fried rice served 1.15 hour and tasteless.. I recommend everyone not to come here anymore!! Nishimura is inside of the hotel and have expensieve price. I am expecting great service and good taste. But we get nothing from here!!!

Maybe you think not putting uni, customer will not recognize it, but no. I am a food reviewer and I crave a lot of cuisines in Jakarta. I analyze the service, foods and the quality. So of course, your service is dissapointed and the food is tasteless.

The food tastes slightly different. Maybe they change the chef?
Sashimi, salted egg prawn and steak are still good.

They're very nice but less coordination, suddenly they just close without prior notice us about when about last order lunch time .
Lastly we try all the lychee, longan, coffee, orange, chocolate jelly dessert menu, just perfect and making us feel good.

While making a daily report with my colleague, I ate oxtail soup with ginger tea. Oxtail was vary tasty with sweat fat. I will eat it again at the next opportunity.
It's absolutely fantastic in its mediucorty. No one special thing about it to speak of. The beverages are limited in the time of breakfast, and the coffee is dreadful. Loved the croissants, though. Other than that.....nothing.
I now understand why this is Mike Chen's favorite buffet in the world. There's so many food choices and the service was great. Adi, Jefri, and Fahima were so friendly - they made sure all our needs were attended to.
Been here twice. The place is strategically located in Karet, they offer lots of dishes and uncommon Japanese dishes. Got to try their yakimeshi, pork steak set which were pretty good.

A bit disappointed with their wagyu don cause the sliced meat was slightly colder than what I expected.

The side dishes like karaage and rolled omelet were also pretty good. but i like to highlight their DESSERT! I did not expect such a pretty dessert presentation like their galette and black sesame ice cream. All of the dessert were so delish and sweet enough ✨
I really love this place. The food is super delicious! Order a set menu and you will be super full. I did add Yakiniku Pudding but they gave me some sort of sorbet. Sad.

The pudding IS very yummy. You should try it whenever you visit Yakiniku Like.
This place is a gem among the Japanese restaurants in Jakarta! I popped in for lunch, and luckily, it wasn't too crowded. The service was swift and friendly. They offer a wide variety of dishes, and I personally thought the portions were quite generous for one person (though everyone's appetite is different). I'll definitely return to explore more of their menu next time.
Service and atmosphere so good! Karubi Skirt 100gr taste so yummy 🤤👍🏻Spicy miso sauce and new garlic sauce my favorite! Thank you mas Irwan.
Food was authentic and taste great, like the tea and superb service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Located at LG of Sahid Apartment.

Served Japanese Foods
I ordered the quickest serve food, shogoyaki. Pork stir with ginger and onion with special sauce.
The compliments, together with the main course, were miso soup, side dish of fish, and small portions of vegetables. Plus Chawan Mushi, steam tofu with some meats👍👍👍

Minus : no signal for your mobile phone. Wifi is available, keep in mind ,it is public wifi, always protect your phones.

There are some private rooms available, better to reserve first.
Tried their red snapper fish for lunch and their buffet breakfast. Impressed with their wife variety of buffet breakfast, must try their dessert, local cakes, mee soto, satay and goreng chicken!
First, I haven't thought about reviewing here because it wasn't planned. For the second time here and ordering the same menu and I decided to review the food at Bushido. I ordered Katsu Curry Rice and it comes with compliment chawanmushi, The portion is huge, the taste is good and consistent. I named it as the best Katsu Curry Rice in town.. BRAVO..!!!

The Café is probably one of Jakarta’s OG spots when it comes to five star hotel buffets. It has an impressive selection of cuisine: Indonesian, Japanese, Indian, Chinese, and Western. Highlights include the cheese naan and butter chicken, steak, sashimi, sushi, and ice cream! The decor was super festive for 4th of July.
Real authentic Japanese food.
Very good service.
Atmosphere is calm and peaceful.
Sitting arrangement is also nice including siting on the floor options.

We went here 2 years ago, but at that time the food was not impressive. But last week we tried again, and it's totally different menu and surprisingly all are nice.
We ordered many things, and all are nice. The salmon milk soup tastes just right. The lunch packages are also good. They also serve alcohol, and I tried the high ball yuzu. So refreshing.
Well done with the menu improvement!
Just one menu that I think very strange : veggies ajillo - it's just veggies soaked in oil without any flavor! They said garlic oil but we couldn't taste any garlic in it and it's so so unhealthy.

Love, love, love their breakfast buffet selections! By far the best breakfast I've had compared to any other hotels in Jakarta. My fave picks are: smoked salmon, hash brown, chicken sausage, soup with chicken/beef broth. Even the scrambled eggs are perfection. If only I have more space in my tummy, I would spend 3 hours to slowly digest and savour the taste. I look forward to try their lunch and dinner buffet some time in the future. Thank you, you just gained a loyal customer, hope you can maintain the quality of all the food & keep up the wonderful service ❤️
Classic gem that stood the time. The place definitely has that old school feel to it.

Service was immaculate

Food on the other hand, was catered mostly for Japanese expats. This means flavors can be considered bland for Indonesian standard.

Not complaining since i think it’s still worth the price
Very nice restaurant Sana Sini located inside the Pullman hotel.

The restaurant is huge and has a all you can eat buffet that will amaze you.

Many cooking stations will bring you different kind of food
Indonesian, sushi, Chinese, Asian , Western, French cheese, dessert ! Definitely more than you can eat. So for sure you will find what to eat.

The quality was good enough. The personal was very friendly and polite

Was a good experience for me to try a bit from different Indonesian dishes

I have no reference to know if the price paid is good for the quality or not. The price was 496100 IDR, with a Coca Cola drink.

At least very convenient option for hotel resident when raining time.
Good non buffet yakiniku grill, but comes with set menus instead. Meat quality were alright, some are great. Sitting area was alright... not so spacious, but each table has their own grill stove. Very cool, didn't see a single smoke. I entered the restaurant around 9 pm, so by the time they were about to close, i haven't finished. It might be just their policy or the mall policy, but then they also took away the sauces tray from our table and asked if we wanted some more. I just think it's a bit rude, since I was nearly finished anyway, the staff looked very in a hurry to clean the whole area. Free refill drink, just green tea or lemon tea.

Went here for lunch and ordered the lunch set menu, beef sukiyaki set and the chicken teriyaki and also 2 ala carte nigiri salmon and tuna. Nigiri is good size like something you will see in japan. Sukiyaki is also generous portion in mu opinion, the last one chicken teriyaki for me is a bit disappointing coz expecting more like grilled chicken teriyaki with sauce. Heard good feedback here on the teppanyaki though.
Went here for office lunch, i ordered their chicken nanban set (which the waiter said it was the best seller)

It was really goooood 🥲 the chicken was really tender and juicy (big portion tho) the nanban sauce itself was really authentic, came with decent taste. I also tried their tonkotsu ramen and niko udon theyre not really bad.

Located on basement floor so its a little confusing when you go for the first time

There will be a next visit^^ 🙏🏻
We spent our last iftar at this sumptuous, all you can eat restaurant. It was 440.000 ++ per person with plentiful choices. My choices of foods were seen on the pictures. They were all good, but not outstanding. The service and ambience were exemplary. These service and ambience were worth the price, but unfortunately not for the foods. Sorry.
.. went there for lunch with friends on a weekday in March 2022.. we went on foot and had to cross the Sudirman road via underpass through the MRT station before entering the Grand Sahid Hotel in which Bushido is located on its ground floor..

For its price of IDR 138K (not including VAT yet) their lunch bento is much better than in other common Japanese places I have been. It is more worth for the price.

For my first time here I was recommended the Lunch Set D, which comes with a Cawanmushi (good taste), and Salmon & Chicken Teriyaki Bento. You can choose the dessert to be either vanilla ice cream, coffee, or iced coffee.

I chose the ice cream and loved it. It came with a certain (apple? sauce) and I wish I could add another portion 😅..

I was impressed to see that the Japanese chef still silently and diligently cleaned and made up the tables after some guests left the table after lunch. The waitresses are quite senior you can tell from their appearances, so I believe they work there for quite some time and can advise you well which dish to take. They did explain to me which dish is recommended and I finally chose my friend's recommendation..

We stayed there from 1200ish till almost 1400 hrs, so we learned that the place does close at 1400 hrs and will reopen daily at 1700 hrs for dinner. (This is quite common for other Japanese restaurants, too). Good for us who did not do any reservations that when we arrived the place was still not fully occupied but at 1230 you will find it being quite full with guests.

I can't review how to park here since we went here on foot.
This place is nice, I believe I will go here again.

.. went there again on a Sunday in April 2022..
They have the same opening hours and menu available on weekends..

Ordering the vanilla ice cream, sadly there was no orange jam this time because it was used up and they didn't make any new yet..

Made a booking for 12pax on 24/2. Didn’t get told that there was an event going on. What’s more appalling is the service of the lady manning the counter, pointed to her colleague and asked the equally clueless guy to figure it out. Brought me to walk around haphazardly only to find my party on the other side of the restaurant.
Bring your money elsewhere if you want way better service and food.
The place and the furnitures are old. Some are not in good condition. The restaurant is not good as in the picture.

Comming to the Maj is always makes me happy. When you enter the gate, you'll feel like at Sentul Bogor area. It's cozy and lots of trees, much soothing.

Comming here for a quick afternoon drink with family. The Terrace should be the best choice. The waiter is quick and very helpful. Much appreciate the service given.

I've order black coffee, peach tea, and banana fritters.

The black coffee and also the banana fritters is great, but the peach tea need major improvement. For the price given, the presentation of the peach tea is horrible. Come on, you could done better.

All and all, this place is promising and have alot of potential. Person that comes here will not complain about 50k tea, but if the presentation is bad, then it's a big No No...

Please maintain the 5 star service and do care for the small detail.
Decent izakaya place hidden in the LG floor of sahid Sudirman apartment

Pros:
- good environment for Japanese style eating experience
- a lot of choices

Cons:
- Pricey
- inconsistent taste (been here several times, the beef saikoro steak was sometime great sometime too salty..)
It’s located at LG floor of Sahid Sudirman Residence, just go down 1 floor from lobby with escalator and it’s located behind the escalator. A bit hidden indeed.
It’s above my expectation, fair price and more to home-cooked Japanese cuisine. Recommended!!

Located in the Shangri La hotel downstairs from the lobby. Was very quiet during my visit so the staff were attentive. Made the visit especially due to some positive reviews mentioning how authentic the Japanese dishes were. Sadly this turned out not to be correct. The spicy Edamame were coated in a flavourless chilli sauce and served piping hot. The Agadashi tofu was undercooked and pale without any crispiness. The Ebi tempura was drowning in an overly thick coating. The Chawanmushi was cold at the surface. Their signature sashimi platter lacked variety and had poor quality mediocre cut pieces and no Uni. On a positive note the eggplant dish was delicious and highly recommended. Overall disappointing dishes on offer considering the price and location.

Quite expensive meal considering it was a 5 star hotel.
Food was over cooked or poorly handled.
Grill Salmon fish head fresh is tough to bite.
Deep fried soft shell crab soggy and not crispy.
Grill Ribeye medium is so tough we hardly touch.
Tempura shrimp bread isn’t authentic and tasteless.
Grill miso Gindara only had soy sauce taste. Not done properly. No miso.
Top Japaness Food. The servants really professionals and experienced👍👍. I eat Bento with Salmon and chicken fried...delicious poollllll. I like it. My friends also eat Bento. Bushido give us big portions for all menu...feel satiated 😁
Recommended place lah. Surrounding and interior is feel like at exclusive restaurant.
I came here because i was on my duty. As a CNN makeup artist, i have a responsibility to the feel and look for this program, specialy for the anchor and resources person for the program After Work presenting by CNN Indonesia
Mostly Indonesian food with some Western selection as well. Good coffee. Good view of the golf course and outdoor (smoking) section available.
I came here because I got an invitation from CIMB Niaga for their seminar. Its a good place. But, when i visited, the room is hot. Because its an outdoor seating. I dont know if they have an indoor seating or not.
Par 69 with 7 par 3s. A well maintained and nice Jakarta city golf course, short tight with stinking smelly air from sewerage cutting across the golf course.
