Amazing food and service! Waitstaff was friendly and caring. Gave good explanations on dishes I was unfamiliar with and a very fair price for the amount of food we got. Will return!!!!
We like going here. It's comfortable and the food never lacks flavor. It's really good. Our waitress is really nice. Even when it gets busy. We'll be back for sure.
Been coming here off and on for a few years now...finally getting to posting a picture and some info. Best place around for a good bowl of Ramen 🍲 on a cold day. Their best and my favorite is the Rakuten 88. The wife and I both love this dish. Also we get an extra egg for each and I ask for spicy level 2. For those of you with a palet for more spice take it above that to a 4 or 5. Their Thai Tea is good 👍 Definitely recommend this place any time. Be patient it takes time for food prep...order online if ya don't want to wait. They have drive thru also but I also recommend ordering ahead online to reduce wait time.
I accidentally bit my lip while eating it and it tasted better than their tuna. 🍣 harsh, but true. This place is just upsettingly expensive. At least their salmon was quality. I paid $13 for what little you see in the picture, I’m serious.

Location; Good, Parking: Okay, Service, Okay, Presentation: Nice, Busy: Not really , Overall, This was a first-time visit, as I have been to many Ramen places I wanted to find out what was this had to offer. One plus was the addition of spice levels. Given a 1-6 choice, I felt I could adjust more to suit my taste. Next was the noodles, I felt these were a bit thicker than others in the area, which was a plus to me, and the broth tasted different as well. The service was okay. But could of been better when very few were there. I will go back just to up a level on spice and I did like the amount of noodles served in the dish. So for me 3.9 Stars...
Horrible customer service when asked about butter bun and what was in it the service said butter and rolled her eyes. We asked if there was any nuts or anything she got irritated and said she didn’t know we asked if she could check and she rolled her eyes again and turned and walked away. Will never go back here again when they first open the service was good now it’s not worth wasting your time.
Rude staff the c h i n k didn’t ask if i wanted for here or to go and she automatically did it to go. That’s not the problem the problem was she gave me a lecture because i ate at the restaurant and she said the packaging was a waste. Ask dee ta ti eee and
The we ordered the baked salmon roll and the crunchy shrimp. Both were so good. Melt in your mouth good. We also had some beers, the small mugs were ice cold, refreshing for washing down the sushi and getting ready for the Ramen. While not spicy it packed flavor and was perfectly hot. I really dislike when places give you warm soup. I loved the taste and temperature of their ramen. I am definitely coming back to this place. I feel I should mention the excellent customer service. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼😁
It was our first time here today. Great service and very friendly atmosphere. I had the spider hand roll (huge and delicous) and the cut spicy scallop cut roll. I really loved the spicy scallop roll. I don't know how they flavor it. But it wasn't just spicy mayo which made it so good! I also got the yellow submarine. Not my favorite but still pretty good. Overall great g

Today I came in with 8 of my friends and we didn’t call ahead despite the size of our party, however Irene (the manager) was able to accommodate for us very easily with excellent service! We ordered many rolls and even got some gyoza on the house! The food was amazing and this is definitely the hidden gem of azusa. I would rate this place a 10 out of 5 but unfortunately google doesn’t let me.
I love coming here for sushi, especially because I’m sensitive to seafood. It never disappoints and the customer service here is amazing. Definitely recommend coming here!
I could feel that Sushi Factory pays a lot of attention to the freshness of the ingredients as well as the taste. This is a restaurant I want to go to with my family. Awesome!!
I Got Food Poisoning:
I hate to leave this review, but people need to be warned. I ordered from Sushi Factory a week ago. Irene (The Manager) took my order which was tempura calamari and a chicken teriyaki bento box that contained a California roll, miso soup, salad, and the chicken. A few hours after eating the food, I got food poisoning and alerted Irene. Yes, I went to the doctor to be sure and was informed that it was food poisoning. Irene the manager told me that it's not from them and that I got sick elsewhere. She then had the nerve to tell me that "my body must be indigenous to sushi" which is also false because I eat sushi frequently. I am deeply saddened that my experience was less than stellar considering that I wanted to give this local spot a chance.

This ramen place blows all others out of the water. The noodles are soft and the chasu is as well. The pork gyoza, takoyaki, and the Bao are always on point as well for appetizers.I always come here with my family and the owner now greets us by name. Thank you Rakuten!
Best ramen in the area! I get the veggie miso ramen and it's just so good. They have a lot of options and other dishes. I also like their veggie goyza. Highly recommend!

It's the first drive thru ramen place in the area. Spicy level can be adjusted. Very friendly service and plenty of parking and seating. There's vegetarian option.
Was not happy about my to go order of fried rice and a rainbow roll. The fried rice was tasteless and bland it was only after using soy sauce that I was actually able to eat it which I don't normally do with fried rice. The rainbow roll was poorly made and shoved in a generic Styrofoam container not designed for sushi so I was crumpled in there the lady that helped me seemed nice and I did not wait long.
I was craving some sushi rolls and I ordered the baked salmon and CA roll. I enjoyed my dinner and I'll definitely be back.

Fabulous service and fresh sushi paired with hot sake - what’s not to love?! Great selection of offering for anyone (even those who aren’t into uncooked things)! A wonderful afternoon of adulting and conversation in a laid back place with nice ambiance. Will definitely come back!
The best hidden secret in azusa. Sushi made to perfection, great flavor and price. They just need improvement on their customer service. The guy didn't have much patience.

This is a small sushi restaurant located in downtown Covina. There were 3 tables, 1 server, and a chef. Service was very fast.
We ordered salmon sashimi, pink lady (no carb), beef teriyaki, mix tempura, and yellowtail collar. Al the food was well seasoned and flavorful. None of the cooked dishes were over or under cooked. I gave 4 stars because it was pricy. Portion seemed small, and we have to keep ordering more food. The total was $80 for 2 people.

Really cute atmosphere, reminds me of being on the east coast with the exposed brick. Service was quick and attentive. They have a huge selection of rolls, but most rolls have crab of shrimp in it. Intimate tables for conversations or dates.

Looks pretty good, but not the freshest which is obviously an issue when it comes to sushi. The oysters were the biggest issue. They tasted like the ones you get in a jar at the market seafood section. I wouldn’t have minded if they were not advertised as fresh. If they weren’t from a jar, than I’m a little worried and hope I don’t get sick 🤕 the rest of the food was edible, but didn’t have much flavor. Even the lettuce in my salad was wilted. The dressing was delicious though and best part of the meal was the miso soup. Great flavors. Service was just ok. It was dead for a Friday night, which should have been the warning, but live and learn.
Outdoor dining is awesome!! I've been doing takeout and did not know they had outdoor dining available, with 2 large tents and heaters. Sushi sawa is the best sushi place around, freshest and high quality, definitely recommend!

First time having Ramen, and was not disappointed. Very tasty and delicious. The meat and noodles tasted fresh and really well made. If you like Ramen, come here to get a bowl. Nice atmosphere and seating.
The sushi was very fresh! Sit at the bar and have Andy serve you! The selection of rolls are endless and you can't go wrong with any of them. Angie, the wife and manager takes great care of you too! She will remember your name when you come back and makes sure your dining experience is nothing short of extraordinary! Definitely give them a try and I'm sure you'll be a regular!
Highly recommended! Fresh delicious sushi and every food was look so beautiful. The chef in this restaurant is so professional and respectful. Inside tables are clean and tidy. I could enjoy fresh sashimi also and taste good. The restaurant's mood is calm and enjoyable so I felt comfortable in there. I definitely would like to visit again.
