Beautiful wonderful establishment.. Caring and loving staff very friendly and helpful. Would give a 10/10 if I could. Keep up the Great work with everything that is going on COVID related! God Bless you all!!!
I have had friends and family in a couple Saber places. GOGR used to be one of the BEST! The past few months it has gone to downhill and it’s not due to Covid. It’s due to a leadership change. There seems to be a lot of playing games at the top here now and the place and care is paying the price. Sad. My wife and I are sad to see the change.
If you have a family member in this facility you should really consider looking into the care and moving them . The new administration is horrendous !! There are several abuse situations taking place and NO ONE is doing anything about it. Money is being stolen off residents, pictures of dead residents are circulating social media, medication errors and wrong medication including narcotics being given. The Administrator brushes it under the carpet. The Administrator, RCD and medtech Tracey fix the med errors and narcotics so the state can't find the errors. The staff that posted a deceased person are still employed the person who reported this event was terminated. The Business office manger (Ryan )was forced out and made to go to another building because he would not comply with what the Administrator (Jennifer Loy) her boss (Sheila Layo ) and (Diane Risse ) were doing to cover up things going on in the building. Sad place this is turning into. There use to be exceptional care and love for residents here. I hope someone does something , because the state is not doing anything either. Maybe the media needs to be made aware.
I was invited to DJ at their Facility for the Alzheimer’s Walk and also for their Christmas Party for the Patients on both occasions the Patients were so welcoming and happy.
The Staff treat each patient as if they were own family member. I can’t say enough good things about this facility for the staff and all their patients!!
I have worked here for almost two years as a part time receptionist, prior to my retirement I was registered nurse, this facility is great, wonderful staff, great administration and the residents are happy. The facility is always clean and never smells. I have worked in many facilities in my 40 year career and if I had a family member who needed assisted living this would be my choice, people have to realize, no place is better than home but the gardens is the next best thing!!
Fabulous facility would not put my loved one anywhere else! I have worked with both the AL and MC, even the office personnel help with taking care of the residents doing things from folding laundry to making beds to cleaning rooms helping in dining room etc. I would recommend this facility 110%.
This is the first assisted living I've been to where it smells wonderful and is really clean. Residents are in a home-like environment and they have every right to live comfortably. They have complementary items and snacks available 24/7 just in case Residents are hungry after regular dining/meal times. Everybody that's staff plays a role of many to reassure that no matter what conditions/problems are presented, there is always someone there to assist.
