Family member was here for 3+ weeks. PTs were helpful and empathetic. Food horrible. Horrible lack of communication from one employee to next (nurses, cnas, social worker). Had to request a discharge meeting and there were still gaps in needs and assessment. Got a transport home, social worker set it up for one time, and transport didn’t come. Not scheduled til four hours after we were told. Staff didn’t get communication that family member was leaving. Elevator out of service at different times but eventually fixed. Never use PRN transport. Unreliable. God forbid I should ever need this level of care. Definitely not walking through those doors again. Also, the Department of Health was there during the last week of stay. Hopefully they help get this place in shape.
This is for Occupational Therapist-Joice and Physical Therapist- Connie. Both are excellent in their fields. Joice makes sure she takes care of her patients thoroughly by making sure she completely addresses all areas that need ccupational therapy. She comes early so you know exactly when she will be coming for you. She makes you feel comfortable and really cares about your well-being. If she were to receive a grade she would get A-100%. She does a great job every day!
Connie the Physical therapist is great at what she does. When she comes she also makes sure you are comfortable! She also makes sure she addresses the areas that need Physical therapy. If she were to receive a grade it would be an A-100% also! She does a great job. What I like about them both is that they make sure you get your 5 days of services. Other places do not do what they do! They should both be commended for the wonderful job they do each and every day. My Mom is 94 and the care they gave her was beyond what many others care to do! Thank you, thank you to Joice and Connie!
So horrible to visit my step dad and see that all of his clothes and special drinking cup were missing! When I arrived he was upset his phone was not working which was because someone unplugged all of his electronics and left the cords jammed in a drawer in tangled mess. He hadn't shaved or had his teeth brushed in days. Not acceptable! And... Their elevator is out for a week now??? How is this not illegal? What if there was fire? How are you getting these poor people out of here!? Horribly sad.
This place is a NIGHTMARE!!! No return call from the case worker -Kim for over 2 plus weeks. Left a ton of messages. Laundry was suppose to be done -he was in a hospital gown because they said he had no clean clothes. I had marked all his clothes with sharpie pen as directed. Can never get information from nurse or anyone as to how he’s doing!!! Disgusting place !!!!!
This place is real bad. In the past few months I left many many messages fir Kim the social worker and a doctor to call about my mom's progress and never never called back. There were closed door meetings and I never got a call about the results. I here from other families they are treated the same. Unexpected...
It was a total nightmare. RUN!!! Your family member is not safe there. My mom fell 3 times and injured herslf badly. I called the NJ Health Dept to look into how neglectful and financially abusive they were. They moved my mom to a different section and increased her monthly private pay by 2 thousand dollars a month. They did not give us the 3 days we asked for to have a dr or our elder care lawyer review her situation. They are simply out for all the money they can grab. It's disgusting. Then they act as if YOU have a problem. They just moved her without our consent.

My mom was there less than 10 hrs before back to the hospital. Put her in a room with someone with covid. Then moves her and didn't receive any medication or any response to her clicking for the nurse. Never will have any family go back there
Compassionate care, great activities, and the community is situated on a beautiful lot. Would recommend to anyone looking for Assisted Living or memory care in South Jersey.
Brandywine Living at Moorestown is a great community, that offers nursing care around the clock. There are plenty of activities for their residents. I would highly recommend this community!
We have had two family members reside at this location, and there aren't enough good words to say. Staff and management are incredibly caring and responsive. Our family members, who were there at separate times, received great care and absolutely loved the activities and especially the food. We would absolutely use them again.
Excellent care for my Mom! The aides, nurses, and OT/PT/speech therapists were top notch. Dr. Rivlin was wonderful; she adjusted Mom's medicines as needed and she called me several times to keep me informed. When I took Mom to her cardiologist she was impressed with how fantastic Mom looked. CareOne let us borrow their wheelchairs several times when I needed to take Mom out for specialist doctor appointments and the PT staff ordered her a new wheelchair through Medicare when the time came for Mom's discharge. Front desk and kitchen staff were friendly and helpful. The facility and patient rooms were always clean. Everyone who works there truly cares about the rehabilitation patients.
When Mom was discharged back to her assisted living, Kim (social worker), had communicated with them and it was a smooth transition. Mom got lots of well wishes when she left and even a hug from staff.
I chose to do my rehabilitation at Care One Moorestown after a recent operation. The staff and medical team were terrific. They were responsible, patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I believe the great care I received from the physical therapy staff was a great part of why I had such a speedy recovery once I got home. The facility itself was clean and very nicely furnished. I highly recommend Care One Moorestown for the best care you can receive.
We just celebrated Mom's 96th birthday. She's been at Cambridge for nearly a year now and is very happy. She always says how kind and attentive the staff are, and she keeping busy with all the activities.
My friend has been living here for almost a year now, and his quality of life has improved enormously! The staff and administration are kind and very helpful. I am forever grateful.
My parents are in the Assisted Living portion of Cambridge Enhanced Senior Living; they have lived there since spring 2022. I would say overall this is a great facility. The folks that work here do try very hard to make it a positive experience for the residents. There are almost always daily activities including brain games, exercise, bingo, and entertainment. It is conveniently located to 295 and a huge shopping center. I would recommend this facility for folks to send their loved ones.
My mom moved into Cobblestone (the Memory Care Unit within Cambridge Enhanced Senior Living) approximately 2 months ago, and we are so fortunate to have found a family of dedicated & attentive care professionals to look out for and care for our Mom. Dementia may have affected Mom in some ways…..but the fact that her loving & nurturing spirit has remained the same is something I will always be grateful to Cambridge Enhanced Senior Living for ……and for giving my family a true feeling of ‘home’ when we visit Mom-Mom. So very important at this challenging stage in our life, and we are forever thankful to Marquis/Cambridge Cobblestone for giving us the gift of peace of mind & comfort and the opportunity to still have meaningful (& joyful!) moments together. To someone reading this on a similar life journey- my thoughts are with you as you strive to make the best decision for your loved one. This is not easy. But if I could offer any advice…..it would be to trust your gut & your heart. I sure am glad I did, and I know my Mom is too. 💜
My mother moved to CareOne Harmony Village - Moorestown once she was no longer able to live independently due to advancing dementia. I always felt peace of mind that my mom received top notch care at all levels from caregivers, nursing, dementia specialist, kitchen staff, OT/PT/ST, and all the way up to administration. Without other family to rely on, for me, quality care and peace of mind were essential. Moving a loved one to Moorestown is like joining a community (there is even a support group). Memory care is unique and this is the best place for your loved one.
Our father moved into Cambridge earlier this year, and we've been thrilled with the level of care, expertise, and communication from everyone on staff. After three months, we can confidently say that Dad's condition has improved both physically and mentally. Our family is grateful to have found Cambridge, and recommend them highly to anyone who finds themselves in the midst of this very difficult decision.
My mother's dementia kicked in right at the beginning of the COVID. Despite all of the additional challenges that entailed, the folks at Harmony Village did a fantastic of caring for her and keeping her safe until her recent passing. It was hard to know if all of the things we told during our initial meetings with their staff would turn out to be true (the way they cared for the residents, the quality of the staff, etc.). From my experience, it was everything they said it would be. As another reviewer noted, dementia care is not cheap. While that is true, I can say Harmony Village was a great value and I would recommend them to anyone in the area.
My 91-year-old father lived independently, but a severe car accident left him unstable. We needed a place where he could live independently but be part of a community. Brandywine assisted living in Moorestown has exceeded our expectations. The accommodations are sophisticated and clean, and my dad loves the food. But most importantly, the staff is kind and invested in my father’s happiness!
My 99 year old mother was a resident at Brandywine Living at Moorestown Estates for the last 6 months of her life. The admissions process was extremely easy. The administrative staff is exceptional. The aids and nurses did their best to help -- and were kind and loving -- some way above and beyond -- treating my mom like family. My mother's needs/demands were many, and I am grateful for the watch-care they provided.
My Aunt has settled in very nicely. The staff -all of them-are helpful and alway pleasant! I highly recommended this place for your loved one❤️. I have good things to say about everything from the top management to the staff at every level! Activities, Nursing care, and the Dining room-all excellent!
From start to finish the process of moving my mom was effortless with the help of Deanna Mellon & the rest of the amazing team at Brandywine! My mom has been there almost a month now and loves the staff and seems to be adjusting to her new digs with everyones help! I want to say that everyone is extremely helpful, caring and right on with their role there! Would highly recommend this place!
my parents moved into Cambridge 6 months ago. In my experience Ive found the staff to be professional and caring. when issues occurred my phone calls and emails where returned promptly.
My mother has commented to me a number of times that they constantly try to get her involved in various activities
Very caring and passionate team ! We love CareOne Harmony ! The inside of the facility is beautiful and I highly recommend Harmony to anyone !
My father just moved in this week. The staff has been amazing, from holding my hand through the enrollment process to helping my father adjust to his new home. They have been beyond patient with both me and my dad and helped us both feel at home. I already feel like they are extensions of my family. Thank you for making a very difficult time in our lives a lot easier.
That's good place to older residents..m.. very caring place
I have a love/hate relationship with Harmony. I'll start off by saying that if you and your family have less $250,000 to spend down, then you need to look elsewhere. Everyone's spend down may be a little different, but with dementia you need to plan for worse case scenario (and that includes budgeting for the highest rate). And unfortunately Harmony will, under no terms, negotiate with you (not even for a few months). So essentially your loved one will be kicked out. In the end, it's a business. And you're only as good as their next paycheck.

That being said, if you're blessed enough to have unlimited funds, then I would absolutely recommend Harmony. There are some really special people that work there. I'm literally in tears and not sleeping at night because I had to move my mom out of there. In the short time span of 8 months, my mom was in/out of 10 locations before we found Harmony, because her disease presented in such a horrible manner . But Harmony worked through this and finally got her settled. Unfortunately by then my family's funds were almost eliminated and we just didn't have enough to carry her through the spend down. It's a horrible injustice that you finally find some people who again, are truly special, only to have it all taken away from you (my fears were validated; in less than 5 hours after she left, she had to be taken to the hospital),

To watch a loved one dying a slow, horrible death in and of itself is a horrible ordeal that I wish on no one. But to equate someone's worth to a dollar sign - I have no words.
