Work here for a short time, care assistants on my unit amazing however the deputy manager can’t remember her name I think it was Sarah or sally absolutely rude! No manners and speaks down to you like your are beneath her! Not for me. Carers tho lovely hard working team!
My mother was a resident in Ringway mews for 18 months before she passed away in January 2023. She was in Anson house.I can say that the care she received was excellent. She was cared for by the most compassionate nurses, carers and staff . I will always be forever grateful for the love and support we received.
Thank you for everything you did for us.

My mums been here for a number of months - she is well looked after with very nice staff and management team. All the staff are easy to talk to and very approachable. Most of the residents and staff are local to the area with is nice as I know quite a number of them.

I supported a tenant to Brownlow house today , On entering the house we were met by staff Julie and Russel the manager . What a lovely warm welcome we received. What a fantastic staff team they have , so caring .
they offered lots of empathy and tender care towards our tenant .
Other staff members were also as kind and thoughtful ,sorry I didn’t catch their names . The house is beautiful/ environment calm and relaxing. Thanks for making our tenants day enjoyable 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

My husband was admitted here following a long spell in hospital where his dementia had escalated and following a hip fracture needed a hoist to transfer from bed to chair etc
In hospital he had stopped eating unless I actually spoon fed him
The staff at Peele are amazing everyone of them
Malcolm now feeds himself enjoys his food It is all made on the premises to a very high standard
He sits at a table with other patients eats and chats away
His eyes were previously blank and now they shine with happiness He loves living there and this makes it so much better for me to visit
On arrival I am always treated with respect and offered a hot drink. But the biggest change has been that they talk to me about Malcolm They really know him and his lovely sense of humour has returned
Within a week he was on his feet Transferring from chair to chair and walking with 2 people to help
He has gained self confidence and frequently tells me how happy he is to have arrived in this place
The staff are always ready with a hug if anybody is upset
A cup of tea a piece of home made cake
One day I watched a carer dunking biscuits in a cup of tea
for a resident who cannot take solid food
The time it took and the look of joy on his face brought me to tears Such tenderness and kindness is beyond any job description
Yesterday I visited with his Grandson
We sat with Malcolm while he
had dinner in his own room
We laughed and joked for an hour
The Grandson remarked how wonderful the staff were with Malcolm and also
That was my Grandad is back with us !!
I can never express my thanks to The Peele for rescuing us all from the bleak situation we were in
If your relative is sent to The Peele Rejoice it is the best place possible

The place is appalling, there's no communication or feedback on parents well being, staff don't communicate to each other. The telephone system is useless, 90% of the time it goes to answer machine, so booking an appointment to see your mum/dad is near impossible especially at weekends. My mum when we do manage to get in is usually dressed in some other persons clothes

The worst most vile care home ever. DO NOT put your relatives here. My Nanna had her wedding rings stolen that she had for 70 years worth three thousand pound!! The care is shocking. My Nanna looked awful. She was unclean. We moved her to a new care home and they sent her out without even a pair of knickers! Should be closed down by social services!!!

I notice here only one good review which sounds terrible the council put my dad here and 2 other homes b4 this one (Gorton parks) a disgrace and (the peel care home in Woodhouse Park) this one he nearly died from there neglect also reported to Qcc but not herd a thing since they are literally getting away with neglect to the point of the person death or demise.. So now he is here and suffers dementia but still can dress and feed himself and go loo alone but not to be on his own as his memory might land him hurt I looked after him last 7 years but got to much for me alone I want the best for him but he been passed from piller to post ..he been here3 weeks now and he wants to go home but can't it's so hard to visit and wen I do I'm in a pod type room .The staff here seem very nice and I have had no problems ill come back and review with an up date ..I do hope they re not like the last 2 homes and I think my dad could settle here with the correct care he needs ..thanks to the staff here for the care they have given up to now I do so appreciate it and now it's a very hard job at times thanks again 👍
I can only speak very highly of the care and attention that my relative has received during this very difficult time Covod 2021.

Nobody wants a loved one in a care system but as we as a family know we did everything we could for many year's and decades and had to relise we could not do it as well as the 24 hr care she receives now.

Well Done Ringwat Mews
5 star care Shackleton
Easy to find fault and moan but my relative lives the room the food the staff the Ethos and we are made so welcome by staff who smile a lot
This is a lovely care home, well looked after.
I would like to say a massive thank you to the wonderful staff at Halifax House at Ringway Mews. My Dad moved there in early summer after a traumatic stay at another care home in Trafford. It has been difficult not seeing him but recently we have had window visits and then on Christmas Day we had face to face visits following 2 negative covid tests. The staff have always been so lovely and my Dad looks well dressed, smart and above all Happy. Thank you so much for putting my Mum and us at ease and caring so well for my Dad.
My nanna went down hill rapidly since coming into the place, brusing on her face and arms that couldn't be explained, always left in her bed. My nanna was very outgoing before arriving here thenv boom she became withdrawn and just before the covid outbreak she begged us to find her somewhere else to live but unfortunately we was to late 😢
We are devostated by her death in October 😭😭
Please don't allow your loved one here
My Dad has been at Ringway Mews (Halifax House) since moving from another home in July. The staff are all amazing and he is looked after brilliantly. We cant visit at the moment but people like Vicky and Otillia (Tgere are others too) go out of the way to arrange facetime so my Mum can at least see his face and chat to him. He always looks so happy, clean shaven, smart and well groomed which is more than can say about the previous place.
The place may not be super glitzy to look at but the care is second to none. I would fully recommend.

I would just like to say a great big thankyou to all the staff who looked after my mother in law Brenda Scott you were all fantastic xx
My dad was in there and now I work there
My Dad had a really poor time here, staff completely ignored his needs and he left in a worse state than he arrived. I tried to make a complaint but was sent a letter in response just denying everything; what great way to mediate!

My mum spent her last years there a few years back. You always worry with the stories... but her face literally lit up every time she saw a member of staff...priceless
We went to visit our relative the staff are very friendly and helpful it's wheelchair accessible and they really look after you, excellent work that the staff do can't fault them.

Friendly and compassionate staff have been caring for my Gran for close to 2 years now. Even when she's aggressive or distressed as a result of her dementia the staff are kind and determined to help. A safe, caring environment for older people who need significant additional support.
