Beautiful and relaxing idyllic spot in rolling hills and forested vines and Orchard where stone oven pizza is chased by fine wines and local beers... while local live musicians like The Abiders will entertain you!
Our family had a wonderful time visiting the Minnetonka Orchard where our grandchildren ate mini cider donuts and drank hot chocolate. We found postcards in one the heated igloos. They decorated one at the kid’s table to mail to Santa in the convenient Santa mailbox. Such fun! We also rode a train through the orchards to go visit Santa and found the perfect Santa cookie plate in the gift shop. They also sell Christmas trees. I highly recommend this festive place to visit during the holidays!
Amazing Pizza and live music. Overall very cool vibe, perfect place to spend your Wed and Sundays throughout Summer and Fall.
Fun for kids too during Fall.
They usually close right after fall but open for Christmas at Farm which is also super fun.

The best way to stay updated is to follow them on Instagram or FB.
This orchard has the potential to be five stars but they are not living up to it. We went for apple picking the first weekend in October and were told they were out of apples.. message to management - the time to say this is when people pay their admission, not after. Isn’t that obvious?
There’s also no logic or explanation to where the beer, burgers, etc are located. We walked down to get a burger, only to learn that if we wanted a cider with it we’d have to walk all the way back to the front. This needs to be much more clearly laid out. The orchard has become much more popular in recent years but management doesn’t appear to want to hire additional staff to accommodate the demand. It was absurd to have one young man (who was extremely hard working btw) working the brat stand when a couple admissions would have paid for an extra staff for the day. The little train was fun but again there was confusion as to where the line began and who was in line, and also the kid riding the train stopped doing rides even though it was an hour until closing time.
Until there’s a better response to the increase in volume of customers (and transparency around apple picking) we’ll be trying other orchards.

We do enjoy Christmas at the farm with the Santa photos, with the exception that it takes ten days or longer to receive the digital picture. We use the pictures for our Christmas cards so it would be much better to be able to get them faster. It just seems like a long time to wait for digital pictures. The tree purchasing idea is nice but when we got it last year, it started shedding needles almost instantly. It was the driest tree we’ve ever purchased so we won’t be using that option again this year.
Overall I had a good experience here. they have some fun things for kids including a corn pit and maze. They have hay truck rides as well. My main concern is it is $21 for a bag of the size posted and they limit what apple types you can get. After seeing many many apples on the ground and people walking around eating them. It made sense for the cost. The other concern I have is poor labels for the hayride. It’s just a little stair case with no labeling or anything. It’s definitely a fun family place.
We enjoyed a fantastic dining experience in a charming outdoor setting. The pepperoni pizza was delicious, perfectly complemented by their special Everly Merlot. To top it off, live music featuring classic rock ballads added to the wonderful atmosphere.

Went to Pizza Night on the Farm recently at Minnetonka Orchards with my family, and we had a great time! Lots of space and greenery and fun things for the kids. Our two year old was obsessed with all the animals, delighted that the sheep would eat grass out of his hand. Our 5 year old climbed on the trains and buildings and just ran around like a whirling dervish. My wife and i were able to actually hang with adults and just lounge with a bottle of rose wine and some delicious pizza. Throw in that it was a beautiful summer evening; great time. We’ll be back.

Had a great time visiting the orchard! The apples were delicious (SweeTango) and the weather was beautiful to enjoy a day outside! Didn’t get a picture, but saw a couple young children with cotton candy the size of their heads! The burgers were good and well-cooked. Will definitely come back!
