I stop in every time I'm in Berlin, they always have some unique and cool stuff. My favorite finds are the t-shirts with a bit of a tasteful, edgy comedic zing. There is also some cool art to be found in the form of clothing. Matze, Aay, and Darius behind the counter are very helpful and cool, they make me feel welcome every time I come through. One of my favorite shops in Berlin.

I bought a T-shirt from you two days ago and you put the wrong size in the bag, I don't live in Berlin and I had a flight to another country that same day. I am very offended and upset that you made a mistake with the size and I won't be able to wear this T-shirt

Been to NYC and London stores but first time here. Staff were great, much better than the other ones, friendly and knowledgeable.
They have original Rammellzee artwork on the wall which I clocked straight away and loved.
Didn't buy anything but the guy I spoke to still gave me 2 stickers.
Good experience, would definitely return

Was my first time going into a supreme store as I had always been too intimidated to go into the London one, but I went into the Berlin one this morning to buy a hat and a bottle opener and it was a great experience. The guy who served me really put me at ease, absolutely amazing service, even reassured me that my lack of German was absolutely fine. I didn’t catch his name, but he had a silver tooth, he was really a great friendly guy and an asset to the store, but so was everyone else as they all greet you and say thanks as you leave. The great experience really put me in a good mood for the rest of the day.

Man the store looks amazing from outside and me and my friend was just admiring the store from outside without doing anything awkward. First, one of the employees came outside telling us to go away bc apparently we were disturbing them looking at the interior of the store and then the security guard came telling us to go away. This is not the way to threat people, me and my friend were just discussing if we should come back tmr to check the store out but now bye bye. Don’t even bother coming here.

but why are the staff so incredibly rude. all of them just gave the most dirty looks and just stood there looking at their phone.
also couldn’t even bother to smile or at least have a little energy when u asked then a simple question. i really did expect more from at brand that big and i found it funny how literally not even one of the 5 people working could at least act nice when you go in and use so much money on literally one shirt. also they didn’t have any sizes 🧐

The staff is super helpful and friendly every time I visited. Lots of great clothing and accessories for skateboarders and beyond with a big selection of brands. Their online store is even bigger and filled to the rim with options. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop in Berlin

Ich muss sagen, ich bin ziemlich enttäuscht. Habe im Dezember in dem Laden in der Nürnberger Straße ein Paar Snowboardschuhe gekauft, die nach 2 mal Fahren kaputt gegangen sind (das Boa System hat das Material ausgerissen). Die Beratung war okay, aber der Schuh einfach nicht hochwertig oder einfach falsch verarbeitet- kann mal sein, dafür kann der Laden nur bedingt was. Die richtige Odyssee gab es dann bei der Reklamation.
Ich wollte die Schuhe dann reklamieren.
1. Versuch: Der Laden war geschlossen (laut Website und Google) war der Laden offen, es hing nur ein Zettel an der Tür wo „ist geschlossen“ stand.
2. Versuch: online, trotz Bon, Fotos und Orginalverpackung keine Möglichkeit die Schuhe einzusenden. Ich muss in den Ursprungsshop zurück. Niemand weiß wann der wieder aufmacht oder wie lange das Pappschild am Fenster hängt.
3. Versuch: zurück im Laden, der diesmal geöffnet hat, ABER es gibt keinen Mitarbeiter, der Reklamationen machen kann. Beim Kauf hieß es noch, dass das unproblematisch gehen würde. Aber ich kann gerne 30min zu einer anderen Filiale fahren (vllt ist da jemand eingearbeitet) oder halt morgen wiederkommen.

Also Sorry, aber ein Snowboardschuh muss snowboarden aushalten und wenn das nicht so ist, dann muss es eine Möglichkeit zur Reklamation geben der kein Fulltime Job ist. Ich starte jetzt noch den 4. Versuch in einer anderen Filiale aber dann habe ich echt die Nase voll.

Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind zuvorkommend und beraten einen gut aber die Bestellung in den Laden würde ich niemanden Empfehlen.

Es wurde uns mitgeteilt das die Lieferung in etwa 7 Tage in Anspruch nimmt was für uns okay war allerdings warten wir mittlerweile 18 Tage auf 1 Paar Schuhe da die Boards sowie die Bindungen schon vor Ort sind.....

One of a few offline snowboard shops in Berlin with a good brand selection. Bought my new goggles here, shop assistant was friendly and took time to help.

I arrived there on Saturday at 12 noon facing closed doors and a bunch of customers waiting in front of the store. It was supposed to open at 11am, but the manager was more than 1 hour late.
I needed professional advice on the equipment and unfortunately didn't feel like the consultants knew the subject.

Katastrophen Shop
Angerufen und war froh, dass ich Englisch spreche, da das Deutsch sehr schlecht war. Surfboard das angeliefert werden soll kann seit einer Woche niemand finden. Lieferungen in den Shop wären noch nicht alle ausgepackt... Rückruf 2mal angekündigt, nicht passiert. Online Hilfe Chat ist sehr nett und bemüht, konnte mir aber im Bezug auf: "wo ist meine Bestellung?" , auch nicht helfen. Niemand weiss wo das Surfbrett ist. Mal sehen wie lange die Odyssee noch geht. Hab jetzt ne Email direkt an Libtech geschrieben, vielleicht klappt das ja.

Super Beratung von Justin Vietzke. Wollte mich bezüglich Bindung und Neuen Snowboard-Boots erkundigen! Durch die kompetente Beratung und das tolle Angebot von Justin habe ich gleich beides gekauft! Weiter so 👍

In dieser versnobten Gegend ein richtiger Ort zum wohlfühlen. Hat mich direkt 15 Jahre zurück versetzt. Tolles Angebot und freundliches Personal. Da kaufe ich gerne wieder ein. Weiter so! Bin froh, dass es solche Geschäfte noch gibt!

Dad here! I've been here a few times with my son and these guys have the best customer service I have encountered anywhere. The people are super friendly, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Best customer service. I destroyed my truck and they were able to get my wheel free, and replace my bearings that I asked them to destroy in order to liberate my beloved wheel. This should be your neighborhood skateshop, even if this is not really your neighborhood.

100 pro positive experience. So helpful and gave great advice. Awesome service. Will definitely keep going there for anything skateboard related.

Super cooler Laden. Er liegt in einer kleinen Nebenstraße vom KaDeWe. Das Personal ist immer gut drauf und locker. Mit einem kurzen ausfüllen der Personalien konnten wir shoppen gehen. Wir finden eigentlich immer was hier.

Guter Laden mit viel Ware. Leider nicht so gut sortiert. Eher auf Männer ausgelegt. Das Personal ist eher abweisend, aber freundlich.

Best Skateshop in town. There are not many true Skateshops left in the world that are not franchises from large Mailorder platforms.

This one is different: run by Skateboard legends from Berlin not trying to sell you trash, but trying to figure out the perfect setup for you! They specialize in hardware and produce their own wheels and boards under the Speedrats logo.

Amazing place. Core skateboarding shop, supporting the culture for many years now!

This is a really cool store. They had plenty of skate products. The staff was nice. They had a skate bowl in the back, it was being used as a clothing section but I imagine they sometimes take the clothing out and skate it as it looks like it has been skated in. I would go back.

I bought a pair of skater shoes here. I almost didn't use them (max 30km walking) and didn't even skate a single time with them. After three months they are already broken insode and outside. When going in the shop, the guy tells me this is absolutely normal and that they know that these shoes are bad quality. But still selling them. And no way to get money back, exchange them, or at least to try to send them back to the producer. In other words: a shop that sustains "programmed obsolescence". Sad.

These guys live it! You can tell! Fine selection of gear and good banter!

They know their stuff, and have a great assortment of shaped boards too!
