Went to the West Covina Zumiez location today at their posted 11am opening time and it was closed. I waited an hour to see if they would open and nothing. I came from 20 miles away because I was looking for a specific item that they had in stock.

Never coming back , very rude customer service all bunch of rude teenagers people I was with my mom i was looking for a specific shirt, I asked him a question, and instead of helping they laughed and then Helped like I’m gonna ignore it They act like I was some kind of funny looking goofball I don’t belong here or what? , I find this discrimination, appearance

They pull you out of line to to do on online order the make you get back in line to pay if you have 2 people in your party make sure one stays in line and one places the order or you'll be waiting in the store longer then needed

Great costumer service, returned an item without receipt and without any fuss.

Zumiez has always been my spot. Know exactly what I want. Staff in this specific location are supere friendly and helpful. Even went to the back to look for my sizes that weren't in the front and hung them on my door while I was in the fitting room. Best place.

Very happy that Zumiez carries this watch my birthday gift to myself I was hoping to find it in store because I had searched in Macy’s and Jcpenny for it and didn’t want to order it online and have to wait others stores didn’t carry this specific watch yet as it just had been released and was limited edition but was glad they had it.

Decent selection and Staff is helpful. Save your emailed receipt because asking them to backtrack transactions is a nightmare.

Brought a skateboard and the first day the wheel broke. Staff was rude and unhelpful, they didn't want to swap the wheel. I payed $230 for this skateboard it was suppose to be the best. They were suppose to give you a 30 days guarantee and they didn't even give 2 hours of guarantee. When you first buy their products they are very nice people but until you try to fix a problem with the product they are very rude and unhelpful.
