Very bad customer service. Me and my friend went to the store the way they treated us was very bad in the beginning. We were in our casual and they thought we really can’t afford it. Once we made the purchase the whole behavior changed. I love Douglas but I will never visit this branch again. Bad customer service sales women was very arrogant. Worst experience ever

Friendly and attentive staff. Vast selection of fragrances and beauty products. Also they offer the service to order whatever they don't have in stock and arrange it to be delivered at home, so very convenient

I go there some times if the other branches out of stock for some products. Not as a big as that ones in Düsseldorf but you can find there pretty much what you want with the help of the friendly staff there !

For sure the best quality of women's products is there and my wife just likes it. Although the assortment compared to Dusseldorf or Essen is less, it is still a really cool place to shop for women
