Hello friends, they don't even deserve a single star, I had a drug test done on 08-12-2024, they gave me the wrong test result, I had another test done at Carolina Express Clinic 30 minutes later the same day, the results came back clean, also the officer who did the test needs to learn the word "please", I will go and talk to them again today, I definitely do not recommend this place,

This office is the best. With or without an appointment, the staff is efficient & through. Sometimes the process can be stressful, but I haven’t had this experience here & will continue to use this location for my routine labs- no matter the distance. Quality care. Thank you!

Paid 50$ just for an hcg test 😫 never got my results i called 2 weeks later and they swore they emailed me , and said she will send them again or ill have to go all the way over there and they’ll print the results , i used this lab so i can easily get my results not to have to drive 30 mins out just to get them printed i wasnt asked to confirm my email or anything they were nice tho ..

Made an appt. Our name showed on the board as next. His name fell off the board. They forgot us. Reminded them TWICE!!! Still waited an hour. Does no good to make an appt. They told us they were coming to get us. Waited another 15 minutes. So so angry.

My wife had a blood draw ( she is a difficult stick which I alerted them)and the lady was so inconsiderate still kept poking her even though she was screaming in pain. Stuck an 18 needle in her AC fossa. Had no sympathy . Very flat affect. I don’t think they should hire these kind of persons to do this job. I know we were at the end of the day but my god they were so inhuman . Pl don’t hire these kind of people even if they are qualified . Will never enter this lab again
I am very grateful for Dina and Deanna for their kindness helping me navigate getting a test done today. I went to Quest and their system was down and I was sent to Any Lab Test Now off of Pineville Matthews Road. These women greeted me with kindness, compassion and understanding. I was in and out in 5 minutes or less! I would suggest anyone to come here for any testing they need! Thanks again ladies, you both are the BEST!

Have never had an issue with this place until yesterday. Check-in has always been smooth and wait times minimal. However, the phlebotomist yesterday was on a PERSONAL cell phone call via earbud, while at work, calling out patient names and confirming dates of birth. HUGE HIPAA VIOLATION and has been reported to OCR. Called the office on the way home to speak to a manager and no one answered. Had to leave a voice-mail and of course, no one has returned my call.

Terrible. Waited 40 minutes before ever being acknowledged then, Waited 3 hours for a drug screen for pre employment. It has been a week with no results no phone calls to the company or myself with results. No returned phone calls out of the multiple messages left every day. It's been a week. No results no information no calls or emails. This is a joke. You guys are absolutely terrible.

My husband needed an alternative lab to reconfirm a test result. We called the Pineville location and they welcomed us to stop by. It was great to learn more about the different tests one can take to learn about your health in a more agile, direct and non-bureaucratic manner. It felt amazing to have the freedom to choose the type of additional testing we can have done here with great operational ease. Pricing is reasonable especially if compared with insurance prices. The payment is dealt with at the time of visit so we will not be surprised with another bill if our insurance doesn’t cover all. We took the 3 for $89 deal. Again, very reasonable prices even without the deal. We will be making additional use of the services at this location. This is a great local resource for everyone. I highly recommend their wide array of services (vitamins deficiency tests and treatments, drug tests, weight loss treatments, etc.) The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very capable. I am very glad to have found this location.

Service here is terrible. I was late for an appointment that I had scheduled for 11:40am proceeded to stick around for the next scheduled appointment at 3:10pm. As I had approached the office after my name was called a lady of African American descent who did not provide her name or have a name tag was very rude, after I had explained no employer or physician of mine ordered the test that I had been able to schedule another appointment somewhere else without so just needing my insurance. The lady was very rude she explained after I told her I wish someone would have told me that I had been waiting for 3 hours she says when? I called your name and I said I understand although I rescheduled and stuck around until then. Also the number does not get you in contact with anyone from their front office.

front desk lady was rude and unprofessional when I asked to complete a walk in employee drug test. It says online that they are open until 5:30, but don’t do drug tests after 4:30 PM (according to the sign on their door).

Deanna, Krystal and Dina were absolutely delightful during my visit today. They were not only welcoming but very conversational and patient with me. It was an overall easy and very enjoyable experience. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Very quick, affordable and professional service. The only issue is that they rarely answer the phones if you need to ask a question.

One of the best places to do your drug test for pre-employment in NC. Customer service was fantastic plus your test results comes back immediately. Instead of waiting for days/ weeks at a time like other places I ain't going to say no names. But anyway i would definitely recommend all employers to use this company in the future for all new and upcoming employees.

For difficult veins, definitely see Trey. I was sent to Labcorp due to the phlebotomist unable to draw at my physicians clinic.

As a Sickle Cell Warrior, a life of labs unfortunately has caused many scarred tissues.

I was in and out in less than 10mins. Thank you for exceptional service 🩸 🧫 🫶🏼

I've been in and out quickly both times I've been here and it's only 5 mins from home. The staff has been friendly and answered all of my questions. I haven't had great experiences with healthcare in general, so this has been a pleasant surprise.
Really nice and clean place if I'm being honest! The woman who was working there was a true sweetheart and very pleasant to speak with.

I’ve been going here for routine bloodwork for years at this point, and it’s honestly always been quick and easy.

The check in process at the kiosks is super smooth, and really helpful if you’re a regular.

I’ve got a phobia of needles and generally break out on cold sweats and clammy hands despite having my blood drawn dozens of times at this point. But the folks there have always been very nice and chat with me to distract me. I also have really small/hidden veins, and they’ve been able to work with me by using tiny needles and collecting from obscure spots (back of my hand, back of my wrist, etc.).

Shout out to Erica who worked with me today! I believe she’s drawn my blood a couple times and she’s always made it so painless and quick. 🙌🏼

I went to Labcorp Medical Plaza and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Erica helped me while I was doing my self check in. Then she only stuck me ONE time. I have very small veins and I was prepared to be a pin cushion. This was a great experience with her there.

I came here to get lab work done, I did not have an appointment but just checked in at the kiosk which was very easy and within about 10 minutes they called me back for my bloodwork. There is a board that shows you where you are in line. The tech was really sweet and funny and took my mind off the bloodwork. In & out in less than 20 minutes!

I just wanted to write a review of my experience today at Labcorp on Park Rd. I set a blood test appointment for 11:15a this morning online around 10a the same day. I arrived early at 10:30a and sat in the parking lot. I checked in by phone at 10:45a while still sitting in my vehicle. I received a text at 11:05a to come inside the building and that someone would see me shortly. I spoke to the lady at the front desk, showed her my paperwork from my doctor and paid an old past due bill. Sat for maybe 5-10 minutes and was called in to have blood drawn. The nurse drew my blood and I was out after another 5 minutes. Super quick and easy! Everyone was nice and professional. Wish I had done it sooner if I knew the process would be that smooth. I deal with anxiety and sitting in a wait room for a long period of time can be intimidating. I rely on reviews to prepare myself for what to expect. But I know not everyone writes good reviews either, so l felt this experience deserves one! Thanks.

I made an appointment in advance and had a great experience. I needed to get blood work done and I was in and out in 7 minutes.

Check-in was a breeze. I was able to scan the QR code I got when I made my appointment by sitting my phone in the little phone cradle and turning my brightness all the way up.

Within two minutes of sitting down, they called my name and the very friendly staff quickly got to drawing my blood. 5 minutes later, I was walking to my car.

Great staff, clean office, and quick in-and-out. Make an appointment in advance and you'll be glad you did.
The lady taking my blood did a great job. She was relaxed and mostly professional. My right arm didn’t get a good vein at first so she had to try the other arm. Quick and easy.

This Quest there is only 1 person to work and I went to 2 locations and came to this location. Just like other Quests locations most horrible service. They are saying you cannot walk in anymore appointment only: This Quest locations women says that you cannot walk in for a blood test anymore since January that is a lie. Lazy,rude,uncaring,unprofessional worker. I do not know why they are in this business. We have insurance and we have to suffer like this. This women works like she is working for free. Horrible company especially the business they are in,
This location is trash just like its employees attitudes. There’s no human interaction at first. You take yourself in and scan your drivers license on a scanner that does not work. You sit in a general medical plaza and just wait until one of the rude employees slowly shows up to the window and looks at you like they could care less if you’re alive or dead. Then they tap on the bar where they want you to come to you instead of speaking. I will never come here again. Shame on you quest labs.

The drew my blood, which was already traumatic enough to me, because I can’t stand needles even as a child. It took four nurses to hold me down as a pediatric shot was given to me, but what made me so mad is that they missed the most important part of the period which is like going to take your drivers license and failing the most important part of the test. This makes me feel like I’m not important nor was my blood work that was ordered.
I have taken several drug test in my life, whether it be for pre-employment, or just for promotion. I’ve always been sent to LabCorp with every employer. He has always been a terrible experience and a hassle. Either a long wait times, unfriendly staff, or just a general condition of the facility sometimes. This was by far the fastest drug test I’ve ever taken in my life. I was literally in at 12:32 and out by 1244. Hands-down every employer in the Charlotte area or any area close to this testing company, should be using this company. Tens across-the-board.

Appointment information is so inconsistent. My order form says one thing, the phone says another, and the door at the facility is very clear that walk-ins are not accepted. Appointments ARE required for employment drug screening. However walk-ins are accepted.
Rashad and Emily went above and beyond for me to find a lab that would perform the testing I required. They were professional and more helpful than I ever would have expected! Results came quicker than anticipated which was a huge help for me! 10/10 would recommend.

Incredibly unclear on labcorp’s website that this location is appointment only 2-4. Website made it seem like you could only get drug tested for employee screenings from 2-4pm, rather than appointments being required 2-4pm, and even if you wanted to make an appointment the online portal doesn’t work. Then when you call to make an appointment, the system points you back online to make an appointment on the portal that does not work. Didn’t appreciate showing up and being told I could either drive 20 mins away to a walk-in facility during my working hours or wait two weeks for an appointment at the Billingsley location. Would not recommend labcorp if you can use other options for standard hiring drug screenings.
The fat guy that operates this lab is condescending, rude and nasty attitude. I witnessed how mean he was to this black middle aged woman that was working for him but she is not there anymore. Maybe she got fed up with his bullying.
For the second year in a row, I've had to get my basic blood work done here for work to earn some HSA money. Both visits, they had me in on time and out the door just as quick.

My two experiences here have been great; when I was a child I used to be afraid of 💉in general because it hurts and now as an adult I tolerate them but I didn’t find them super comfortable until now, here they were very useful, kind, it didn't even hurt when they inserted the needle and it was all quite fast so I'm very grateful that you helped me change my mind about this old fear 🙏
Went to this location for a drug screen and the door was locked at 1PM. If you call the office you can't speak with anyone. The hours say "Drug screens from 8am-3pm", but when you get there they have a hand written note saying they only do them from 8am-11am.

I called the corporate support number and they told me "Sorry about that, go try another location".

Completely unacceptable from a medical facility.
I came in to do a 10 panel follicle test. Rashad was very quick and efficient, explained everything thoroughly and even came in early to help accommodate my schedule. I have never had a better experience. This is my place to go from now on.

By the way just to share with others so they won’t drive for nothing. I had to do employee drug test from Sterling. In email it stated hours Hours: Mo - Fr: 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM, Mo - Fr: 2:00 PM - 4:15 PM. Which was incorrect. No biggie I had to wait extra hr for them to open back up. I already gave them updated info of hours for drug screen but just in case for others.

Excellent place for blood testing. The staff is very friendly. The nurse that is taking the blood for the test is very skilled - she did the test without much pain. The result is sent through your email, no need for a portal or something difficult. Restroom is clean. Place is close to Publix so parking is easy.
Today was a one-star, but I have had better experience in the past so I will give two. I arrived at 4:15 and checked in. One person was ahead of me. I waited until 5:00 and hadn’t been called. I knocked on the door and another customer in the Walgreens pharmacy area told me the LabCorp technician had left for the day at 4:30. I never saw the technician leave. No one bothered to come tell waiting patients that they were closing and that we would need to return another day. My name was still on the display board as “checked in”. The schedule was posted behind the check-in kiosk out of view. After driving for 40 minutes and waiting for 45, I still did not get my lab work and have to spend another afternoon rushing out of work to try to make it on time. I am very disappointed and frustrated by the lack of communication with patients.

The staff was amazing. They stayed overtime and went out of their way to comfort a very distraught young boy, and after 1.5 hrs of patiently waiting and calming him down, they got the blood sample we needed to test for my son’s Crohn’s.
Arrived today at 3:00 pm door locked, no one inside. I waited outside the door for over five minutes and even knocked. I needed a test for work and it's very time sensitive. I had to reschedule my test with Concentra.

Stay far from this location. My wife's doctor ordered a potassium blood test from this lab. We were in Charlotte visiting our doughter when our physician received an alarming potassium level taken at our Ohio lab and asked for a STAT test from laborp. We arrived to find three clients complaining of wrong test being drawn. After three attempts to draw blood, my wife finally was able to.leave. We are back home in Ohio 60 hours later and niether our physician, or the patient portal have the results of this STAT order. In my opinion, this place needs to be shut down. It is third world. Go else where

It used be good with a different technician. Now I do not know if she is no longer there or she is on a different shift. This time, it was so painful that I have never experienced before. And got infected as well which never happened in my life either. Will not come over here anymore and as a matter fact, will never go to any lab corp places forever even I had to drive further to other offices.

I had an appointment at 4:30PM last Friday (9/9/22). Right when I walked in they had everything set up so I didn't even need to use the kiosk to check in. I was in and out of there is less than 10 minutes. I didn't get the guys name who took the blood sample, but he was awesome and made for a great experience!

I had my blood drawn a week ago and after the first technician couldn’t get blood from her first two attempts, a senior nurse was able to draw blood but luckily caught that the first tech had the wrong patient pulled up. Then this week my doctor’s office called and said Labcorp submitted my blood for the wrong tests and I had to take more time off to go get more blood drawn.
The lady receptionist was unnecessarily rude and had an attitude then proceeded to tell me she couldn't use my birth certificate that I used before to get the same thing done previously but at a different location. I'm not exactly sure what her issue was but seems unprofessionalism and attitude is common from the reviews. This place should be shut down they don't deserve to be in business. 200% go somewhere else these people are rude unprofessional garbage.

I was told to make a reservation, and made a reservation but it doesn’t seem to matter because they will skip over your appointment time for walk in appointments. I understand people wait for a while, but at true same time the reason for reservations is to secure your spot in line and also make sure you can fit an appointment in your work schedule.

The staff at this location act busy and stressed when talking to patients as they check in, but then answer personal phone calls and have personal conversations with other staff members for 10-15 minutes that everyone in the waiting area can hear.

Came away with a bruised arm from a blood draw, and was treated like an inconvenience instead of a source of employment.

People at this office seem to REALLY hate their job, and Ive been treated with more kindness at a McDonalds during a lunch rush than I was here.
I wish I could rate this zero stars. Worst experience in my life, the middle aged female employee is unprofessional and extremely rude. I went in for a pre-employee drug screen, she had an attitude from the time she walked over to the reception area. When it was my turn, I went in and gave my sample sat it on the counter and stood there and waited for further instructions. She yelled from another room “did you wash your hands” (here’s where the chain of custody was broken) I said I didn’t know I could she yells again “I told you to wash your hand when you came out the bathroom”. Then she has me sit in another room, she goes back pours off the sample out of my site and comes into the room. She then throws the pen at me and asked me to initial the strip that seals the container. Tells me I have an attitude and she is refusing my sample. Then she reported back to my employee that I refused to give a sample.

I have called several times trying to speak to management, without any reply. I even called Quest Diagnostics to report the site for not following protocols.

Please DO NOT go to Fast And Accurate Labs, ask for an alternative site there are several in the Charlotte area.

I would give ZERO stars if possible. Labcorp is such an irresponsible laboratory. My 6year old son's blood sample was drawn on 29th of March for his vitals check. It's May 2nd today, still we have not received the results. Does it take 35 days for a lab to give a result? I called the customer service several times. Every time a different story was told. I am very very annoyed how irresponsible a laboratory can be! Pls avoid Labcorp, & get your lab work done in a good responsible laboratory!
Worst experience ever… extremely unprofessional. I have tried to call them 3 times throughout the morning and left voicemails but nobody seems to care at all. Then I decided to just go to the location so I would be able to schedule an appointment or at least talk to someone. When I got there it had a sign on there saying they will not be back until 1:10 I got here at 12:10. Ironically the sign says to call in advance….. now I have to wait an hour in front of their office just to maybe have the chance to be seen or at least heard. Additionally, I am under time pressure due to my drug test having to be completed within a certain time. Why is this location trusted whith such an important task?????? Will call corporate.
I went to this location today for TSA precheck with the required documents (a passport expired within one year and a valid driver's license). My confirmation e-mail from Universal Enroll lists these as the only two documents I am required to bring. When they saw my passport was expired, they told me I needed my birth certificate and would not even look at my license. I tried to explain to them that the driver's license is enough if the passport has been expired for less than a year, and to show them the confirmation e-mail, and they would not look at my license or my e-mail, instead saying they could not help me if I didn't have my birth certificate. Who carries around their birth certificate? As soon as I left I called customer service at Universal Enroll who informed me they were mistaken and as long as the driver's license is not expired and the names are the same on both the driver's license and the passport, they should accept my documents. I called the location back to explain that and they still refused. I then submitted a complaint with the Universal Enroll customer service who told me because they are so incorrect they are escalating the complaint to TSA directly. I hope this location learns the proper TSA-enrollment procedures so this doesn't happen to anyone else, as I had to use my lunch break to drive a 40 minute round trip drive to go to the appointment, just to be refused. If they are trained to not accept those documents, they should be retrained to learn the actual rules.
Staff is horrible, posted phone number on the back door doesn't match phone on website or on confirmation and if you call it goes to straight to VM , so theirs no option to do anything. If you get their 5mins pasted your appointment time , turn around and try again. Why allowed companies to choose a start time before you open , that should never happened. Just SMDH
My experience with Fastest Labs was awesome! This company lives up to its name. I went in to get my test done as required by my employer to start my new job. To be honest, I wasn’t looking forward to it because with previous places, I’ve had to wait for a long time to get something so simple done. It’s not always convenient. However, knowing Fastest Labs exists, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The experience was quick, in and out, and absolutely convenient. I also appreciated great customer service, friendliness, and being so informative. Thank you so much for the great experience!!!

The lab service here was quick and easy. I didn't even know there was a LabCorp inside of a Walgreens. Stephanie Martinez did an excellent job and the blood draw was pain free.

FYI they have a machine down and cannot complete the Employee Wellness with Body Measurement testing. Apparently it’s been down for 2 weeks but they didn’t decide to tell me until I arrived, parked my car, checked in, was told to come upstairs, walked around for 15 minutes to find the office just to be told to reschedule at a different location. It would have been nice if the website reflected that the exam cannot be completed, or if someone told me within the week of me scheduling and arriving, or when I arrived and checked in instead of telling me to come up. Giant waste of a morning and poor service.
Lady was very rude and complained about how people always came in at the end of the day and gave me a lot of attitude for coming in 30 minutes before they close.
Arcpoint Labs of South Charlotte provided us with fantastic service for COVID-19 PCR testing in connection with upcoming travel. The appointment booking process was easy to use and the service was prompt, friendly, and professional. They communicated well and went above and beyond to ensure that we had our test results within the deadline we needed them for travel. We were especially grateful to the owner for his follow up and commitment to client care. I would highly recommend this business.
I had to go for a medical exam for life insurance. I had an appointment for 12:30, and I showed up right on time and signed the clipboard to check in. At 1:00, I still hadn’t seen anybody come to the front desk. Somebody else in the waiting area knocked on the door, and a lady finally came out (with an attitude). She took me back for my urine and blood sample along with some medical questions. The bathroom for the urine sample is disgusting, I took a picture but I don’t see a way to add it to the review. 4 hours later my arm was sore so I took my bandaid off of where my blood was drawn. My vein is already bruised and there’s so much blood on the gauze. I have gotten blood taken multiple times in the last 6 months, and I have never bruised or had ANY blood on the gauze. This place needs serious work.
I can't say enough about how the staff helped me and my family during a difficult time. Dealing with substance abuse and child custody can be hard enough without having to worry about the service you receive for something so critical. Nothing but good experiences. The staff did what it took to make sure the results were in a timely manner and accurate. I don't know where we would have been without this team. Thank you!
Why aren’t their operating hours on their website or outgoing message? The hours listed on the google info don’t match what my employer sent me and doesn’t match their description of being open on Saturdays.

Gentleman at the front and lady who took my vitals, etc were nice but this office was old and rather dirty looking. In the business they are in I would expect it to be cleaner and more clinical. If it had been it would have put my mind at ease a bit more.
The owner was extremely helpful to me in my situation explaining all the ins & outs of drug testing. He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed. Thank you for the amazing service!
