Sat around waiting 40 minutes for them to tell me to just go to LabCorp, as they couldn't figure out the test code. Two stars because they were at least polite about it.
I came for an iud removal only to be told that the person I brought to support me through the appointment could not come in with me, nor could they stay in the office's waiting room, so I left without being seen. This information was not displayed online or communicated by phone. Their website states “It is always optimal to have a support person with you for a visit to undergo a surgical procedure” and while I understand an iud removal is not quite surgical, I had hoped that support people would be accepted for all procedures. Additionally, the doctors name is not available on the website. For interested individuals, his name is Dr. Mark Clark.

If you’re a trauma survivor who needs extra support from trusted individuals during gynecological visits, I would not recommend this practice.
I’ve been here twice with my son who was one year and 18 months old for each appointment. Dinora was our nurse both times and she was fantastic. She was so kind, calm and efficient at the blood draws. She seemed very experienced and really good with young children. My son didn’t cry at either blood draw. She made us feel comfortable and did her job with precision and accuracy. Dinora made our experience with quest great. I hope quest company recognizes this nurse for doing an excellent job!
I had a true five star experience here. Easily one of the best practices that I have ever visited, and I have visited many (as pre med). I was treated with such dignity and respect. The receptionist was great; crystal clear and empathetic! The nurse was great; clear, empathetic, went over my chart with me after vitals; went over my chart with the doctor; communicated well with the doctor during my visit. And I loved Doctor Clark! Great bedside manner! Washed his hands! Communicated at my level! Addressed all of my concerns! You don't get this level of professionalism anywhere anymore, so I was shocked to have such a great experience.

I’m surprised at all the bad reviews.

It’s true that they don’t have a front desk person, but they WILL come up to the front desk if you are unable to check in through their automated kiosk.

The staff that took care of me was very friendly and even called my doctors to double check some tests they had questions about.

At least one of the nurses here is bilingual (english/spanish) and she was very nice both to me and the people after me.

I personally have zero complaints about my experience here.

Please be more accurate at letting customers know what time they will be done. Saying someone will be done between 12:30-1 and them not being done and it is now 1:30 is very inconvenient.
Avoid. No person in the front desk. TV extremely loud. Unfriendly and rude personnel.
One senior requested to lower the tv volume and was told to wait outside the waiting room if he did not want to listen.

One star, because zero stars isn't an option. I went into the waiting room, and there was only one other person wearing a mask and social distancing. A few minutes before my appointment, 7 non-English speakers entered the waiting room, including 3 children not wearing masks and running around. There was no staff to enforce the rule that a maximum of 5 people were allowed in the waiting room at one time. I'm not going back to a place that is NOT Covid-safe. Neither should you.

Very bad experience. Went in 1 05pm monday ladies at front desk did not tell me that they were having issues with codes to draw my blood. I asked what was taking so long since I had been fasting all day. The lady asked me if I could come back tmw. I said id rather do it today. So about 1 50 the tech stuck me twice said she couldnt find vein told me, come back tmw. I came back next day the same front desk clerk said we had to sign in again. I waited 20 minutes, then asked her to send my paper to m as in hospital to draw bllod
She said, oh you are next. She went feom front desk, no hands washing, put on gloves, drew blood, then pulled the catheter out, then giggled and said, oh, i need one more vile. She was going to stick me again and i told her no. I was already sore from them sticking and missing yesterday. She was emotionless ane did not apologize for her error. Just cold and uncaring. I will never use quest at that branch again. Nightmare.
The service was great and super quick! They were very helpful and professional. Every time I would come, I am satisfied with the service. There is no complaint. They are very knowledgeable of what they do. I will definitely continuing coming to this location for any future testings.
Kind staff and prompt service, but the overall cleanliness of the place left much to be desired.
DONT GO HERE! This place is full of idiots that don't give you all the information you need until after they take your money and don't give a refund even if they are 100% wrong!

I been coming here for the year. This morning I encounter the nastiest employee ever. It was too early for her to have an attitude. She asked for my insurance card. I did advise her I came in at least once a month for labs without looking in the system she raised her voice. When her co- worker came in and I quote she said " Machado I'm glad you came in, it already started " refering to me the client. I wouldn't come here of not necessary. It's t he only lab quest near my home.
