I am going to severe my relationship with this family practice.
I called to ask to see my family doctor due to a ski accident and to request for an x-ray of my arm and the receptionist informed me that I should call back on Thursday (my accident took place on a Saturday) to see if an appointment will be available. NOT GOOD FORM or CARE.

I was at the clinic to see my family doctor. The receptionist lack customer service skill and she is typing on her phone while taking to me. At least, I deserve a little respect while I waited in line to see her and answer my query.

literally dont even care for the patients i went today because a needle went through my finger nail and through my finger from using a sewing machine and they didn’t even let me say what’s wrong they just said comeback tomorrow. So unprofessional. People like this shouldn’t work in a environment that should be comforting. It was also 6:15pm they close at 7. no excuse

I would like to thank the team at Davisville Medical Clinic for helping me with my urgent medical matter. Dr. Mahshad Vajar saw me quickly, and prescribed me what I needed on a Friday eve. The Pharmacist Manager, Alexandre Danilov, was very professional and helpful in helping me and answering my questions. I genuinely appreciate your help, and will come to the Clinic in the future.

I had terrible experience at this walk-in clinic for the last 2 years. Every time I had to wait for 3-4 hours, and when I finally saw a doctor, they rushed through my appointment without addressing my concerns properly. Last time was the worst and after that I won’t be returning.

I had an issue and when I came in as a walk-in, I was seen within 5 minutes by a doctor. The doctor was excellent and the receptionists made things easy. There is also a pharmacy inside the building so you have everything you need. I would recommend this place if you have a medical issue.

I would have given it a negative rating if possible. The receptionist staff displayed a shocking level of incompetence and irresponsibility. They completely mishandle your health plans, providing incorrect schedules, prioritizing others over you randomly, and even proposing a schedule that ultimately didn't fit their own availability. What's even more frustrating is their lack of remorse for all these errors.
Whoever give these receptionists jobs should seriously reconsider their recruitment and management strategies. To the neighboring community, this is not a clinic, this is the PAIN itself!

Was told the wait time would be 1.5 hours. Instead it was closer to be 3.5 hours! They knew this ahead of time and simply said the wrong information like robots or to cover their backs ( deceit). I have a medical condition that requires me to be VERY precise with the timing of my meals ( diabetes) etc. I was not prepared for this as it was an urgent visit. They lied about having giving me the wrong information. Then they started avoiding my questions and covering for each other, yelling at me, at which point I had an attack and had to leave. HORRIBLE place.

The only have one doctor for walk in. I called them before I went there. They said yea you can come. When I arrived, they told me no doctors for you today because the only doctor is sick and she left early. I am like what the hell?? So you only have one doctor for the whole clinic??? New clients don't even waste your time to come here.

Dr. Look Kin has been very kind and I loved having her as my doctor. I received really through care after giving birth. I appreciate how the doctors will cover for each other's appointments when she is away. Phone and online consultations have been hugely convenient, especially when I had quick questions about my new baby.

Nurse practitioners are great too, took the time to discuss any vaccines being administrated and aftercare too. My toddler isn't scared of needles now - the nurses sing and laugh with her at each of her appointments.

Location is super convenient for public transit, but rather annoying if driving. Booking system could improve if it could be moved online, but I've always received a same day call back if I left a voicemail.

I have been a patient of Dr. Astra Teo since 2016/2017. She is a truly talented and compassionate professional. Dr.Teo has help me through very hard times in my life as a Doctor first but because of our long relationship has us very friendly with each other. I’m honestly blessed to have Dr.Teo caring for me.
The receptionists are definitely a mixed bag, some are outstanding others no so much. Anywho hope your having a wonderful day and don’t give up💐

Dr Ross is an amazing doctor, very kind, attentive, thorough, and always follows up in a timely manner. I also find all the front staff and nurses professional and kind.

Wait time is months for a simple 15 minute appointment via phone. If your doctor is unavailable they will not allow you to see another physician at the clinic except by emergency appointment. How is this a Family Practice Clinic. Agreements on billing between physicians that only want to see their own patients adversely affect patients.

Dr Teo is fantastic! I’ve been a patient for years and travel far to keep seeing her. You can end up waiting a bit for later appointments but that’s only because she is such an attentive doctor. She listens carefully and explains every concern clearly. Thank you to her and the whole team for years of great service!

Dr. Alexandra Ross is one the most caring doctor, she has helped me through some of the very hard time... she has a wonderful personality, explains the situation well. She is very competent and resourceful.. .. I am so thankful to her!

Our family doctor Dr. Alexandra Ross is amazing. The most professional, courteous and friendly doctor who listens to her patients and treats them effectively. Plus her charming and pleasant personality makes one feel a little better anyway. Thumbs up for Dr. Ross.
