It’s a bit disappointing to get charged for a phone consult only to be told I needed to come in person. Further, the clinic had issues with automated payment. Subsequently started receiving multiple messages a day with an aggressive tone for organising the payment.
I’ve noticed the waiting times at this clinic have increased significantly. To add to this, the parking fees have also gone up. It would be great if the clinic could work on improving the wait times and perhaps consider more affordable parking options for patients. The staff and doctors are still great, but these issues definitely impact the overall experience.
Excellent facility. Great doctors. Staff are really friendly. Chemist shop is right next door. Parking is onsite, but not free. It is also sometimes very hard to get a carpark.
Very happy with Dr Suman Musku👍. He has been our family GP for several years now. He is a very skilled doc who listens, understands and empathizes with his patients. He gives very clear explanations, recommendations and options.🙏
DISAPPOINTED. rang to book a much needed appointment only to take the day off and discover there was no appointment made. Was told it was my fault as I never received a confirmation message that I was never informed about during my conversation with the same receptionist I had initially spoken to when making the appointment.
Considering they now charge for the service by (no longer bulk bill) and parking..they really need to step up their game and fix their processes.
my recommendations....make sure you receive a confirmation message, have spare change for parking and be prepared for disappointment
My partner and I went to see Dr Musker today he is very easy to told to and gave as much time as we needed would highly recommend. The clinic is a very friendly place, staff are very helpful and the place was clean.
Great local GPs and has been patients since we moved to the West.
The only gripe is only 15min free parking. It used to have 30min free parking. Now even you got there in time for your standard consultation and Dr can see straight away, you would still spend more than 15 min and have to pay $3 for parking. With higher cost of living and we have pay for the GP gap, it does not pass the pub test.
I called to inform the receptionist that I was COVID positive and that I expected a phone consultation instead of face to face. The receptionist was so engaging and so grateful that I’d called to inform them . We had some nice banter and ended up by saying that this world simply needs more nice people in it. She was kind, empathetic and dealt with me in a caring and fun loving manner. Despite being sick, this made my day a little brighter
