We absolutely love this clinic! The front desk staffs are incredibly friendly and attentive. Dr. Anne Maria Pham is the best family doctor we could ask for. She has taken care of our family for over 12 years, always looking out for us with appointment reminders, results, and advice. We are truly grateful to have her in our lives.

This is a review for an experience approx. 3-4 months ago but I actually thought the service was super good. I promptly got a phone call of results and the doctor was super knowledegable for my cause. I was also serviced pretty quickly for a walk-in (around 15-20 mins). Don't understand the bad reviews - maybe they've been to good walk-in clinics their entire lives, but I've waited hours in the past...

The most disrespectful doctors clinic I have ever experienced.

Very rude front desk. No follow ups or bedside manner.

Please do yourself a favour and google the doctors as they have been recently found neglectful in court.

Place closes at 2pm... everyone is packed up and ready by 1pm...I was refused service at 1:30 pm only to leave and go to food basics and see the dr. Buying her groceries before 2pm. I was saddened. I guess Money is primary, they're time is secondary and our health is tertiary, Saturday June 8, 2024

Needed to get quick check done while I was in Mississauga and right away I was called in, checked up, given what I was needed and sent on my way. Very fast well done and very sweet team!! Loved it and would definitely go back!!!

Went to the walk in as i needed blood work . My healthcard is expired but still active in the government system until I am able to renew. This clinic has the nerve to tell me I have to put down a 100 dollar deposit. I told them to look into the system and it will be fine and still be able to use it as I went to the doctor the other day .. they still said they will not let me see a doctor if I don’t put down this deposit. Straight up ridiculous. Never going back again .

We have always had a good experience at this clinic. Dr. Yim is not only an experienced doctor but he is extremely patient and knowledgeable. Marylou makes one feel they are in good hands. They deal with deep cuts and wounds as well and provide stitches at the facility if needed. I highly recommend this clinic to all my friends and family.

Give them grace people! They are super busy all the time. Personally I have had a great experience with the reception. They are always friendly to me and helpful. My family doctor, doctor Pham is absolutely incredible. By far the most thorough and patient doctor. She takes her time explaining, listening and helping you. Very kind and good person inside and out. She does not judge you for your medical decisions just offers her support and medical advice. I highly recommend her and South Common Medical.

I don’t go to this clinic very often unless necessary when my family doctor is not available. Every time I come, I always have good and consistent positive experiences from receptionists, nurses, and doctors here. The receptionist Raymar is passionate and good at details. Last month I came, she noticed my health card is about to expire which I assumed to wait for the renewal letter from the City, Raymar kindly reminded me twice to have it renewed as soon as I could to avoid delays.
Dr. Anne Pham and Dr. A. Abou-Nassar are caring and patient. They listened and took care of my cases seriously even for minor issues. Nurse Mary is professional, hardworking and efficient in addressing my issue.
I am grateful and thankful to find a clinic that is located conveniently in a busy city with all these helpful and kind medical professionals.

I’ve been trying to get the follow up from both the specialists I saw here for over a year now. Left many messages and have gotten no response. They are irresponsible and should be closed down.
