Top Community health centres in Farsta, Sweden

Its seriously very bad service. my wife had appointment at 10:00 today and nurses who talked to her . does not seems to know anything. she has iching in body and they talked about something else. they dont listen to patient and said we only had 15 min to handle customer. they just care about money to pay and later forget patient. i think its height we had many time bad exprience . we will take it up to higher mgmt in stockholm. this has to be addressed . we are paying taxes for such bad medical services. i hope they read it .

Very poor service which could be dangerous for the health of the patients. General doctor does not care about the patient, doesn’t want to really hear the patient out, instead in a hurry to move on.

Hi, I think it is better to write a review against this clinic, I had appointment today with a doctor 11:15 but she came 11:20 and she said we are done and you can go after just 10 minutes! It was totally awful unfortunately!!! and when I explained my problem just looked at me with poker face without any response and was so serious and It was totally uncomfortable, I am going to change my vårdcentralen and I am so disappointed of Farsta!!!

The stuff is always soo rude, never helpful, specially a nurse called Magdalena is always so angry and rude....and not atleast the mexican receptionist. He slways busy on his phone and always ready to fight.

This vårdcentral is one of the worst. Doctors are worthlesss and waiting time endless.
I hade to change vårdcentral to Capio vårdcentral curera which is much better.

I just called today to book a time but the telefonist " Hilde "was so unhelpful and hang up the phone without booking any time for me claiming that am not suffering enough!!
The guy in the reception is also as bad , i was once there for an emergency and asked if i can wait untill anybody can help me , he told me No wait out the hospital untill the next day morning !

I have traveled to many countries .. medicine is very bad in Sweden .. Medicine in Sudan is much better than here .....

Really bad service it's incredible how the personal at the reception doesn't care at all especially the guy at the reception. Not sure if he is just being racist towards me because I don't speak Swedish or maybe he just doesn't care about his job. I"m just surprised that this guy can still be working since I gave him a few chances before I start writing a complain but every time I'm unlucky and I get to deal with him at the reception. He is super RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and SHOULDN'T BE WORKING IN A CARE CENTER since he doesn't CARE at all and we are talking about HEALTH here!!! I would give 0 start if possible since I've actually never been treated that way.

The staff is unprofessional, they don't do their job properly. They don't want to help. They don't notify you if the doctor is sick and they don't provide substitute. They just offer talking with a nurse just to take your money.

Quick and easy. Save the receipt though. Three times I've had to sort out issues where they claimed I'd not shown for my appointment, but I had the receipt to prove it.
