I moved to the area a while back and have been seeing Dr. Proctor as my cardiologist for almost a year. He and the staff are always responsive to any concerns or needs of mine. Having 2 stents and other procedures in the past, I have full trust in this facility and facility.

Was scheduled for Dr Anderson but got pushed to Proctor who was rude. Wait was extremely long appt at 12 wasnt called back till 115 Only to come out with no answers to a second opinion because records were not requested prior to visit. Nurse pracitioner was only positive interaction. Dr Proctor wasn't pleasant at all or caring.

The grace of God spared me thanks to the expertise of Dr. Bradley Proctor. My stint procedure was performed 5 years ago and I have been seeing him every 6 months since then. He also performed a heart cath on me in 2017 to make sure the stint was doing well. His demeanor is always friendly, courteous and professional. I recommend him very highly! Thank you Dr. Proctor!!!

I was refferref by a doctor with the problem of blood veins not reaching my heart. Dr. Carraway told me he was not a leg doczor but a hrart docot, gsthered up his papers & walked out if the exam room.

I saw Dr. Proctor and was completely dismissed in my concerns. He was incredibly rude and would not listen to me at all. I got a second opinion and was referred to the Dysautonomia MVP center in Hoover where a Dr . heard my concerns and re ran tests that were performed incorrectly at this office and got a very definitive diagnosis. When I requested and paid for my test results to be sent to the new facility for my continued care I did not receive all results and they were not faxed. I can't speak for all of the physicians in this office but as for Dr . Procter, he has some work to do on how he treats people and their symptoms. Very disappointed in the total care I received here.
