When I went to Eastside in person a couple months ago, I had a pleasant experience. However, when I called back recently to follow up and complete my purchase, I didn’t have a great experience. The person I spoke with used a frustrated tone and wasn’t very helpful answering the questions I had about insurance coverage. I felt pushed to order through them, despite not knowing if my insurance would cover it. It wasn’t a great customer service experience. I had more luck speaking directly with my insurance company and then working with Westside Medical Supply. They were really friendly and informative about my options!

Our installer Eric Sitterly was excellent and Kevin Leary was easy to deal with. We have had a good experience so far and are probably going to have one installed in the cellar way.

Jeff and Dan were very knowledgeable about all the products that can help my aging parents stay in their home of 30+ years. Without them, I believe I would have been forced to convince my parents to move. We are still in the process of getting a new shower and 2nd floor laundry installed and I’m confident the job will get done and done right! Highly recommend westside medical to assist you in making your home safe for your love ones. It’s what they do!!

The installer was very skilled and experienced. Kept us informed throughout the installation process. The stair lift really brings peace of mind, well worth it.

Rob, the tech, was awesome, he explained the use & components of the stairlift. Rob was very efficient & cleaned up, left no mess. Thank you Westside for such a great job.

Literally only putting one star so I can leave this comment, the blue haired broad that was in there was soooo unprofessional and rude. We went in with our 2 year old who had been in the vehicle all day and without a nap. Needless to say she was really cranky and somewhat misbehaving as she was throwing a bit of a tantrum, So the lady took it up on herself to be extremely rude and unprofessional. We were coming there to pick up a breast pump with our insurance, and because my partner had the audacity to ask about a pump that wasn't covered under our insurance the lady took it upon herself to be very rude and nasty about how our insurance wouldn't cover it. It wasn't what she said, it's how she said it.

Westside Medical Supply was extremely helpful in assisting me with a long walking boot for my ankle post surgery. Other medical supply stores in the area that did not accept my insurance would not work with me for an out of pocket option. WMS staff worked with me when my insurance was not contracted with them and were not only kind and knowledgeable, but even helped customize the straps for the boot before I left. Thank you WSM for making this easy for me when my life was a bit shaken!

Friendly, knowledgeable, careful staff; fairly-priced rentals for things you didn't know you needed until that medical surprise happened. Five stars!

Thanks very much Eastside Medical Supply for the amazing service with our stair lift! We were in a real bind and needed one right away. Jeff came over the next morning and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He and his team got the stair lift installed a few days later. The lift is fantastic and makes my mom’s life so much better and safer.

Before I visited the store, I called to make sure they had the medical supplies I needed and the young lady was very helpful and very pleasant. When I got to the store the same sweet and helpful lady "Zakiyyah" instantly remembered our discussion earlier and not only walked me over to that department, but explained to me carefully what items are usually popular for my particular ailment? I kept apologizing for needing her assistance but she kept telling me "There's no need to apologize for anything, I'm here to help u and everything is fine!" I didn't get to interact with the other lady who was there, but she was also pleasant when assisting other customers as well?

The store is very spacious and clean. They had everything I needed and I'm so happy I went there because having to repeatedly buy my supplies at Walmart(and their employees are no where near as helpful or even as kind)got to be more expensive than anything because the quantity/quality are not as upstanding and their prices are being raised more and more? Looking over my receipt, I paid less for certain things and a little bit more for others because they're in abundance and they're exactly what my doctor uses? Please give Eastside Medical a try because they're very professional and the lovely ppl who work there, don't rush u, they listen intently, and do whatever they can to help u? Please everybody, stay safe and take excellent care of urselves?

I called late on a Tuesday because my 3 year old broke her left clavicle and I was desperate for her to keep it immobile because she's a lefty and was still trying to use her arm. The receptionist, Tanya, was kind and gentle with my needs. She advised me to come in early the next morning and she would attempt to fit my daughter with something. We went and she found an XS adult sling and wrapped it around her and it was perfect! Without it, I think my daughter would not have healed so quickly! Thank you to Tanya for your compassion!!

Absolutely recommend going through this facility to get all your medical needs! I was desperately searching for a specific brand of breast pump and they carried it! Shannon was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. She worked to clarify information from other DME suppliers where I had been steered wrong and she gave me her personal extension if there were to be any issues! The whole process involved little to no work on my part, the pump I wanted was ordered and is already out for delivery.
Wonderful staff with hassle free ordering process and for a GREAT price! Couldn’t ask for more and will for sure be back! Attention all moms! If you buy a breast pump from them, you get 20% off accessories once the pump comes in! 😊 HUGE plus!

Zakiyyah was fantastic to work with! She was super helpful and very responsive. Ordered my breast pump with no issues, and literally got in the mail the next day. Would definitely order from Eastside Medical Supply again.

I have gone to Westside Medical Supply in the past to get a scooter. Each time the representatives are so helpful and pay close attention to your needs as a person and show so much compassion. The chair I purchased is a Goldentech chair. As you can see in the photos is reclines to the point where it is like laying down in bed. It is awesome!

James and the crew at Eastside Med Supply made the process of getting my breast pump AMAZINGLY easy. All I had to do was fill out brief info for myself and my insurance on their website and they emailed me within hours to confirm the pump I wanted was covered. Once I confirmed via email that was the pump I wanted, James sent me shipping info and my pump arrived (FULLY COVERED BY INSURANCE) via mail the following Monday. The process was so easy, I am so grateful. Highly recommend.
