I ordered a doner on 27/8/24 lunch time for takeaway and asked for the sauces separately because I don’t like to pour sauces over my food. I asked for separate ketchup, mayo and chilli sauce and the guy told me I could only have two sauce packets max so he gave me ketchup and mayo. Fine whatever. But when I tried to pour a bit of chili sauce in my food from their bottle, he actually asked me to give back the ketchup and mayo he’d already handed over because apparently if you use their bottled sauces, you can’t have the separate packets. What a joke.
Honestly I’ve spent hundreds of pounds here during my uni days, and to lose a loyal customer over two tiny sauce packets is just ridiculous. Never experienced this anywhere else.
Safe to say I’m not going back. It’s a shame cos their doner is actually good.

Absolutely delicious pizzas. It all tasted so fresh and they have one of those impressive brick masonry ovens so you know it’s going to be good. Really enjoyed it. I’ll definitely visit again.
This is a simple, no-fuss fast-food option that covers the essentials. Though they could use a little more colour for a more appetising crunch, the fries nonetheless appear crisp and golden. The enormous portion size is ideal for filling up a large appetite. We went to Crust Bros on Sunday for dinner. The staff were all really nice and accommodating. The pizzas were UNREAL. So much flavour and a good size of pizza. We also had a side of cheesy garlic bread with caramelised onions and it was amazing. Will deffo be back
Travelling with work, I always make a B.line for this little place. Wood fired pizzas are delicious. It's a small family run Italian with great quality food for reasonable London prices. In the past I have also sampled pasta dishes which are equally as good. Good sized portions. It is a small Italian, I recommend booking for more than one or two.
I recently visited this pizza shop and ordered the vegeterian hot pizza and at that time i notice that they are using the only one pizza cutter for cutting the pizza whatever you ordered vegeterian, chicken or beef item from their item... it's very heartbroken thing that they have good taste good service but why they not spend money to own a new cutter for vegeterian pizzaa,.. i hope thag this thing they and the pizza gogo understand the this littel thing very seriously...

I am not one to leave negative feedback about such great place with quality food, I just went in for a portion of wings (literally on my break from work) the brother at the front skinny dark skinned with normal hair refused me after seeing me in my uniform. He’s excuse was because of his “boss” he was told not to accept card payment under any circumstances however, the other brother was happy to take card payment.
Despite the fact I told him he can charge me extra I was still refused. This other brother was a customer offered me change which was embarrassing, I refused and just left for work. It is lovely to see people from your own country are still willing to help. I couldn’t say the same about the person behind the counter. Anyways I left and will never ever return back to this shop and would not discourage any other local people. Just my experience.

A lovely Italian restaurant. Food was beautiful. Staff were quick, respectful and nothing was too hard for them.
Pizzas were huge and looked great. However I had garlic pizza appetiser and pasta. It was still delicious. If you’re a big eater, you’ll need an entree for sure with pasta. Pasta is heavy and enough for an average person appetite. Carbonara was superb!

The pizza smelt nice, however, the tomato sauce tasted so bad, i don't know if it went off.
I just came on lunch break expecting some good pizza. The bloke at the counter was bit rude and did not pay attention to me, even though i was the only person there.

The woodfired pizza was delicious and timely served, and our server was really nice. No hit to my rating and my only complaint, but the bruchetta, although delicious, was £5.50 for a small single slice that was consumed within 3 bites.
Unfortunately the Pizzas were overcooked (burnt), not much toppings and the stuffed cheese barely had no cheese. I wanted to give them a go as they're local but I think I'll stick to the other local pizza shops. I wouldn't recommend.

When I asked about the charge, he responded aggressively. Additionally, there was no goodbye, and we weren't given any tissues. Despite the poor service, the food was outstanding
First time coming here, visiting from the states and I've had some of the best pizza in Chicago, New York, and Philadelphia, and this pizza ranks up there. The service was fantastic with Belumi helping us with the best smile I've seen in some time. If you're in London, around Waterloo stop by you will thoroughly enjoy it.

Must've ordered from here 100 times, they've got great deals and consistently tasty pizza. One of the only spots in London where you can get that authentic greasy pizza experience away from all the gentrification.
I was a regular customer my kids really liked their pizza but recently they just mess up the pizza the whole order actually, it arrives late the food gets cold the order isn't right and when you call them they don't even bother giving an explanation they promise they will give something free next time for the missing item or for the messed up order but when it comes to ordering again and you tell them that you was promised something they just don't even care they don't bother giving anything. I just had enough they seriously need to improve not ordering anymore.
Great experience, good food, staff were wonderful and very helpful in preparing food for someone with extreme allergies to gluten, dairy, nuts, eggs and beef. They took order very diligently and prepared carefully to avoid cross contaminations. Very good experience. Food is great and i must say the staff is amazing.

Very friendly service and very very quick, but as you will see from the pictures. They seem to use a base sauce instead of paste, so the other toppings run off the slice when picked up, uneven toppings not very spicy and barely melted cheese. this place has my heart. The chicken is always so crispy, my favorite to get was the #7 which is a chicken sandwich, 2 chicken wings, fries & a drink and #32 which was a chicken wrap, fries & a drink. The sweet chili mayo sauce is the best (light pink)The Birra coke is better than the regular. The staff is always so sweet and once a guy was bugging me and they made him leave. love it here

Absolutely AWFUL customer service. He mischarged me for an £18 pizza. I could have walked away with an 18p pizza but no, i went back and told him, i don't even get a thank you. Then i ask for a a few more sauces because i came back to pay correctly because of his mistake. He says in a blunt and vile tone, "you are taking the piss". My best place in London food is very delicious service is gud. Highly recommend
We came here for pizza one evening for tea. The food was very tasty. They have a fresh hot fire pizza oven, and they use fresh dough. It was very tasty. They do specials and catered to vegan as well. The only downside was the place was very loud, we couldn't really hear ourselves think with how loud it was. Other than that it was lovely and cannot knock the food at all. The chips were also great
Not the most hygiene looking place but Pizza ain't bad. Staff don't smile. Ever. You can start by sorting out the hygiene, ensure every staff wears gloves and hair cover, clean nooks and crannies of the kitchen area. And just smile. Its not hard.
We enjoyed a lovely meal here recently, but we would recommend booking a table. Restaurant was busy, and we were lucky to get a table on a Friday evening.

The food wasn’t nice I ordered a pizza and some chicken strips on Deliveroo spend around £20 pound when the food came it was barely warm the pizza was stone hard it was stuck to the box not to mention the chicken strips. It was so horrible it looked like it has been stored for more than one day and being recook.

Our second visit. If you pass by Finsbury Park you must try. Good food, quick and very good prices. Meat burgers are great, and fries as well.
Late delivery, but that would be acceptable during iftar rush. However they missed 2 boxes of wings, and then they lied that they gave it. Called driver who didn't know what to say as he knew he didn't give any wings, and this theiving store decided not to rectify the issue. Avoid at all costs unless you want to risk getting scammed.

This kind person came out of his place of business and offered me and my aunt who obviously exhausted to have a seat on their bench while he ran around to get us a cab. I watched him run around the street after numerous cabs and eventually got one and called us over to take it. On my way home, I broke down in tears of joy and love for my fellow human being.
I want to say this kind person, made me see people the 🌎 world differently. There is love and wonderful people still out there.

Since a change in owner, the standards and quality have really dropped in this place. Their wings are tasteless, and the pizza isn't what it used to be. I've had food from here twice in a row where both times it's been undercooked raw chicken. It was my fave local chicken shop but now I avoid it at all cost.

Went there for a Saturday dinner with my fiancé when they were having 50% off of their pizzas.
I arrived there 2 minutes after my partner and the staff were very welcoming and showed me to our table.
After my fiancé joined, our host gave us the menus and asked for tap water, which was quickly brought to our table.
We proceeded to ordering the food: one pizza Capricciosa and one Picante.
It took roughly 10-15 minutes for the food to arrive, which was quite fast.
After serving the food, the host asked if we wanted any sauces at all, at which we point we asked for mayo and chilli oil. Once these were brought, we dug in.
During our dinner, we also received not one but two checkbacks, which was a bonus.
The pizzas were very well made, with a thin base. The toppings were rich, but not too much.
The crust was also very nice and slightly crispy. Usually this is the part which most pizzerias get them all burnt up, but I was pleasantly surprised they didn't.
After the pizzas, we ordered a portion of tiramisu to share. The dessert was very fluffy and not too sweet.

Ordered of uber eats. All the chicken shops in UK pack their chicken and fries in a box. That isn't rocket science, but these guys sent me 2 piece chicken fries and 3 wings in a paper bag.

I have tried chicken shops all over london but this has to be the worst one yet the burgers were disgusting the meat was not done properly ,no seasoning , the mayonnaise was disgusting .I wouldn’t recommend someone to eat here ,waste of money
The food was really good value actually, fillet burger a good size and wings too, I came at 9pm on Sunday, had a clean atmosphere and the lady serving was friendly and very quick, I was surprised how quick the service was.
The team at Fare are amazing. We started planning our wedding at Fare just as they were changing ownership and I absolutely had concerns but I cannot rave about this place and their team more. Janka and Joe were the best, answering all of our questions and ensuring we had the most stress-free day possible. We are big foodies so this was very important to us and the food was incredible, the cocktails also - one of the best margaritas, we had so many compliments. Have nothing bad to say, thank you Fare for the best day of our lives.
This place gets 5 star for me simply for consistency in their food. Granted they may sound abrupt over the phone but I’ve always received the correct order and delicious hot pizza.

I was going to give 3 stars because wings where nice but the place don't look clean and chicken beast was dry and then I found in my chicken raw meat not recommend this place. Now I wonder if I didn't get poisoned.
Great fast food for good prices. Portions are quite big and you can help yourself to the sauces. I watched as my order (Peri Peri strips) was being made fresh with veg on the grill! Great for students. In the photo, the rest of the strips were under the chips, there was plenty for me.
We hosted our wedding at Fare this weekend and it was absolutely incredible from start to finish. For anyone considering hosting a wedding or other event at the venue, you are in very safe hands!
I don't believe the team has hosted many weddings to date as the owners are fairly new, but it was so slick and professional and everything ran seamlessly.
To begin with, the venue is stunning and looks incredible in the photos. The space is super flexible and is laid out perfectly for a wedding - with the area upstairs being used for our drinks reception and downstairs for the meal and DJ.
We were a bit nervous about the food and drinks leading up to the event, as this was such an important part of the day for us. But the team shook up amazing cocktails all day long which we were very appreciative of. And the canapes, our dinner and evening pizzas were all delicious! All of our guests were commenting on how fantastic the food and drinks were.
But the real stand out were the staff. They were attentive and friendly all day long, despite running a very busy bar service for us. And the owner Ricci was amazing in the run up, advising us on what would work best for the day, and liaising with our vendors to ensure everything was taken care of. Nothing was too big an ask.
Overall, there wasn't one single thing I could fault and we are so appreciative to all the staff at Fare for making sure we had such an incredible day :)

Good amount of vegetarian options. I tried the margerita pizza, pasta and a salad. All were nice. They have a citrus themed tiramisu, which was a refreshing twist on the traditional coffee flavoured tiramisu. Overall, good food, nice service.

In my opinion, the food was not good enough for my taste. Pork lion was a little bit too dry for me. I had better tiramisu somewhere else. The pizza was not the way I liked. It’s probably a good Italian restaurant, but it’s just not what I liked.
Have eaten here twice, once for a lunch special and another time early evening. Pizza is tasty with rustic crust, the vegetarian pasta was excellent. A great place to dine at if you are having an informal business lunch or meeting friends after work. Interiors are industrial luxe. The restaurant has a large capacity with ground floor and basement dining space. There are tables and chairs on the pavement in front plus a quiet alfresco dining area in the back.

After paying £18.50p I don't expect it to arrive it this condition.
Because of this I will be going elsewhere as this is far from acceptable.

ordered food via deliveroo and was the worst delivery I've had. Ordered 2 chicken doner wraps and all the ingredients came separately, very little chicken, the salad was all wrong and there were no sauces included despite being selected. Their 'strip burgers' were advertised as 2 strip burgers and chips and we only got 1 burger with a teaspoon of mayo. Overall very disappointed that they didn't even bother to read what we asked for and didn't bother to assemble the wraps.
They got my order totally wrong, I ordered the x2 large Pizzas but each pizza with different flavours (Garlic Chilli Chicken) (Chicken Tikka, Doner, Pepperoni, Tandoori Chicken). When the delivery was received both Pizzas were of the same flavour and the order was not followed! I called up the restaurant and they brazenly blamed me for the mistake??? When I set them straight, they then went to say they have no drivers and for me to pick up the correct order, the boss also said he will not charge me for it? Wait....hold on...I already paid for both Pizzas and they were the ones who messed up my order! I went and collected the Pizza and they still got it wrong. One of the Pizza had raw dough was really smelly and I ended up with stomach upset. Disgusting and never again! Customer service was atrocious! Managed to claw some money back from Just Eat.
Taste decent but some of the tastes can be missed because of the cheese it can taste extremely dry. However in other occasions this place can make great meat based pizzas rather then the chicken.
As usual, extreme poor quality and poorly prepared, under cooked pizza we just received. We order two 15in one was pepperoni plus, there was like 4-5 pepperoni on it, wonder how the normal one is.

Food didn’t even turn up. Gave them a ring and the guy started pretending it’s a kebab shop called yummy kebab, I don’t know what they’ve been smoking.
Wanted to order online ...didnt work and then i called them ...only response was i cant help u order somewhere else and they hang up omg
Ordered on their website and waited an hour on a Thursday night, and when I called them they firstly claimed to have no knowledge of the order, even though I had an email confirmation. Upon pressing them further, they simply hadn't checked for orders. Won't bother again.
Today 27/04/19 I have order (delivered via Just Eat) a pizza and I can say that was really good and the delivery have been really fast (10 mins early). I will order again!!

Dont no if it was due to the heat or what, but the elderly owner has to be the rudest person I have ever met. he shouts at customers and tell them to get out if they don't like his attitude. I ordered Donna meat and chips, lets just say it went in the bin, was soo over cooked and bland.
Pizzas are good but go in the evening and get the Young brother who treats customers with love, think his dad needs to retire ASAP

It was so life-saving, i arrived at London around almost 1am and got nowhere to eat for dinner as everything was closed even night clubs or pubs, i spent almost an hour walking around the concrete forests to find food and then i bumped into them, the food may not that special or luxury like A-graded restaurants but it was really good and refreshing. Thanks to them finally i found a place for my dinner.
Disappointed with the food on this occasion, requested chillis on one pizza but given Green peppers.

With all due respect guys, delivery was on time the pizza came piping hot but the pizza tasted like cardboard box- No flavour at all, garlic bread had no taste of garlic, chicken wings looked like they were pigeon wings, coleslaw was mediocre and drink was the best thing. Hence "one star" for giving us a 1.7 litre drink instead of a 1.5- I had ordered from Carolina Pizza after 15 years and now I think I can close the book on you guys- I hope you guys the very best of luck in the near future. kind regards
I have had a number of issues with this fast food place and will happily travel further for better service in the future.
1) They take a long time to fulfill your order and it is not possible to order for collection over the phone to avoid this problem.
2) They have forgotten components of my order previously.
3) As a vegetarian, the vegetable wrap was of a meager standard; it was obvious that not a lot of thought had gone into its execution before putting it on the menu.
4) Customer service has not been satisfactory in general.
Overall, would not recommend.
